Took my 2017 Nissan Frontier to this location a few days ago due to an Engine Light issue. Mara , one of the store clerks immediately greeted me and assisted me by scanning the code. She was courteous , friendly and professional. She was kind enough to print out a sheet with the problem and part needed. Mara also was extremely helpful in recommending a mobile mechanic in the area. Jerod ( mobile mechanic ) met me at the O'reillys location the next day, replaced the part at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. Choose anywhere else but O'Reilly Auto Parts. In a society where we have online opportunities to shop, businesses should prioritize making sure their in store customers are taken care of and want to come back. I special ordered a torque converter and waited until the following day for it to come in. When I went to install it, I noticed that one of the studs for the flywheel was not attached and would not allow for it to be mounted. When I returned it to the O'Reilly in Temecula, I was told that the soonest they could get me a replacement was 5 PM. While this might seem as though it is a reasonable response one must have taken to account that my vehicle is in pieces in the garage and undrivable. I asked for the manager to call and make arrangements for somebody to meet the a delivery driver and get my replacement part sooner. After speaking to the store manager, Lorraine, and requesting a callback from the district manager, Bryan, I was left more frustrated than that when I started. Neither of them took accountability for the fact that my truck is not drivable and in parts in the garage. I ordered a part that I expected to be usable and had arrangements to have it reinstalled. Lorraine told me that she called the district manager Bryan at my request and asked him to give him me a call to discuss a quicker replacement. After more than an hour and a half and no call I called back and Lorraine called Bryan again. When Bryan called me, he told me that he was only just now being brought to his attention. The problem is the district manager pointed fingers at the store manager, saying that she did not call when she told me she Did, but I don't truly believe that that is the case. I believed he did not want to call me back and therefore wished that I would just go away. I'm telling you all. You have choices when it comes to buy an auto parts. This was an unexpected repair and I needed the part urgently otherwise I would've taken advantage of buying it online. But if you are in an emergency situation like I was do not go to O'Reilly as they do not care about their customers and do not think outside the box for ways to make situations better when they've sold a faulty part and caused unnecessary delay. To make matters worse, Bryan spoke to me like I was some kind of an idiot. He tried to justify the fact that it was not "safe "for an employee to go to the distribution center because it was a "hardhat facility ". When I pointed out that that was an excuse and not a reason, he had no response. I shared with him that clearly the delivery drivers figured out a way to make a safe exchange of the parts they were going to deliver and that his excuse made no sense. I am currently waiting for a callback from the regional manager, whose name I'm told is Pedro. My hope is that maybe he could do better as far as thinking outside the box. read more

Very friendly local auto parts store, I visited here a few times now, last time I needed to purchase jumper cables because my daughter is a new driver and she forgot and did not completely turn her car off at school and drained the battery. I also purchased a battery boost starter to keep in her car. The employees were very helpful in choosing which model would be best based on size and model of car. read more

Those guys in O ' Reilly hate their jobs. We went in for Jack oil and the ugliest women in there said " I'm on lunch " and rushed by my husband. Then a guy leaning on the counter just watched so I hollered " do you have Jack oil". He said yeah it's over by the jacks that the bottle said Jack oil on it. So rude, and obtuse. If you're a do it yourself person or just need wiper blades this is a good parts house to go to. Speaking of wiper blades...they're getting more complicated with each new vehicle I own. These guys will install your new blades for you, not a bad deal. What's also nice is if they don't have your parts they can order it and have it for you the next morning by 10 am. Been to this store many times. Stopped In the other day for a battery for my truck. Employee grabbed a pack of battery grease to add to my tab. Since he didn't ask if I wanted it, I assumed he was throwing it In for free with the $179 battery. So I asked if he was including it for free. He said "if you can't afford $1.95 I'll include it for free". I was baffled. I just chuckled and told him I already had some. 1. If your trying to upsell, Ask your customer if they want it if you are adding it to their sale. 2. $1.95 battery grease is a great complimentary item with a $179 battery and keeps customers coming back! EDGAR & OMAR ROCK!!!! What an exceptional guest service by these two gentlemen. They both are incredibly asset to the company. On August 13, 2019 I brought my car in for a possibly battery issued and Edgar respond immediately and quickly diagnose the problem with the car. Omar went on his computer and checking the previous order and was later found in the record. He then proceeding the new battery and exchange it. Went in to purchase a car battery. Smooth process until my girlfriend and I make it to the register where we're greeted by an older gentleman who proceeds to make a comment about my girlfriends race, asking "what kind of asian are you? Chinese? Japanese?". Now, I'm not really one to be all emotional and offended about stupid stuff like that, but are you kidding me? Seriously just an inappropriate and ill mannered decision on that mans part to open his mouth and say that in my opinion. Didn't catch his name, but I hope staff reads this and can maybe just run it by their employees to not bring up someone's race at the checkout counter if at all possible. Customer Service is not a priority. Long lines, and only 2 associates, who don't pay attention to the lines. People just walk up , while people are patiently waiting in line. Next time I will just buy my car wash at the grocery store. The lines are shorter and everyone is friendly. read more

It has been a few weeks since my visit to the store but, it's been on my TO DO LIST to give a big shout out to RAPHEAL!! He was so helpful walked me to my car because I had a heavy floor jack and a box of hubcaps for my Scion! He listened to me complain about my Mother with a concerned ear! Bad experience with Manager Dave... I have always been a loyal customer of O'Reilly but they have to check who they promote to become managers in their store because soon they will lose customers. I have had the worse service at O'Reilly Auto Parts. NEVER, EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. Being a female I was dismissed every time I complain about the bad battery I was sold. On top of the horrible service and bad batteries they sale. My information in their system was put completly incorrectly, I was under a males name? Go figure its no wonder they could not find me in the system. Good thing I save all my receipts and have documentations of all my transactions!! I hadn't driven my car for awhile and the windows were filthy! It was when I tried to was them I realized my wipers badly needed replacing. Caleb was the young man behind the counter who helped me. He greeted me with a genuine smile and after I paid offered to assist me with my wipers once he finished helping the other customers. Within 5 minutes he was outside as promised and didn't assist me, he put the wipers on in about two minutes. Customer service in so many areas is greatly lacking these days especially in the younger generations. I have to say, I hope Caleb reads this and his parents read it as well! I bought a remanufactured rack and pinion here. The bushings that came with it were soft rubber, causing the entire unit to shift when the wheel is turned. They need to be replaced or else the steering will be off constantly. Their response was "that's not unusual". Really, why do you sell a $500 defective part and not even give me the courtesy of letting me know that they should be replaced BEFORE installation. The bushings are cheap, but the removal and replacement of the rack is a major pain in the... seems this is a known defect here, but the response was to see if I wanted to return the entire assy. Poor service! Poor products! Never again o'riley! read more

Went to buy a new radiator for 2007 Saturn and was sold the wrong one. The trip to this store is 80 miles round trip. It didn't fit our car upon returning it we were told " good luck at the junkyard if you can even find one". We now have a new radiator shipped for free and it was half the price no attitude read more

Female buyers beware. We purchased a new battery for my wife's vehicle earlier this year for more than $200. Last month she attempted to return it because it would not hold a charge. The store manager made every excuse not to honor the return policy, finally stating they had to charge the battery to determine whether or not it was defective. At the same time, a man was arguing with the store manager regarding his wife's earlier attempt to return a defective battery. No surprise, after charging our battery the manager told my wife that the battery was fine and sent her on her way with no documentation and a fully charged defective battery. The battery continued discharging until we had our vehicle towed to a mechanic. The mechanic determined that the battery was defective. He said O'Reilly's behavior is highly unethical. When I complained to the store manager that I thought they were being discriminatory towards female customers, he demurred stating, "That's not true, I sold two batteries to women just today." No doubt they'll take anyone's money, they just refuse to stand by their products, especially if the customer is a woman. read more

They were nice when I purchased a tire valve remover and replacements. It turns out I didn't need them, as a tire store tightened the valve for free. I went in to return them and to ask about purchasing new wipers for my older car, which I plan to sell. They weren't crowded and the clerk told us about three grades of wipers and what they cost. We chose the mid grade, and she rang it up and we paid. She graciously subtracted the return. As she started to hand them to me I asked about installation, since their sign says they do that. She went straight outside, ripped off the packaging and promptly threw it away. I asked her to give me what was left, but that was nothing but plastic. I told her I wished she hadn't done that, as I would have liked a record of the new wipers to show a purchaser. She did not respond. As I started toward the trash can to see if it could be retrieved, the two male employees came out and began smoking less than 10 feet from the door. I beat a hasty retreat into the car with barely time to avoid inhaling! read more

I was a customer here for 19 years ... way back when it was a Kragen. But then I experienced a bad run of luck here with bad service and an employee that was very rude to me. After a year and a half hiatus, I've returned and am relieved to announce that the bad guy is no longer here and I can resume being a frequent OReillys customer (I own eight vehicles). read more

This place needs more workers. 5 registers and 2 people working them and at least 7 people in line at all times is torture especially when you're in a time crunch. Hire at least another person abs they should be good. Other than that that's my only advice for management. read more
