Several weeks later I'm still dealing with the consequences of a careless employee not taking his job seriously. I went into this location to get help switching two existing Verizon lines to a new account I opened with them that day. I also asked to bring in a 3rd line from T-Mobil to the new account we opened that day. The employee who "helped" us added the T-Mobil line to the old account that I was removing the other two lines from. I went in the next day to get help with correcting the mistake and an associate let me know there was nothing they could do, I had to wait 30 days to be able to call to have that 3rd line switched. The manager walked right by after the employee had let her know what the situation was without a care. It doesn't surprise that the employees don't care about doing their job right 9f the management is the same way. I've been charged a transfer fee twice and have to wait 60 days for that line to show up on the right bill and be able to benefit from the discount of having multiple lines in one account. Added on to my family plan and the messed it up for some reason when I added my friend on my plan they made his phone work and for some reason made mine shut off so for two day I was without my phone my friend had his phone work only with outgoing calls and couldn't receive text and calls my phones bill is 333 for a month and that hella to much to have some kid that didn't know what they was doing setting up my plan other then that I'm happy with my phone and the iPhone is the way togo with Verizon I never have a dropped call read more

I had the pleasure of being help by Giao Duong today at rhe Almaden store today. He went above and beyond by helping me transfer my info from one device to another. He took the time to over any questions regarding processes and even taught me some new tips and tricks that about my phone that I didn't know it even had! I would highly recommend Giao or Verizon!! I was told I would be sent a giftcard via email for my phone trade in. When I asked if it could just be applied to my account so that it comes out of my next bill, the lady I spoke with stated I needed to go online to do that. Turns out I can not apply it directly to my account as that can only be done over the phone or in person at a Verizon store. After chatting with a Verizon rep from home I was told the lady in store was being lazy. I was very visibly 9 months pregnant when I went into the store and shouldn't have to jump through hoops to make sure my next bill includes my $107 giftcard credit applied when I will have a brand new infant to take care of. read more

Okay so I've been on the fence about going to another carrier due to TERRIBLE experiences with staff in person and over the phone! (Not there cellular service or coverage) I have to say that the last interaction with customer service a couple weeks ago and today's experience in the store has for now made me a believer! There was no wait and the staff was very attentive and courteous. I wish I had her name to pass on and add to the story but she was an angel! Very helpful, super nice and sympathetic! I've never experienced that with Verizon before but thanks to this mystery employee I will definitely post about how nice it was to get great customer service which as we all know has kind of gone away in general lately! The experience at this store was equal to going to the DMV. Store was all fluff. 15 minute wait just to talk to someone. Came into store to potentially buy one of their most expensive phones. Loud millennial music playing. Equally unmotivated millennial who eventually asked what I wanted. Berated my phone that I am looking to replace. No assistance from store for moving contacts, pictures and texts over to new phone. Hinting that if it couldn't be done in the cloud, that I was out of luck. I do not know if all of Verizon stores are becoming this bad as far as Customer Service and unmotivated sales reps, but I will never darken this location's door again. I was told by Verizon customer service to go to a corporate store, like this one. What did they want me to do .... The manager here wanted me to get back on the phone after I had already spent 2 and a half hours on the phone. Pretty genius ! When I asked her to call her district manager and have them settle this she said no, it's Saturday. Really? When did Verizon management go hourly. Worst service-ever i been with verizon many many years. Today i had issues with my phone data problem I called 611 after everything diagnosed rep told its the Sim causing please go to Verizon store have them replace the Sim. I told them the whole situation the guy went to the Store Maneger Gorges about sim he said they don't have the Sim I got to go west-gate which is about 10 to 12 miles away. I asked him check with Blossom hill store they lied to me i did not buy that i went to Blossom hills they changed it right away. I would not go to this store ever again. read more

I visited to change the SIM of my phone. The employee I spoke with was very friendly and quick. Store also was spacious and beautifully organized. I give a 4 starts because in my questions about whether I should maintain or not my phone insurance, it was clear that employee was inclined to give answers that favored phone upgrade to more recent model. I had to do my calculations and after I shared my analysis with him, he then agreed with my conclusions which was to keep my phone and maintain insurance. read more

We told our sales person what we wanted and we were told about the specials they had and when we said no thank you, she didn't ask us again or try to pressure us. This is my first review on yelp, and I feel I really need to write this review for the outstanding service I received this past weekend. I pre-ordered iPhone 7 and made a full payment. When Verizon's trade-in promotion came out, I found that I was unable get the promotion trade-in value for my old iPhone because the promotion is bound with the 24-month purchase program. Before I visited this Verizon store, I actually called the customer service and visited 2 other retailer stores, but received different suggested solutions, all of which sounded too complicated. I finally decided to walk in this Verizon corporate store. The solution manager Paul and solution specialist Joshua were very helpful. They were able to find a best solution to help me return the new iPhone 7 first and re-purchased it via the 24-month purchase program without incurring any extra fee. The got this resolved very fast and I came home happily with the same new iPhone and my old iPhone was also valued for the promotion trade-in value. I am very impressed for the excellent service Paul and Joshua delivered and am very thankful for their help. They are truly the solution specialist! read more
