Very disappointing experience at this location. The employee did not give me the correct information. I signed on the dotted line, then he corrected himself (telling me I would now have to pay $400 rather than NOTHING). By then it was too late. Okay so I had the best experience here all because of Amani and Michael. First off, Amani was very quick to help me and my sister. She was purchasing a new phone and Amani was more than patient with us as we had many questions about what we were paying for and how much everything was. It was very quick with her. She was also very personable and easy to talk to, even going out of her way to ask questions about our day! Michael was also very helpful with my mother and I. We were wondering about a possible plan change with our phones and Michael took us in and helped us and answered all of our questions. He was very informative and assisted us in a fantastic way. Overall, my experience was enhanced at this store due to Amani and Michael. They were both helpful, patient, informative, and funny as well! Went in here the other day because my phone was disabled and I needed their help. The girl with the dark hair grabs my phone and just pressed random numbers (my screen is locked so what was the point?). Reason why I'm doing a review is because she basically accused me of stealing the phone. "Whose phone is this?" Two minutes later she literally asked me, "Is this YOUR phone?" Clearly it's MY phone. My neighbors in their eighties, went into the store on Saturday to lower bill. Ended up coming out of the store with a new bill double what they went in with from about $175/month for 3 phone lines to over $300/month. Were sold 2 smart watches, upgraded phones, and 2 home 5g internet devices. We're told these would provide them TV to completely replace Spectrum. When they got home confirmed they did not get or need any of that. Why would anyone particularly an 80+ couple need 2 home 5g internet devices? I went with them on Monday to return all the devices they were taken advantage of by Moe on Saturday. Went into the store there were 4 employees and no customers. Moe was not there so asked to talk to Manager. One man said he was the manager that looked like he was doing something with a bunch of boxes. Made us wait about 10 minutes with no customers there. Asked for his name but he refused. Paperwork we got at the end looks like his name was Justin B. He was very argumentative and refused to refund without a restocking fee of $200. read more

I went here to put a basic phone on my new line. I was told that I could not do this because I was locked into the data plan for two years. BackStory: I went to the Corporate Verizon store off Winchester, between TGIFriday's and the gas station, a few days prior to this visit. I opened a new phone line to purchase an iPhone6 (64GB) at a reduced cost. I asked the associate (Chris?) if I changed my mind, could I change the line to a basic line with a basic phone. He said yes. So here I am, at GoWireless, being told that the associate at the Corporate store lied to me and misrepresented information in order to make the sale. Luckily for me, Justin W. helped me immensely! Instead of going back to the Corporate Store and returning the iPhone6, he was able to make some changes to my account to my satisfaction. I am now spending only a few dollars more per month and doubled my data and got a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab4! He also found that I had $50 credit for accessories! Score! I am not sure about the other bad reviews for Justin. If there is indeed another Justin working there, let me assure you that Justin Willis is the associate who helped me. He was more than helpful and I will be coming back to this location from now on. I used to go to this location when I lived in Vail Creek. But I have moved away and the Corporate Verizon store was easier for me. After my last visit to the Corporate Store, I surely won't be going back there. Came in here 2 months ago to cancel my subscription and I still got charged for it up to this date. Then they told me to call 611 to get it resolved and I did, spent 2 hours on the phone dealing with them when it should have been resolved 2 months prior when i went to get it resolved. Ill see in my next bill if it actually did get resolved. Even worse when I went in 2 days ago to inquire about a plan and they automatically added it to my current one without my permission. Theyre very quick to add plans and charge you, but whenever it comes to cancelling or getting a refund, its like a foreign language to them. The incompetence is too much here. My husband and I experienced shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior from the store manager Marcus L., resulting in him telling us to leave the store, and that he has decided to refuse us service. At no point were we rude with him. We only expressed our dismay with Verizon's policies, which we acknowledged he does not make. After waiting in an empty store with no customers for nearly 2 hours, Marcus tried to troubleshoot why my internet had suddenly stopped working on my new phone which I purchased from him at this store 3 months prior. Marcus was too incompetent with his knowledge of his job, to realize that he had not set up my monthly auto pay correctly, which in turn, shut down the internet on my phone. I figured this out on my own at home after checking my Verizon account! After Marcus L and support spent nearly 2 hours trying to trouble shoot the issue, Marcus L. told me I likely needed to upgrade my internet for an additional $10 per month, which I agreed to, I just wanted my phone to work! Marcus then proceeded to charge $15 to my card, more than agreed upon, and my internet still didn't work. Marcus told me he had to go to lunch, and his solution was to tell me it would take 5-7 days to trouble shoot the issue, and my phone's internet would not be in working order throughout this entire duration, and even longer if the phone needed to be replaced. My husband and I told Marcus that we felt this was unreasonable for such a large company like Verizon to send their customer out the door with no resolve for such a long period of time without a working phone. We told Marcus we realize he does not make the rules, and we are not upset with him, but that we would like a contact number to talk to somebody higher up like his boss, or corporate about Verizon's handling of this situation. This is the point in which Marcus L. said to us "I don't have to give you any information, I can refuse service to you, and I am now not going to help you at all!" He also told us not to return tomorrow. He would not refund the money he charged me that day, I had to call customer service to explain his refusal to help us. How does Verizon view such a individual as management material? ?Hopefully Marcus L. can learn how to do his job properly to save his customers, and tech support, the headache...and improve upon his customer communication skills. We will not be giving Verizon our business ever again. read more

Walked into this store on July 5 to switch from T-Mobile I was help by hisam worse customer service I have ever gotten. The guy was very rude from the beginning we where calm and not confrontational at any moment. He never explained anything about the plan we where supposed to be getting, after being in the phone with verizon for minutes, witch he was also very rude too at times rising his voice very loud in a angry manner. After he got off the phone he gets both of the phone to switch the sim and activate them. He gives us our phones back. My girlfriend turned her phone on and he flips out slashes the phone from her and tells her she shouldn't have turned it on, he starts speaking Arabic in an angry manner right in front of us. Tells her to stand up an go sit In the seat away from his desk that was very rude and unprofessional. He tells us that he needs to start all over and the phone need to sit for 8 minutes in an angry manner and takes the phone to the back of the store for what I do not know. After all of that he goes and charges me for some fee witch he wasn't supposed to do so. Gives me the paper receipt and walks always and says he need to go on lunch. The whole time he never explained the charges, the plans and he was very rude. I would never be going back to this store ever again. Switching from T-Mobile to Verizon (T-Mobile has excellent customer service, just their coverage is tough). Went in and it took about two hours to get everything switched over and updated. Was told my monthly bill would be $150/monthly. Received the email from Verizon saying my first bill would be $300 and then $217 going forward. Not what I had been promised. Calling Verizon this morning I've been on hold for an hour for customer service. I did talk with a very nice gentleman named Richard out of Ohio who is going to contact the store directly. I will update after Richard follows up with me. Sooooo, disappointed in the person that waited on me at the store. I had a unique situation and Salvatore who was helping me, was really well informed about the products. I first visited this store in May 2015. At that time I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff that guided me thoroughly through the process of replacing my damaged phone. A year later, I damaged my phone again and I decided to drive 100 miles to this specific location because of their customer service. This time around, I was assisted by Shaela and Mailani. Both girls were friendly, informative, knowledgeable and thorough. They offered several options for replacing my phone. They were extremely patient and worked to get me the biggest bang for my buck. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience with any Verizon store.Came in over two weeks ago for the new iPhone 11. Talked to a girl named Ricky. Called ahead to see if the phones we wanted were available in store. They said they were and they would put them on hold for me to get there. She gave us a deal with our trade ins. $450 each phone. (Sweet deal right?!) of course too good to be true. Turns out the phones they had on hold for me were not even there. And they said I was the one that was confused..... yeah. Ok. Whatever. so we order the phones. No problem. I asked Ricky if she would still honor the deal when the phones were delivered. She said. Yes of course. So I get the email that my phones were going to be delivered on Friday. To a store in SAN MARCOS! I called and asked. What's going on. Ricky reassured me that it's going to their store and not to worry. Ok I thought. So Friday comes. And my phones are in San Marcos. And it will be another 3-5 days till they get them in their store. WOW. THANKS! So now it's Monday and I call to get an update on when they are to be expected since now I'm not on the tracking sheet because they have been signed for to the store in San Marcos. She says they got a big shipment and I can come in and she was cancel my order from over two weeks ago. Ok cool. Thanks. Then I ask about the deal. And she says she can no longer honor it and that the best she can offer me is $200 for each phone. What a joke!!! Never coming back. Shady place with shady people. read more

I have been in this store frequently and in my opinion, it is the best! After having "mega" problems with the manager, Troy Gleason, at the Rancho CA Rd. store, I was able to contact the District Manager, Marlon M. He is a gem, and resolved all the issues I encountered at the Rancho CA Rd store. Before traveling to Europe, I stopped into the Temecula 79 South store to see if they could help me. I wasn't purchasing anything, I just needed information. They went out of their way to make copies of each of the contacts I would need incase there was an emergency and i needed to use the data feature on my phone. They made copies, 4 pages long, of all the contacts, addresses, and phone numbers I would need, in each of the 5 countries I was traveling too. We checked to make sure I would have enough GB's to support all the pictures I wanted to take with my phone and enough GB's to support all the games etc. that I wanted to load on my tablet. They spent a lot of time with me and I can't express how appreciative I am. The store manager Joe McGowan, and sales associate Shannon and Hannah are fantastic. I am a firm believer to acknowledge those who provide you with good service, as well as those who don't . I have been to this location a couple times to upgrade my phone. First experience was pleasant. I upgraded to an IPhone 10XR at that time in March of this year. I have been very unhappy with this phone. It would lock up and would not work in my car. After attempting to resolve this issue, I decided to go back and see if they could help me. The Sales Rep on that day was pleasant and provided me with an option to upgrade to the IPhone 11 at a cost of a few dollars more a month. I agreed and they ordered a phone. I went to pick up phone today and was helped by a Sales Rep named Chris. Very unpleasant, arrogant, and rude. The price I was quoted by the first Rep I ordered the phone from a few days was different from what Chris quoted me today. Before I completed my transaction, I verified with Chris what I had been quoted of 166.00 to upgrade and taxes for IPhone 11. Chris confirmed that it was correct. After I paid 166.00, he began to transfer my data from my old phone to my new one. As my data was transferred, he then tells me I still need to pay for 75.25 to cover taxes. I said that he just confirmed the total cost was 166.00. He denied telling me that and said "I have been doing this a long time, and I know what I said". He also saId if I don't like it, he can cancel the upgrade, but I would not get my payment back! Such an arrogant , rude Sales Rep. I just smiled and pretended that I was ok with full intentions of leaving a review of my experience. Never going back. Pretty sure it wont affect their business much. Just wanted to let people know beware, get it in writing. Sadly he has several service award plaques to give you the impression that he does a gd job. I went to get an upgrade on my phone and I got the new xr I phone the manager was helping me and while transferring all my photos over he said I wouldn't lose any and I lost 1,000 pictures I went in a couple days later to have him help me get them back he backed up my phone and still no pictures then he backed it up again and I not only lost all of my photos still but all the new apps that come with the new iphone are also gone he backed it up to my old phone and my brand new phone glitches all the time, he said he was the manager for 5 years but he doesn't seem to know what he's doing. The store started off great. Customer service was great..... until the plan 650 switch that I converted 5 phones from was decline 2 months after we switched phones.... they Verizon said the phones did not qualify for the promotional plan..... in the big scheme of things it was 160.00 worth of fees that I would have to pay out of pocket. I went into store multiple times over 2 months (7 times to be exact). The staff was nice and tried multiple emails to the Verizon rep, the district manager, and the store manager to get a 160 dollar credit applied to my account. Finally spoke to store manager on 8th ti.e and he said he would take care if it that day.... I was soooooo.... happy and thought the battle was won.... the credit never posted to my account... I called the manager if the store back and he was with a customer and would call me back. 4 times calling later with the promise of a call back he was with a customer. I felt another store visit was needed... up until this point I was cool... but the store manager was with another customer and I would have to wait.... so i did and then a different person store assistant manager came up to me and ask me to explain what was going on.... pop I lost it. You want me to explain the whole situation again of what has taken place over the past two months!!!! This was the store on Temecula Parkway 79 south. Long story short, that said it would post today and then it would be done..... we shall see. Very mixed feelings on this but at this time one star is all it will get. read more

This place is a joke! You're better of going to an actual Verizon store directly, or switching providers They are nice because they don't want you to know all the little extra add-ons they charge. I recently went to them for an upgrade then took my phone back and they ended up charging me a ridiculous restocking fee, in addition I'm still waiting on my refund for returning my phone, which came out to be way less then what my total bill was when I purchased the phone. They waste no time at all taking out the $ you owe them, but take their time giving you back what they owe you. Oh did I mention too that they still charged me an upgrade fee. They maybe less expensive, but will get you with all their little extras. I spoke to my carrier (Verizon) today and they did mention, they may follow their rules(Verizon's) but have their own hidden fees. Justin who help me when I first bought my upgrade was great and told me all the things, as a customer I wanted to hear, but when I went to return my phone Anthony, who help me with the return was very unprofessional and so rude! If you do decide to go, DO NOT have Justin help you, he got both my husband and I, to buy their "promotions" and Anthony is just poor customer service!
