Let me start by telling you that I am a very fair yelper. By this I mean I leave reviews whether good or bad. Most consumers in the world only express their opinions when they've had a bad experience. What I'm getting at is that you can't always go by reviews especially if they only have a handful of reviews. It was long overdue for my wife and I to change carriers. We had AT&T for almost 2 decades. The service and reliability was beyond horrible. Verizon has this buy one get one special on the iPhone XR so we dropped by to get the details. Within 1/2 an hour I had two new phones with glass screen protector and two phone covers and done. We needed help connecting the phones with the same previous cell number and they were more than patient and helpful. Our salesman was Joey but we also dealt with few other workers by phone and in person and they were very polite. Joey was very well informed on the products and services he was offering. No salesman pressure techniques. Our phone has great reception and I'm no longer frustrated by dropped calls or low reception. We purchased 2 iPhone XS models so we had to pay the difference which was split monthly. They also take in phone trades making it easier for you. Thank you Verizon. read more

This location is the only "corporate" Verizon Wireless store in the area. For many services on existing accounts - particularly corporate accounts - you have to go to a corporate store rather than an "authorized retailer" which are a dime a dozen throughout Gloucester County. I have never been to this location when the wait to see an agent is less than 30 minutes. That being said, the staff are always patient, friendly, and know what they are talking about. I have always left satisfied. Parking is tight and access is not easy, but they are moving this location sometime in 2017 to a larger facility with more parking and better access. You will likely not be disappointed if you visit this store, but set aside some extra time for your visit. read more

When having service issues dont bother going to the store because they will just say theres a tower down without looking at the device. They simply say that to push customers out as to avoid rectifying the issue. They say if the issue persists to contact customer support sooooo After 2 mths of a "tower down", i contacted customer service online & was told to continue resetting my network settings since service was strong in my area. I ordered two phones online for the buy one get one free iPhone 12 offer when porting in a number. I received the first phone on Nov 19 and the other on Nov 28. I did not see any verification the porting offer will be honored. I chatted with Verizon agent. He was not able to make me feel comfortable. He mentioned any deal will be noticed within a few billing cycles. Not persuaded, I decided to port my number back to my old carrier on Dec 6th. Dec 7th, I went to the Verizon Store in Turnersville to return the two phones ordered online. (Note: The Turnersville store is a Verizon store not a reseller.) The rep helping me understood what I wanted to do. He went to his manager that evening. They made it seem that they were unable to accept because it was outside the 14 day return. They gave me a number to call to "hopefully get an exception" for the return. I called the number, 800 922-0204. The rep on the phone said I was able to return one phone because it was within the holiday return. He said they should have told me that at the store. This is why I will not use Verizon. 1. When porting lines, they do not make it clear the promotion is associated to the plan (I would probably have kept the lines). 2. Verizon corporate store did not want to take a return so they sent me to do it via phone. 3. While they screw with you, they seem pleasant doing it. read more

Worst experience ever!! Have had Verizon wireless for 20 years. Wife and I always had flip phones. Decided to get up with the times and get smart phones. Went there talked to a guy, picked a plan and phones. Phones had to be ordered in. Got email that phones where delivered to the store. Called and got put off, "ordered had not been processed" he would call me. Well guess what still waiting for that call. Called back twice guy would not even get on the phone. Went across the street to TMobile got a better plan for less $ with better phones. Don't go to this store!! read more

The worst leadership is at this location. I'll try to do this review as short as possible. I placed an online order for pick up for an iPhone pro max 256 GB at 6:00 pm. I arrived at the store at 6:20 pm, and after waiting 45 minutes, the associate Kevin tells me that the order is in their system but not in their "gun," and if I leave with it without it being in their "gun," I could be arrested. He was trying to be funny with a joke, but I was in no joking mood after waiting 45 minutes. Kevin tells me that I will receive an email when the order is ready for pick up. The store closes in one hour. I decided to call customer service and cancel the online order so that I can upgrade my line the old fashion way -- something the store could have done but decided not to. Kevin's shift is over by this time, and now I'm dealing with another associate. I didn't catch his name, and by this time, I didn't care. The new associate lets me know they can see the cancellation, but it takes up to 24 hours for the canceled sale to fall off. Now my blood is boiling. I told the new associate I'd buy the phone outright with cash. This guy tells me I can't buy the phone outright because its closing, and apple won't be able to help me with a pending cancel on my account. Did you get that? I can't buy a product straight up because of XYZ issue. By this time, the store is closing. I call customer service, and the lady in C.O.R.E. said everything I went through could have been avoided had the store called C.O.R.E! The customer service rep was able to have me up and running in a matter of seconds! I went to another location that closed at 9:30 and was able to get my new phone! Get this, the phone I wanted from the first location is no longer available for pick up. This review was written at 9 am. The store opens at 10 am, and I closed the store at 8 pm last night when the phone was available, and now magically, it isn't available? Someone at that store had their sights on that phone and wouldn't give it up. EVEN AFTER I SAID I WOULD PAY CASH!!! The manager, Rich or Rick whatever his name is, he is the worst manager. The customer comes first, bud! If someone in your store wanted that phone, you didn't have to give me the run around for two hours. You didn't even bother to call C.O.R.E, I did, and they are the ones that informed me this all could have been avoided, but you knew that, and that's why you didn't call them! To the DM that's reading this review, your SM almost made me cancel the three lines that I pay $300/month for over a phone that he didn't want to give up. Oh, and BTW the lady at the second store said she use to work at your store, and this isn't the first time you pulled this stunt. District Manager, feel free to contact me! Absolutely the worst service! I purchased a new phone for my daughter so she could take pictures for homecoming. The phone was being difficult to set up and I just thought it was because it was a new type of phone for us. We have iphones and this was a windows phone. The salesperson that helped us just kept saying how much she hated windows phones and low and behold all photos from homecoming were lost because the salesperson did not set the phone up properly. I am furious about this because I did feel rushed and this was the second Verizon store that day because the other store did not have the phone. If she didn't like or know anything about windows phones than she should have asked someone who did. My husband had to finally set the phone up properly but YES we still paid the $30 activation fee. Wonder if we can at least get that back. Giving them 1 star because at least they had the stock! Time to look for a new provider after many many years! , read more
