I went to this store to go look at the Google phone , and I was greeted at the door by a greeter . She asked me what I was looking for, and I told her the Google phone. She pointed at it and that was it! No checking in my name, no asking me if I would like any help-- nothing! I walked around, and it seemed like everybody was too busy playing on their phones, or they had that deer in the headlights look as I walked out. I looked over my shoulder and she was still playing on her phone!! So, I went to another location at Victoria gardens...and what a totally different experience!! I was greeted by the greeter, he asked me what my intentions were and asked me would he like me to put my name down so I could be assisted further. The woman that assisted me was very friendly; very informative; and very helpful. From here on out, I'll be taking my business to this location--Victoria Gardens, from now on. read more

First of all...let me start off by saying I've been a Verizon Customer since it was AirTouch. If I could give this store a 0 star I would. Very unprofessional staff that needs to go back to training school. They are fast talking salespeople. The "so called" manager Diego had me on hold for 40 minutes only to come back on the phone and tell me he was with a customer and had to call me back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will be taking my issue up with the corporate office. read more

This store gave me the worst customer customer service ever.i was upgrading one of my line the lady which I forgot her name, had me do everything through the Verizon app instead of using her computer as we continued through the app we both got stuck on a section. She couldn't figure it out so she turn me away that would have to call Customer service. Now over the phone the person that help did awesome so I ask about store pick up that why I could get my device sooner we'll that device was found at the same store they couldn't help me in the beginning. Now I'm calling them to ask how long does it take for store pick up? No one answering the phone and there 4 associates in the store one is helping a person and the others are just sitting there doing nothing so I guess I'm not going to get my Device today now I will have to wait til Monday cause they are close Sunday!!! Horrible Customer ExperienceCustomer service lacking overall and non existent in Manager Brandon. There is another store in Rancho Cucamonga at Victoria Gardens if you want good phone and customer service. Brandon is cold, arrogant and child like. I admit his behavior caused me to responds inappropriately and mirror his attitude, and I am disappointed in myself, as it is not acceptable display such ugly inconsideration for people. In summary I was treated with disregard and inconsideration by Brandon and if you do desire this type of potential encounter head to the Rancho Cucamonga Victoria Garden store where everyone I have come in contact with was, professional, courteous and considerate even if they could not solve my problem. read more

This is one of the WORST if not the worst Verizon stores EVER! I added my daughter to my plan and she picked the LG Chocolate (worst phone in the world!) She had nothing but problems with it. It would turn off and freeze constantly. I took the phone to the store they changed out the battery, and sent us on our way. Phone had the same issue the next day. I took it back to the same store, they changed out the battery again. (This was a phone/software issue not a battery issue). Same issue next week, went into Foothill store. They said it was the battery, and gave her a refurbished Chocolate phone. The phone began to have the same issue. Finally I asked if I could the difference for a different phone and exchange it, I was basically told she was stuck with it. So I explained to her that they were selling a faulty phone and that they should rectify it. It looks bad on their end. She didn't care. Mind you I had been in this store around 7 times at this point. I finally decided to go to the store in Upland. When I explained my situation to them the rep told me in her computer it showed I was there only 3 times. (ummm 3 times too many if you ask me!) I informed her I had been in the foothill one 7 times in the past 3 weeks and they just keep changing her battery for her phone. They said I had not given the phone a chance. So I went to the Verizon in Victoria Gardens. Oddly enough when I talked to them, they pulled my record up, and was able to see I had in fact dealt with 2 different Verizon stores 8 times. He said it was unacceptable, and that he would allow her to get a new phone. (which she happy with, and doesn't crap on her) Coincidentally the girl next to us was holding a phone. You guessed it, LG Chocolate, with, you guessed it again, the exact same issue. Victoria Gardens gets 5 stars and Foothill gets 1. I wouldn't give them any but it appears as though you have to. :( Upland did however redeem themselves later when I was due for an upgrade. This time, they were helpful and quick and when I had issues it was dealt with immediately. It would seem that Foothill Verizon wireless has had customer service issues for quite sometime according to the Upland store and the Victoria Gardens store. Hmm. Well, I have seen it first hand, and they do. I would never go there again. read more

This review is about Verizon in general and this store. I got a Pantech Hotshot online (a piece of crap). This phone should be put out of it's misery and destroyed! I had problems with it from the start. It would shut off and back on constantly. I had problems loading music. It would not show up on the computer. It would not hook up to the Bluetooth in my car. Calls were not clear. So I called them and they send another phone. I had some of the same problems with that one also. Once again I call. Instead of giving a better phone they sent out another replacement, #3. So once again I have to go to activate it! I had the same problems with that one. Now I've had it and I call again. I'm now told that it's to late for a better phone. Had the person I spoke to after phone #2 done their job, I could have! All they will do is send out another replacement. So here I am on #4. Now I can't get my messages or deal with automated calls because the screen goes dark and I can't press any buttons/#s! So now I have to purchase another phone out of my pocket! As for their home services I answered an ad in the mail for Fios. I thought that I was getting a good deal so I decided to try it. I was assured that I would only be charged what was stated (along with free box & installation). When I received my bill I was charged for the box, installation and an extra month (no one bothered to inform me). After numerous calls I canceled it. The bottom line is Verizon deserves 0 stars and after my cell contract runs out I am canceling that too! read more

I have always found the staff to be very helpful and recently with the Christmas season I've had to come in a few times to get gifts and with all the commotion of shopping it was such a relief to find easy and quick service, from very knowledgable employees who really care about getting you the most for your money. Vince is one of the most dishonest sales rep I have ever met in my life. He blatantly lied to my face about a plan that he set up. I've been with Verizon for 10 years and it surprises my that they have shady sales reps such as Vince. Their corporate office even agrees with me and stated on several occasions that Vince misinterpreted my plan in order for personal gain. wow. this place is FANTASTIC! my husband and I are always taken care of. I guess it is sad that we have problems with our phones. but hte customer service here is great! sometimes there might be a bit of a wait but we've found that most of the employees are knowledgable. this is a CORPORATE store so it's standards are MUCH higher than that of their retailers. it's funny how people get mad when their phone is broken and they want a free one... if it's not under warrenty or u don't have insurance.... there's nothing they can really do about that.... We went to this store to transfer service from one Verizon iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy S8. The S8 was purchased on Ebay with clean ESN and unlocked. First thing they asked was, "Where did you get that phone?" When we told them it was on Ebay they made a face like they didn't want to help us. All we wanted was to switch the cell number from the current iPhone to the S8. I knew it was clean because I had spoken to a Verizon rep on their 800 number and they had checked it. I told them that I had already verified the ESN with their own rep. Still they made a face. I know they are on commission and weren't going to make any money off of us, but still. They proceeded to tell us that we could have just taken the sim card out and placed it in the new phone. Well, duh?? Since we do this every other day why wouldn't we know this? Our mistake, what fools are we!! After that we asked about transferring the contacts from one phone to the other. They gave us a printout of instructions on how to do it ourselves. It was like, "here take this and get out!" I asked about a cable to do the transfer from phone to phone. They said they don't do that because, "We lose too much people's information". Ok, so you guys are pros at this and you want me to do this myself? Alright, do you sell the adapter? (our S8 didn't come with it). "Oh no, we don't sell it" Yet they sell the phone. So do they have a spare we could borrow while there in the store? "Nope, we don't". Seriously? Not one in the back from phones that are defective and going back to the factory? Not one in the "junk drawer"? Not a single adapter to one of the most popular cell phone makes? "Nope". "You can go to Best Buy and they will sell you one there because they sell the phone". So do you! Anyway we went to Best Buy and asked about it. They said they didn't sell it either, but the rep there looked into his "junk drawer" and came up with one. I asked him how much? He said it's ok, just take it. Wow, thank you! I guess some people just get it. Anyway be cautious if you go to this store. Not going to buy something=bad service. Let me just say the costumer service here is horrible! We came here while visiting from out of town to obviously get a new phone! For the line that we upgraded we decided to go with the Edge program so that we wouldn't have to pay taxes for the phone since we were out of state.. Or so that was what was explained to us by Vince! When we got our first months bill the line that had been upgraded was $50 more than usual and since it was only supposed to be $5 more a month this was a shock. When we called the corporate Verizon the lady told us that this happens all the time because the reps don't understand how it works (UHM ok? Reps, managers? Get it together). But just to call the store and they should wave the fee. We called the store and the manager Alfred was horrible to deal with. He kept saying why would we want to pay $400 for a phone instead of $300 because of the edge program and really uncalled for comments like that. We obviously would have not been so shocked that our bill was more than it was explained to us, if we had have been told that the taxes would be tacked onto the next bill. And honestly we would have paid the full price for the phone to avoid the taxes but since this was an option, and cheaper it seemed more realistic to go with the edge. The fee was not waived. Very poor service here. read more

Excellent service. I have been a Verizon customer for about ten years now, and plan to continue being a Verizon customer. I can always get what I need quickly and at the best deal for the quality. I also appreciate the discount that they offer to educators. :) The rep who helped me was Sean; he was very helpful and informative, without being too pushy about extra stuff I didn't need. I needed a new phone because my phone was cracked and was an older model iphone. My husband and I went to Victoria gardens Verizon store because it was closer to our home and we were disappointed with the help we received from Manny (sales associate) he said they were out of stock on the phone I wanted and did nothing to try and find it for us even though I was in desperate need of a replacement phone. We left the store and called around and we found less then a mile away at the Foothill store they had 10 Note 4 phones in stock! We went immediately to the store and we were helped by Alex. She was helpful and friendly. Alfred also assisted us and was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to give us the best experience and even looked over our plan to make sure we were getting the best deal. we ended up not only getting the NOTE 4 that I wanted but my husband got a tablet as well. we will definitely be going to that Verizon store from now on read more

I have been a long time Verizon wireless phone customer and rarely have ever had a problem with the service. I need my phone for work so today when my phone would not charge because the charging dock was broken, I knew I would have to go to the store to have a consult on what I needed to do. I had another older phone that I thought I would convert over to my existing number, if need be. The gentleman that helped me got me all set up with a new warranted phone and got the old phone working for the time being...Excellent service. read more

I came in last night, looking to make some changes on my account. We wanted to switch our current data plan to umlimited data. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted and checked in. They let us know that there were 3 people ahead of us and updated us during our 20 minute wait. We were helped by Aron, he was very professional and helped answer all our questions. Decided to come here after a bad experience at the other nearby store. I had a mixed experience here. Not great, but not horrible either. To me, I think Verizon is just going downhill. These are low-wage jobs so the staff is usually young & unprofessional, and I'm pretty sure they just want to sell you expensive crap. I came in and was placed on a list to be called next because all staff was busy. Well all except what appeared to be the manager, just walking around checking on everyone. I told them I only needed screen protectors, which is an $11 transaction. The manager said someone will be with me soon, then he went to help out a customer already being helped by an associate. I assume she was spending big money, since he clearly wasn't interested in selling me $11 worth of stuff. Then just as one of them became free a cute young thing walks in and he immediately bypasses me and goes to her. Then the same thing happened AGAIN with the next guy that was free. Hey I get it, I was a young man once too, but skipping customers cause you're a horn dog is totally unprofessional. I complained to the manager and he said "Well that girl has an appointment." Appointment? Nice try. I just need to buy screen protectors, I'm not waiting half an hour for that while getting skipped who knows how many times. FINALLY a young lady helps me, and she was nice & efficient. I pay thousands in phone bills every year to keep 5 lines with this company, they should have better customer service when I need help in one of their stores. read more

Verizon is the worst internet service available. Ether their service is down or it is way too slow. This is daily. I am in the Rancho Cucamonga area and I pay for their fastest speed and get dial up speed. I am so sick of it and if that isn't bad enough you need to watch your bill as they charge for things you don't even get. They are rude when you speak with them on the phone about all this and it is never their responsibility. They are so not accountable. I really have nothing good to say about them what so ever. I am looking for another server. I will never go back to them. If I could I would not even give them one star. read more

I have had to make a yelp account just to explain the lousy service provided by the Verizon reps. I was suppose to be helped by a women named Suli. What a day. I came in before 2 people to get my number transferred to a new phone. Took 45 minutes just for a lousy rep. I remember one of the people coming in after me was looking for a new phone and they finished before me. Before me! Suli never showed up, Rolman took the opportunity to help me. The service here is so shitty you have to remind them you are a customer in need while in store. Although I was helped by Rolman, his skill was zilch to none as was Julie's. I saw a rep Johnathan who was extremely helpful unlike the other 2. The rep. designating the Verizon rep need to do her job better such as doing her job. The process for a phone number took less than 10 minutes. That means my time waiting in the store for almost an hour was a memorable experience I will not forget. In conclusion, the lousy skills of the reps here are not worth it unless you seek out the ones that can actually help you. read more

I went into the store and was helped by MELINA . I got a phone and a tablet for my business . When she was setting my account she mentioned that I needed my tax I.D. number which I did not have at that moment and she told me that was not a problem to just come back and bring it so I did . When I went back she then told me that her manager told her I needed a copy of my business license which I didn't have with me because she did not tell me that I needed it, so I go back with my business license and tax I.D. number , she makes a phone call and tells me that I have to wait 30 days to make the change and to just come back and she will do it then, I asked her if there were going to be any additional fees for making the change from an individual plan to a business plan and she told me not to worry about that because the rate would be the same and if anything I would probably get a discount. I waited the 30 days go back today and she puts me on the phone with someone that tells me that in order to make the change I need to pay off the devices and put a $400.00 deposit on each one of the devices of course I am very upset after hearing this and do not make any changes. I don't get how she could just lie to make a sell and wasted my time because every single time I went in to the store I had to be there for over an hour. Very unprofessional and does not have much knowledge of the service she is providing to the costumers . I would not recommend this store at all. read more
