    Literally took me 30 minutes to get a SIM card . Straight ridiculous ; attitude was smelled at the door worst VERIZON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO !

    Like most people I don't usually leave 5 star reviews when I get good service. In this store they have mostly TVs that are sold open box in like new condition. They also have others that are sold with very slight defects. (They were up front w me and told me when showing me the ones that had very slight defects) I couldn't notice the defects on some of them in the store but they told me about it and even pulled up video on the screen to show me. I imagine there is no return or exchange policy on these defective units. I've never pulled the trigger on any of the HEAAAAVILY DISCOUNTED ones with blemishes, or defects, so I can't attest to those ones. My friends and family have always bought the like new ones. Between me and my friends, we have now bought 4 high end Oled TVs total from here. 1 of them did have some slight vertical banding in the picture, that we didn't notice until we got it home, but even though it were sold as open box, the owner was awesome and offered to swap it out or refund it. We brought it back, and since he didn't have the same model in stock he put the money right back on my card. The curb appeal of the place isn't the greatest, but it's the best place to get high end TVs for sure!

    I really wanted this to be a smooth, "drop it off and pick it up fixed" kind of experience... but…read moreinstead, it turned into a week-long lesson in patience. I came into uBreakiFix for a cracked front + inner screen. They gave me a quote. Cool. I submitted that exact quote to my insurance. Insurance paid me based on their numbers. Simple, right? Not quite. Upon pickup, I'm suddenly told the quote was wrong. That they itemized the incorrect parts and now the repair magically costs $300 more. So now I'm being asked to resubmit a brand-new quote to insurance and "hope" they cover the difference. Hope?! Let's be clear: I didn't misquote anything. I didn't select the wrong parts. I didn't create the invoice. That was 100% on them. Yet somehow, I'm the one expected to jump through hoops and clean it up. I even contacted corporate thinking they'd step in... but nope. Same response: everyone missed it, please work it out with the insurance company. Meanwhile, my phone is still being held hostage, I've lost a full week of time, and I'm stuck managing a mistake that wasn't mine. At this point, I'm picking up my phone and taking my business elsewhere. This was frustrating, time-consuming, and avoidable with better attention to detail and customer care. Mistakes happen, I get that. But accountability matters even more. Yelp Elite tip: double-check everything before you hand over your device. And don't assume the quote you're given is final. On to the next repair shop.

From beginning to end, the entire experience was a masterclass in disregard and incompetence. I brought in my camera for what should've been a straightforward repair through Geek Squad. Instead what I got: hidden service charges that nobody bothered to communicate to me, ZERO transparency, zero accountability. Management? Non-existent. Staff? Unknowledgeable. And the tone? Intimidating -- pulling a police officer into the mix for god knows what was completely unnecessary. I wasn't being belligerent -- I was asking valid questions and got treated like I was a problem. The "Geek Squad" here couldn't geek their way out of a paper bag. They acted like they know everything, but when push came to shove, they had no answers. Refused to explain extra charges. Didn't tell me what was happening, didn't give me the courtesy of simple respect. To say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement. I want this to be one of the first things discussed at their next staff / management meeting. I want them to feel the weight of this, because they deserve to. If I were running the show for corporate, I'd be looking at shutting this location down -- the level of dysfunction is staggering. They are driving business away, not welcoming it. I will not be returning, and I will make sure others steer clear too. This is how you lose business -- with arrogance, secrecy, intimidation and lack of basic human decency. Corporate: This is your "flagship" or at least major location in Buckhead -- you owe your customers better than this. Fix it, or lose it.

    I brought in an "open box excellent" condition soundbar that was shipped to me completely botched…read more(missing the power cord, remote, and all other accessories). Because this location only had new units in stock, I asked manager/supervisor Jonathan to discount the new unit to make up for Best Buy's massive quality-control failure. Instead of taking responsibility and making it right, the manager refused to adjust the price. Worse, he explicitly told me to pay the price difference out-of-pocket, stating that "corporate would reimburse the difference" if I called the 1-888 number. That was a flat-out lie. Corporate confirmed they have no mechanism to refund a price difference on a finalized in-store purchase. Jonathan knowingly gave me false information just to protect his store's margins and get me out of his line. Absolutely terrible leadership and dishonest customer service. If anyone at this store tells you corporate will reimburse you for an in-store upcharge, do not believe them. I would not purchase anything further from this location.
