Either a cord or a SD.. we tried out the cord and it wasn't working (my camera issues) so he open and showed me how to use the SD card . Abraham knows a lot about cameras. He offered to "show me something " for better photos .. holy moly! He made a ton of adjustments on my camera , and his co workers were kind enough to "pose" for some sample photos all in good fun. I couldn't believe the difference in my photos , just by all the settings he tweaked. He took extra time with me and that was much appreciated! Best Buy has definitely won me back as a customer!     My son and I stopped into Best Buy to have his phone screen cover replaced. I had purchased the…read moreextended plan to be able to have this replaced as many times as needed throughout the year. While waiting in line for at least twenty minutes, I asked my son to go over to two workers at another counter to see if they could help. Neither person acknowledged my son standing there awaiting their assistance. He stood there for at least another 10 minutes and I called him back to me, still waiting in line. FINALLY, a person agreed to help us with this simple fix...but was told they do not carry the covers any longer. SO...the warranty I paid for is now null and void. I asked for my money back since the service is not usable any longer, but was told I could only have a store credit. WHAT??? If I paid for something and cannot receive what I paid for, shouldn't I get my money back? A miniscule $22 by the way...not hundreds of dollars. The manager Joe was very rude and basically told me that was all he could do and was condescending to boot! Cannot believe a store is allowed to run that way. What happened to caring for customers and giving outstanding customer service. I spent a pretty penny during the holidays, but Best Buy has lost me as a customer. I will NEVER shop at their store again all because the manager Joe couldn't do the right thing.

Junior, the manager, handled my return and made it seamless for me. He went above an beyond to give me my full refund. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and Junior did an excellent job! Zero stars to the Best Buy website - that needs an overhaul-only pull up items based on what was searched, not everything causing what happened to me today.

    BEWARE OF LMB Handyman Services LLC the installer for Best Buy…read moreI Give my rating for the Installation Company LMB Handyman Services LLC that is contracted with Best Buy. The installer did not follow installation instructions on a microwave install and caused damaged to my new cabinets. (you have to wonder how many other microwaves were installed like this) Installer was argumentative and refused to reinstall the blower plate after rotating the fan blower, this plate must be reinstalled to prevent fire risk and air blow back into the cabinet. Installer stated they leave them out all the time. Installer also used the wrong drill bits to drill the holes in the cabinet causing damage. Installer also refused to put a screw into the stud for the microwave mounting bracket and stated the drywall anchors is all that was needed, that was until I forced installer to screw into the stud before he hung the microwave. Installer also left sawdust all over the place and refused to clean up stating he does not have a vacuum. Conclusion is Best Buy was very responsive and had a new microwave installed for this I give Best Buy 5 Stars. In the meantime, I am dealing with a nightmare trying to get a damage claim cabinet processed through Best Buy for damages caused by the BEST Buy Installation contractor LMB Handyman Services LLC. The process is extremely difficult to settle a property damage claim especially when LMB Handyman Services owner Braulio Esparza is argumentative and uncooperative.

    I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience from today. I visited…read morethis Target location with my mother to purchase clear bags for the Diamondbacks game. While checking out, we made a casual comment about how strict stadium policies have become. In response, the cashier began sharing strong personal opinions that were completely unrelated to our conversation. She stated that "kids who protested for terrorists and molesters were wrong" and went on to express her support for ICE and the military. Regardless of personal beliefs, these comments were inappropriate to bring up in a customer service setting. Employees represent the company while on the clock, and conversations involving political or highly sensitive topics can make customers uncomfortable. This interaction felt unprofessional and out of line for a retail environment. For all she knew, I could have been a corporate secret shopper evaluating the store experience. I believe this situation should be addressed appropriately, whether that means additional training, a formal write-up, or other corrective action to ensure professionalism is maintained. For reference, this occurred at approximately 12:30-1:00 PM at lane 8. I visit this location often, but this experience was disappointing and concerning.
