Went to Rohnert Park store on Commerce to Exchance a car charger that I had bought from there and Josh told me unless I had the box I could not return it. If I saved the box for everything I've bought I would need a storage! I also bought my Otter Box and a wall charger. I also sent friends and family there. I will never shop there again. I went in to get my # changed to a different phone my husband just bought me, I was helped by a rude, condescending little man named RYAN, I too work with the public and would NEVER talk to ppl the way this individual did.... the whole time he kept looking at his watch as if i was taking up his time and feeling rushed. Went to this Verizon store, the store between Safeway and CVS. Wanted to see why I was only getting 1 bar on my Galaxy S3 at home and to see if there was any way to boost the signal. I was told that since the phone was so old the antenna was pretty worn out. I know, sounds incredulous! The salesperson, a young man(don't remember his name) talked me into upgrading to a Galaxy 5. He said it has a much bigger battery so the signal will be much stronger. I asked him, "Will the switch-over bring all the apps, and the information that I have garnered through those apps, be on the Galaxy 5?" Of course," he said, "No problem." I let the salesperson know that if the signal is not better on the Galaxy 5 I would be returning the phone. When I got home, not only was the signal unchanged, after the switch app had completed, I checked my apps that had information I needed for my job but the info was no-where to be found. I panicked. The first chance I got I went to the store in Santa Rosa-store in Rohnert Park is closed Sunday-and I had them restore service on my Galaxy 3. When I went back to the Rohnert Park store, it is not a corporate store-to return my phone, Bobby was helpful but argumentative. Apparently, since the store is newly bought from a company that is going to name the store Z-Verizon, it is a stressful time for the employee and they may not be working there much longer. read more

Don't bother with this store. I usually go to the main corporate Verizon store in Santa Rosa on 4th street which is great but this place was close to work so I went on my lunch break. The guy was rude. Treats people like their idiots. All I needed was a cover for my Droid Razor but couldn't recall my account password. He grumbled about having to look on my phone for what it was. Then sold my a cover that had been in the back and was dusty. He didn't even offer to assist to place one on. Then after I applied it, I saw the covers were from 2012 and the adhesive stuck to my cover so I had to scrub it of. If I could rate a zero I would! The employee I was talking to was beyond disrespectful. Taylor was her name. She had so much attitude. When I asked questions about my device she rolled her eyes at me. She was on her own device texting in the middle of our interaction! I will never and I mean ever set foot in that store again. Employees are supposed to be there for you. Absolutely no customer service at least by Taylor. I have been with Verizon for 19 years. However, their response was the same response I got from the manager of the store, "no refunds". What a waste of time. This company is a joke, worse than a sleazy used car dealership. Here's the scenario again, the salesman who I upgraded my phone with, hands me my new iPhone tells me to open the box and turn on the phone, then tells me what to do with the prompts on the screen, never mentioned that this "help" of his was costing me $20..I didn't ask for his help and I would have been much happier without it. iPhones are easy to set up especially if you're just upgrading. This service is called " Set up and go" they won't tell you anything about it they'll just give you your paperwork and receipt and if you look over the costs THEN and only then will you see that they charged you for this ridiculous "service". read more

Came in just to buy 2 items and make a insurance claim on my phone. It took 10min. But since they only had 2 people in the store and one was helping a couple for over an hour, I waited almost 90min just for 10 minuets of help. The people were nice. I have had the worst time since dealing with this Verizon store. The manager named Eric talked me into to increasing my account, so that I would get a couple of perks, one was a hum, and the second a tablet, having these on my account locked me into a 2 year contract, which I could have lived without. But the two items would keep my bill the same cost, but I would have to pay for the hum, and then all the taxes on the tablet. These extra dollars for the taxes didn't matter to me very much at the time, Especially since I was told as I was signing up for this account upgrade that I would be seeing a $80 credit on my account in a couple of months. Eric the person who was signing me up for this account was talking to some district manager on the phone, and he is the one that assured me I would receive my credit. Here we are 4/5 months past when I originally signed up, I have never used this tablet, nor the hum, except when Eric put it in my car. I have called three times once successfully speaking to Eric that manager, and he assured me he would be calling me within a couple of days. Never heard back, and now I have called two other times and everyone says he's on lunch but never calls me back. This is some horrible customer service!!! read more

i am reviewing the verizon (victra) store on commerce. what a rip off. went in aug 2019 the guy that helped me said i could get buy one phone get the second free. he repeated it to my wife. the manager was standing behind him the 2 hours he took to do the paperwork. he handed me the paperwork and i left. now its december and i am still getting billed for the second phone. i called verizon and a very helpful agent spent an hour trying to fix everything. but she says there was no bogo program when i bought it. they lied. so they didnt even pay me for the old phones she had to do it. she said when she talked to the manager of the store she was very sarcastic . i would stick to a verizon store not a clone. read more

I felt scammed by the guys who helped me. I was clear what type of plan I wanted in order to re-up for two years. They were very helpful until they got me signed up. Then when I realized the plan did not include texting they said "there was a miscommunication" There was no miscommunication; I felt manipulated into signing a contract that was not what I thought it was. The s4 is great and initially they were very helpful in answering my questions but ultimately the service left a bad taste in my mouth because I asked directly if unlimited talk and text was included and was told it was. read more

I was given a reason that my reimbursement had to be authorized by their cooperative office. It's been 10 weeks now. This store has done nothing but help me out when I need it most. Their staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. This is now the only Verizon intermediary I use. I have never had to wait more then a few moments to be helped. I would like to recognize Eric Sundstrom in particular. He has helped me multiple times over multiple years. I have learned more from his advise lately then I have learned from searching the Internet. Last week my sister and I received great service from the staff at this Verizon Wireless store. My sister has a very old phone that is excluded under my plan. The phone has died and we sent her another old phone. She lives in CA. I live in WA and so am too far away to help. Steve Rosenbaum spoke with me and helped my sister get her replacement phone activated and information transferred despite the fact that he was the only person in the office and it was a very busy day. He helped get her taken care of even though we didn't have all the information we needed. I am so thankful that he could help her and my sister has nothing but great things to say about his service especially given how busy that day was. dont go to this store. I went there to order a new Iphone 6. First they told me it would arrive in a bout a week. 2 weeks later they told me they had no idea when my phone would arrive. It has now been a month still no phone. This morning i checked my email and there was a mail from verizon saying my phone arrived friday. So my phone has been sitting there for 2 days and they didnt bother calling me like they said they would. Once i get my phone i will never return to this store...EVER read more

The manager of this store, Joshua, cheated me on a new phone. I went into this store to see if they could tell me why my phone was having a problem automatically switching from one screen to another. Joshua said it sounds like a hardware problem, and since I had insurance on it, it would cost me $120.00. He then said or, for $50.00 out the door I could buy a Motorola Turbo, no contracts, and they could get the monthly payments around the same as I was paying then. I signed up for it and received it the next day. It is too large and heavy, so I figured since no contract, in a few months I would research phones and purchase one I liked. I received a confirmation notice just over 2 weeks later. That is when I found out that there was an agreement for $27.08 per month for 2 years. I went back to the store to tell Joshua that I wanted to return the phone; he said it was past the 2 week time span to return the phone, and he would not let me return it. I am stuck paying $650.00 for a phone I don't even like. read more
