A friend of mine mentioned how happy she and her family are with T-Mobile. My daughters needed new phones, and I wanted to move my youngest over to my plan, so we decided to check out the T-Mobile Experience Store. We were greeted promptly upon entering. After a brief discussion on what we were looking for and hoping to achieve, we waited for a bit to be helped by an associate. Sonia is fabulous! She's very knowledgeable and personable. She was also very engaging with my daughters, which helped since we were there for quite a while. Transferring data isn't always quick! They were also kind enough to let us go grab food from the sandwich shop next door and eat while we waited. They had some cute leftover beverage glasses from a T-Mobile Tuesday giveaway and they let us each take one! By the way, how fun are T-Mobile Tuesday's?! I've saved money on DoorDash, Little Caesar's, 7-Eleven, and other amazing offers they drop on Tuesdays. It's always nice to save some money! We traded in two phones and the third was so old, they let my daughter keep it. My kids got new iPhone 16s and I got the new iPhone 17 Pro Max! Yay! The rebate for my old phone ended up taking a while, which Sonia warned me about. It actually eventually got denied, which I was also warned about, but Sonia walked me through the process and we resubmitted it. I was told it'd process in 10-15 days, but I think it was done in about 4. I was sent a link to a digital card via text and was able to pay off the device from my other provider quickly. So far, we couldn't be happier with our service! I even have my boss thinking he should switch to T-Mobile as well! Thank you so much, T-Mobile, the Experience Store, and Sonia!

First I was greeted by Jay who was so warm with his greeting. He took me over to Francisco who went above and beyond in helping me. I got my upgrade phone, he transferred everything for me, explained things that I needed to know. What a big difference in these two young men. I know that Francisco represents T-Mobile with excellence. Thank you Francisco for taking the time to help me and to help me understand the phone. I really hope management sees this and recognizes Francisco for going above and beyond and being so sweet. Jay for his warm greeting, and as I was leaving the other employees said have a nice day. Who could as for more. I think the young man (wish I got his name) needs to be trained at the chino store. I think Francisco and Jay could teach them. We asked Pedro how much would the charge be for the full service Pedro stated $50 however customer service stated the charges are $65, this is not what we were told by Pedro. Pedro give miss information to ensure a sell, he did not provide us with the equipment that was required and after speaking with customer service on the phone and returning to the store for the 3rd time and speaking with Pedro regarding the miss communication and the information that he didn't provide me he became very dismissive and did not except accountability for his actions. Clarity was never at the store and poor management and customer service.

We came in needing a small replacement part that was missing from a sound bar we purchased as part of a $1,500 order. They didn't have it in stock, so we had to order it, annoying, but not the end of the world. What was frustrating was the attitude from the salesperson helping us. First, he pushed the more expensive option available, then seemed personally offended when we noticed there was a cheaper one on sale. Considering we were replacing a missing part from a brand-new purchase, you'd think there'd be at least a little understanding. The sarcasm kept going every time my husband asked a question, to the point where I had to walk away before I matched the energy. Honestly, if helping customers order a small part ruins your whole day, maybe it's time for a break and a Snickers bar. Customer service probably isn't the best fit if doing your job feels like such an inconvenience. So if you need a TV or any type of major electronics, I would say skip the Rancho Cucamonga store. There too many other Best Buy locations to have to deal with lousy Customer Service.
