I have never had such a better service than I have here with Verizon! I am taken care of the minute I walk in the door! I have been with AT&T, boost, T-moble and all I had was problems! Now I have me and my kids on the same plan and I'm loving it! Everyone is so friendly and there is no pressure on up grades that are not necessary. I want to than all the staff at N. I am more than happy to write this review. I bought a used laptop and was having trouble connecting to the internet, so my sister and I went to the local Starbucks to see if the connection would work there. No luck. I am a Verizon customer so my sister said, " Hey Diana, why don't we go over there to Verizon, maybe they can help us". I said, " sure why not, lets see." We were nicely greeted by Angel JImenez. I let him know that I was a Verizon customer but I did not have a phone issue I had a computer issue. He was willing to look at the computer and then he let his co worker see what he could do. Needless to say, Edgar Zuniga was able not only to show me why I was unable to connect to the internet, but he put on the internet explorer for me which was not on my computer. If he did not do that I would have some problems. You guys we so impressive as two people who know how to take care of the customer. Thank you so much for solving my issue. i had a cell with a problem. they were very short, like i was bugging them with my problem. the guy "jose" was too much involved with other things to give his full attention to my problem, with a glance at my cell handed it off to me and said "oh there is nothing i can do" uuuh ok is there anybody else that may be a litter more equipped to do so? "no you have to send it in".. so on and so on. i took it to another store while on vacation and they were totally helpful told me to come back and they do their best. even though they couldn't bring it back, this guy gave me options and set things up for me like shipping of the new phone just totally helpful. what a difference. read more

We came there to inquire about the month to month contract so we won't got stuck with a two year contract again. The salesman explained to us that this was possible. He told us everything we wanted to hear just to make a sale. He explained to us that we only have to pay $70.99 a month plus we were told that If we turned in our old iphone plus the 200.00 gift card promo that they were having that day,we don't have to pay for anything. He handed us new phone and gave us a free phone case. When I asked if we have to pay anything, he said everything is paid for due to the gift cards and the old phone. He kept talking to us while folded the receipt inside the bag. I'm not stupid but I don't know why I didn't read the contract. I believed this heavyset salesman, too bad I didn't get his name but he's the only heavyset man in that store. When I got home I put away the bag with the receipt in it. My bill came and I noticed that there was an additional $ 22.00 charge for phone equipment which we have to pay for 24 months . I called customer service to find out what it was. I was told to read my contract and there it was, saying that I asked them to finance $549.00, the price of the phone and the ugly case was $90.00 plus the charger. This guy lies to customer just to make a sale. I called customer service and asked what I can do about it and she said we are stuck and if we cancelled it's going to cost us $160.00 bec. We have a 2 yr. contract. So, I asked what contract? This is not what the salesman told us. The sad part is, I signed the contract. Lesson learned. I'm writing this review to warn people and sure you read the contract even you're being distracted. They're very dishonest . I still believe that if you do something bad to someone, it will come back to you twice . read more

In spite of some previous negative reviews on Yelp, I was nearby and so stopped in to see about upgrading my phone. Sure glad I did. I was greeted immediately and placed on a waiting list. Yes, I had a wait a while, but the Manager often updated me on my place in the line. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and seemed to give each customer full attention. When my time came, both the Manager, and the salesman came over to me to assist -- not only were they helpful in choosing a new phone, they also reviewed my Verizon account and suggested several changes I could make to my plan to save some money. I will definitely return in the future. read more

I have to say. I usually don't have great luck with Verizon or service but I went in the other day and I was greeted quickly and efficiently. I had a phone die for about the 70th time and it was time to get a new phone because mine was no longer reliable. I needed to upgrade early and wasn't sure they would allow me.. Well not only did Antonio make that happen... But he was patient and helpful as I was picking a new phone. His advice was great and knowledge was amazing of all the products. He was calm and patient. Omar also was helpful in getting my phone set up and ready. So was another man I do not know his name . They were patient while I got the most important things off my phone while I could before the change over. This staff was the best I've experienced at Verizon. I highly suggest them. My only disappointment was they didn't have the 6plus in white in the 128 g.. They seem to have a smaller stock of iPhones but I still got a phone early and everyone was so nice. read more

Like many Verizon customers, I am not a fan of Verizon stores. I've had bad luck in the past so when I needed to replace my SIM card, I was not so thrilled to drive to Salinas from Greenfield to this store. As expected, there were many people there and I had to wait 10 min. Those 10 minutes turned into 20 then 30. All reps were busy, some hustling and one chit chatting about the weather. Understandably that they were busy so I didn't stress. Once I was helped, they were nothing but polite and professional. I appreciate that I felt better as a customer leaving than when I walked in. Losing a phone is a bummer but in the end, the reps made things a lot better. Minus one star just because it's Verizon. read more

Horrible. I went to go get a SIM card for my IPhone 6s Plus I recently bought online and they said I could use the SIM card from my iPhone 5. I wasn't able to use it. Made me stress out and had to call apple and Verizon to fix the problem. Turns out I need a different SIM card that can be provided at the store for free. Never going back to this Verizon again. read more

I had a great experience at tbe store. Everyone was smiling and altbough they had some computer issues handled it well. I really felt like they were there to help me. I cannot say that is true for other stores, but this one the employees made sure all the issues I had with my phone were resolved. read more

Another instance where the Verizon store was a nightmare. Went in to get a new iPhone for my son and the Verizon representative did a bait and switch on us. Took several visits to correct the issue. Verizon over charged our account. We did not notice until we received the email receipt that evening . Bad form. Very disappointed in Verizon. read more

I went to this Verizon store (even though i hate it) because is near my house and I was having a lot of problems with my Droid. It was the worst experience that I ever had at a Verizon store. When I got there, I was greeted by a gal named Arlene that showed some concern about the problems I was experiencing with my phone. She took my name and it was added to the long list of people that was already waiting for a representative. I noticed that a young guy named Anastacio, who I later discovered to be the "store manager" kept walking around the store making phone calls and chatting with customers that were contributing to the profit of the store, but NOT ONCE did he approached me and asked me about my phone problems. After waiting 45 minutes, I approached Anastacio and asked him "how much longer do I have to wait" he turned around and with a rude look and bad attitude responded " We will be with you as soon as the next representative is available" again, he did not asked the reason I was there. I noticed when two young a good looking gals walked into the store and within 5 minutes they were approached by this cocky, full of himself Anastacio guy. They were standing next to me and I was able to hear them talked about the phone, phone plans and the difference between the Iphone and a Droid phone. It seemed like they were having a good time because they were laughing and just letting time go by. As a "store manager" he should be concerned about ALL the customers not only the young and pretty ones. Finally, it was my turn to get help and a nice guy named Giovanni helped me with my problem. He opened my account and informed me that my phone was out of warranty and I didn't have insurance, so there was nothing he could do for me. He provided some alternatives, so I decided to upgrade my current phone to the new Motorola Razor. During the transaction, Anastacio kept walking around the counter looking at his representatives to see what they were doing, but he was always on the phone. He approached me and asked if Giovanni was being helpful? I decided to ignored his question and kept using my phone. He then approached Giovanni and clearly asked him "did you pitched a tablet, and a home phone?" I was sending a text message to my grandson, but I was still aware of the conversation. That to me was rude and uncalled for because i was still standing there when he decided to put his representative on the spot. Giovanni smiled at him and stated "not yet, but i'll do it right now." Giovanni tried to explained the functions of their home phone and the advantage of having a tablet. I was actually on the market for a new Ipad for my grandson, but I decided not to get it because of the service, attitude, and stereotyping I received from the "store manager" Anastacio. He noticed that I only upgraded my phone, but I didn't get their home phone service or the tablet. As I walked out of the store, Anastacio gave me a rude look and it seemed like he was forced to say "thank you, have a good evening" I was so upset that I mentioned my experience to my husband and together decided to cancelled our 5 lines and our home internet account with Verizon. My husband was also there earlier this month and had to wait 30 minutes to purchased a car charger for his phone. This store is clearly understaffed, only cares for customers who are making a purchase and are there to contribute to the profit of the business. The management have no idea how to run a store with make ALL of their customers feel valued. If you have any problems with your phone or simply want to upgrade you current phone, just make the drive to Sand City or Monterey where you will be treated like a customer not just a number. Since I work in Seaside, those two store were my preference before I decided to cancelled my account with Verizon. Trust me!! I used to drive 30 minutes to the stores mentioned above so I can receive real customer service not what I got at the Salinas store. If i ever decide to get Verizon again, I'll make sure I go back to Monterey or Sand City store. I hope this helps you determine who you will be doing business with. read more
