Came in here last week for new iPhone. Was mislead into getting another device. Came back today to address my concerns and Michelle the manager came to assist. She was awesome on so many levels. Very knowledgeable and provided overall great customer service. She turned my negative experience into a positive one and more than made up for gaff. Giving a 5 star review for the sales rep Kareem during my visit yesterday to the Rancho Cucamonga location. I had a lot of items I wanted to purchase but also had a lot of questions. He explained every item in detail, was very clear on pricing and even put screen protectors on for me! Verizon prices will always be crazy high, but if I am gonna pay it anyways, I'd like a knowledgeable non pushy sales rep like Kareem to help me when I visit the on store locations. He wasn't pushy, but a good salesman obviously, since I walked out of there with more than I expected to buy. I'd visit him if you have any questions on Verizon products. read more

Let me just say, I have been to many Verizon stores and Christian (the solutions specialist) was absolutely phenomenal. I GIVE CHRISTIAN A 5 STAR REVIEW. He is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at what he does and I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!! He knows exactly what he is doing and provided a 10/10 experience with explaining our upgrade options, the differences between iphones, our 5g network coverage, etc. Really really awesome job. This location is awful! Had an appointment scheduled for today and they totally disregarded my appointment because they claimed there was an emergency. If there was an emergency that happened the day before? If that' was the truth, why wasn't I given notice that my appointment was cancelled? They shooed me away and told me to go to a different Verizon location. This is one of the worse customer experiences ever. read more

Terrible customer service. As a long time customer of this location and purchased many phones and accessories there I had the worst service you could ask for today. I went in to purchase a home charger for my iPhone 11 I just purchased less than a month ago. I walk in and was greeted and told the gentleman what I needed and he logs me in and says it will be 10 minutes. Thought that was a long time just for a charger but ok no problem. As I waited he was talking a young lady which Happens to be a employee as well. He finally gets to me and ask what I needed which I already told him when he logged me in on his iPad so I told him again and he says be right back let me go get it as he's walking to go get it a couple come in and he turns to them and starts logging them in on his iPad and the hell with me. As I stood there watching this I decided he wasn't interested in my business and walked over and told him never mind I'm not interested in spending my money there with this type of customer service. I get it they are paid on commissions and I only needed a charger, however in the last 30 days I've spent close to 2000.00 there which I nor my family will never return. Hopefully this review will be used for training for better customer service. One last thing, I get home and call the store and ask for the store manager to discuss my experience and the gentleman that answered said he was the store manager so I explained my concern and he then says oh I was the one helping you so I shared with him I didn't feel he was professional and has terrible customer service skills. He said I apologize and to come back and he will take care of me. Not gonna happen. Not only does he have terrible customer service skills he is also a liar because he is NOT the store man Then they respond with give us another chance. They had their chance and I will not return. If someone tries to take you into this store - run! I picked up a phone there on a Monday night. They would not help set it up they just gave me a piece of paper. They said "we don't do that anymore". I struggled and set it up and began using it the next day. By Wednesday it was broken. 48 hours later! A tiny blemish present when I opened the box had grown to a small crack that cut my finger in and the screen was becoming intermittent and the phone was very hot. The Verizon chat line said take it back to the store and we will take care of you since it came with the blemish and you have only had it two days. I went back to the store and they said - there is nothing we can do for you and we don't have a way to get the chat line transcript and then they kept my phone. So now I have no phone but am expected to pay for it. I went home and called customer service. The woman I spoke with seemed very professional. She checked the chat line transcript and said yes we owe you a replacement we will call the store and have them treat you right. She talked to the store and came back and said well the store might give you partial credit if you buy a new phone. So you ripped my off and if I give you more money you might give me a working phone? I, my wife and my sons have been Verizon customers for years. We have 4 cell phones in my house. That's a whole lot of monthly payment to be treated this way. It seems Verizon is letting dictator local store managers ruin their brand. Shameful. read more

I decided to change out my service and ordered S8+ online. Now I had 30 days to return and no restock. I called Verizon and they say you can return to a company store and no issues. We I tried to return and spent 20 minutes to return a phone they say is a no HASSLE RETURN POLICY. Yea ok don't think so. Not impressive for a new customer. Customer service sucks too was on phone for over an hour. read more

This has been my worse experience in a Verizon store. My phone broke so I needed to get one that evening. First the sales guy wanted to give me a different phone. Next he told me that I can lower my rate through a promotion but I had to buy a laptop which I didn't need. Anyway I really needed to leave so I said ok. When I got home I found this box in my bag. He had sold me a Hum which he never told me about. I had to Google to find out what it was. I called Verizon directly and they said that that was a rip off. Even the tablet was not necessary. I took my IPad to this store because it quit staying charged for any longer than 45 minutes. I was told they would send me a new one and I had 2 weeks after to return my broken one after 7 days I still had not recieved my IPad so we returned to the store where we were told we were misinformed and I needed to return the IPad first. I have wasted 7 days and am worried I will not get my new IPad before vacation. these places need to better train their staff. read more

Horrible. Was here for 3 hours, even going over closing time. My friend wasn't being helped that much, and two of the employees were just on their phone even though they were supposed to be helping him get what he needs and get out since it's past closing. He also exchanged his speaker and no one in the store knew how to connect the speaker and had to look up 15 different tutorials on how to do so. Even after I tried talking to someone about what is taking so long, he completely cut me off and shut the door on me as I was trying to explain to him the situation. read more

I usually go to Pasadena Verizon Store and will always go there after my experience here. I went in to purchase an iPhone 4s, which was going to be added to my family plan. The sales processing went quick. The problem here is that I received no confirmation email or tracking email. The salesperson told me that I would receive both as she charged my credit card. Well I received nothing. When I called back to ask some questions they were quite rude. I ended up missing the FedEx shipment (since I never received the tracking email), so then I picked my phone up at the FedEx facility. This was my second iPhone purchase, my first one occurred at Pasadena. By the time I walked out of the Pasadena store I had email receipt and tracking confirmation in my email inbox along with a physical receipt. The most disappointing part is the staff and manager, most importantly, were unable to take responsibility for their mistakes. When I asked them what happened with the emails, the manager went on to pass the buck on to the warehouse division?! They also said its either a physical receipt or email receipt here when I called back. Even the the salesperson said "You'll get both" Lesson learned...Do not come here. I just hate the fact that they can't take responsibility and they lie! I will stick to Pasadena Verizon on Lake Ave. A+++!!! read more

If I can give no stars I would. This place use to be good. Over the last couple of years, it's changed. First, when you walk in, your either greeted by the entire place, like a swarm of sellers at a car dealership or your not even greeted at all, like no one had any idea you walked in or you exist. Second, be careful what you buy from that place, read the fine print. They had specials going on during the holidays and pretty much got screwed and at the end paid the same price as if I was to go in today and buy something. Next don't even call the manager or assistant manager to help, they back up their employees to the fullest. In their eyes the customer is completely wrong. 2+2=4, the sky is blue, NOPE your wrong to them. I don't even bother going in there anymore I rather order online or call Verizon for help. read more

These people are by far the WORST in knowledge I can think of. They only know how to make excuses. They put you on a wait list and 20 minutes later, they can't help and really don't have any desire to help. Making excuses like "set to factory settings" or "I think it might be a setting". I don't think they even know what a cell phone is and certainly are not trained to fix the phones they sell. I would QUIT Verizon Wireless if they didn't have the best coverage around. read more

My credit had a collection record because of verizon.. they told me I can't get service in my area after trying to fix it for 2 month... and I got charged for it... I lost 2 month of my precious time talking on the phjone with technical support every night for 3 to 4 hours!! Will never use Verizon again in My life. read more

Got terrible customer service from one of the employees here today. I came in to ask about warranty and also relayed information word for word that I received from Verizon's customer service phone line. Not only was she absolutely no help, she was also very rude on top of that. She was speaking to me as if I was an idiot, but I had to repeat myself several times because she couldn't (or wouldn't) understand what I was saying. She pretty much said there was nothing they could do even though I was told by the person on the phone line that they could check my phone out before getting insurance involved. Might have been a mistake from the person on the phone, but the main thing that bugged me was the girl in the store's nasty ass attitude....It made me borderline uncomfortable lol. I went to this location today for help on a return. The employee and manager were awful. There always seems to be a problem when addressing a situation at this location. A few years ago I switched providers due to the terrible customer service I received here. I just recently switched back to Verizon and went back to this location and again... Awful. The manager this morning (Saturday) was offensive. It's interesting to me because my daughter lives in Irvine and the service there is amazing. The Rancho Cucamonga location workers have the worst attitudes. If it wasn't for the customer service help we later received on the phone I would leave Verizon again. I went to this store Friday morning and was greeted right away and was told there was 2 other people in line ahead of me, and that is would be about a 15 minute wait. The wait wasn't that long and I was helped by one of the guys there and i wish i remembered his name, but it was a great experience for me. I came in because i'd been using a 6 year old flip-phone (dummy phone) and wanted to use a phone i inherited from my deceased brother (it's an iPhone 5) i didn't have a clue how to use the phone. The sales guy was very patient with me and told me every thing i needed to know to get the iPhone activated and transfer my number over to my new phone. I was probably in there for about 90 minutes and walked out of there very happy. read more

This is by far the worst customer service!!! My elderly mother in law took her new phone in and they wouldn't update it for her!!! Not sure who was the rep that refused to help her. She said he was Asian. How can another rep the week earlier tell her to come back for help with updating and now she does and is refused service?!?! Went in Yesterday to pick up a smart watch. Empoyee with the last name Flores to helped me find the Samsung Galaxy Gear S I told her I wasnt interested since it was pretty much a second phone. She says she was going to get in the back and get the other Samsung watches they have but comes back with a Samsung Galaxy Gear S again! I tell her No shes telling me how I don't need a phone for it still telling her No. she starts researching to show me how the watch I was asking about wasn't here and that I would have to choose another like the Galaxy Gear S! I asked her if there are any other watches because it didnt have to be Samsung. she goes in the back pulls out a Sony watch and shows me another floor model of one by LG casually mentioning that the Samsung Galaxy Gear S is like a cell phone on my wrist and I didnt need my phone near me all the time. I finally changed my mind and told her I changed my mind and walked out. read more

Calling the New York Verizion Corporate Office resolved my charges for the faceplate charge of $99. If you have any issues with Verizon Customer Service, Tech Support, or Billing, the number to call would be 1-212-395-1000. After a week, they resolved the billing charge. At this point, I am willing to forgive. I am just glad that my patience wasn't wasted. read more

A few days ago I went into this store to get my Mom a new phone. They were very patient, helpful and kind. I'd gone to other Verizon stores and didn't get the same customer service I got from this location. Each time I've been to this Verizon location I have had a great experience , Absolutely never an issue . The Representatives both Aron and Marco on separate occasions fixed issues that had occurred at another Verizon location down the street . I definitely recommend this store over all the other ones in this area . They really make you feel welcome and will make your Verizon experience a good one . read more

This store has very bad customer service and the Edge program is a rip off. You're better off waiting every two years to get a new phone because you are just financing the full value of the phone on the Edge program and you can't just can't switch to a new phone in a year because you will still owe the remainder on the initial Edge contract. If my customer service rep had told me this i would have never bought a new phone with the Edge program. I would have waited till my two years were up in October and got a new phone for half the price. read more

We were helped by a guy named Nikko he was very friendly, informative and helpful. We were in and out with what we needed, no problems.

Customer service representative set up my order to be picked up at this store, providing the address of the store, etc. An order that was set up 6 days prior and failed to be delivered. An order that the representative set up so I could pick up by the airport as I was flying home to bring the phones to my family who was leaving the country. Even after a showing confirmation email, fraud confirmation, my photo ID AND they could "see" the order in the system. The mindless bot of a "sales representative" stood in silence behind the counter saying sporadically, while scratching his head, "we can't do anything, we have to wait for the SYSTEM". Finally he summoned the manager, at my request, and she offered to start the entire process all over again including hard inquiry, fraud, etc... After wasting 1 hour at the store, I had to leave to catch my flight. Needless to say the store representative and manager on duty did nothing to help even after I explained the over 12 hours spent with Customer Service. Horrible store and service! As I've said before Jonathan Torres is the guy to go to when you visit this Verizon location. Everyone here is friendly and helpful but Jonathan always takes time to answer every single question I have and believe me I have A LOT!! :) The ambience here is always awesome too, it says a lot about a workplace when the employees don't seem to mind being there. Walked right in at 10am this morning he set up me and my Gf new Note 7's, easy as pie! The place was packed and we had no wait. The staff was all nice.
