This past October I purchased a new refrigerator. In December we had an issue with the ice maker and we had to defrost the refrigerator. My freezer was packed! I called J Broadway and told them I had no where to put my food while the refrigerator defrosted. They sent over a loaner refrigerator. My new refrigerator is now working! They are great to deal with! When I need a new appliance, I call, they give me choices, I look online, call and order all from the comfort of my home. I value their expert opinion and guidance. I saw many employees walking around the store restocking. I always enjoy looking at the Bullseye's Playground & Dollar Spot section to find $1, $3 and $5 items. These are a great bargain. The Target App is an easy way to shop and save. If there is a specific item you are looking for, the app will tell you the exact aisle and how many are in stock. There are self-checkout stations and cashier lanes. I went to a cashier and she was friendly. Target has a free membership option called Target Circle that offers every member access to automatic deals applied at checkout, earn Target Circle Rewards, and save with personalized deals. I have the Target Circle Card (previously known as the Target RedCard) that will offer an extra 5% off purchases, access to no-rush returns, and free two-day shipping on Target's site. A big problem I have always found with the majority of RadioShack locations was lack of knowledge on behalf of the salesperson. They seemed as if they just simply did not know much about their products or have as much knowledge as one would hope in regards to sale items and promotions. Now, I tend to only stop into RadioShack for small items, like batteries, cords, phone cases, and alike. Regarding my most recent visit, I was in and out of the store in about five minutes. I do have to give the sales girl credit for trying to get me to purchase a warranty plan for a $10 auxiliary cord. If you are a RadioShack fan, I recommend this location. Everything appears to run smoothly and the employees seem to have a little more of a clue what they are doing.

That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. I brought my amp to this guy. The only thing wrong with it was 1 speaker jack was not working. He did something and messed it up and dared to ask more money in the line of 200. 00 on top of the money he took already. I also gave him my cd player that the belt broke. He replaced the belt then told me the machine had to be re-calibrated and it was a pain in the butt so he wanted another 185.00. So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.

I happenstance stumbled upon his yelp page which was buried 5 pages deep because most other installers were flaking out on me and am glad I did!! For Joe this is not just a business but also a passion. He literally can talk about the advancements in Audio/Video and home theater all day long which he did with me even though it was nearly 7pm on a Monday night. The thing that I was most impressed with was the fact that he is a perfectionist and if something didn't look or sound right to him he would make sure it did. He has an eye and ear that is more fine tuned for this than we consumers do and he'll let you know it if it isn't right even though we may think it is. He even went as far as calibrating the projector to THX certs on his Ipad for free!! He charged me for 2 hours labor even though he was here for well over 3 hours! I apologize for the long review but Joe deserves an in depth review because he indeed is a diamond in the rough.
