I have to update my old review to rage against this store and Comcast as a whole. I know doing so will fix absolutely nothing, as it's a huge corporation that cares about nothing but raking in insane profits for its C-suite and shareholders, but my god, the guy working here just before Christmas (Zach maybe?) screwed up my billing hardcore. I stopped in while in New Jersey to transfer my mom's service into her name. Comcast had made me put it in my name in the wake of my dad's death last year, which made no sense but I urgently needed internet at the time so that I could work from NJ while making his funeral arrangements so I went along with it. After a year, the dust had settled some, so it seemed time to request the transfer to the rightful owner. The transfer to my mom was simple. She showed her license, accepted some terms, was given a negotiated 5-year rate based on the services she actually uses, and was done. Since I was there and my internet bill had just shot past $100 for regular service, I asked if they had any deals/promotions for me. They were able to lower my bill by reducing my internet speed. I explained I wanted everything to stay the same other than the internet speed and was assured that was the case. Nope. They canceled my TV box and I lost access to Peacock Premium. I went through a long ordeal over the phone and in person at my local Comcast store, making multiple trips there despite it being 25 minutes away, and still -- TWO MONTHS LATER -- it's still not fixed. I just got charged for Peacock yet again despite telling them I lost access in December and they told me it would be canceled (and I even received a cancellation notice). This is absurd at this point. Now again tonight, I have to waste EVEN MORE of my life calling them yeeeet again thanks to dude at this store screwing up my basic request. Next time I move, I am ditching Comcast. Such a horrible company. read more

Horrible! You will leave feeling you were well helped only to find out- your bill increased, the promo Apple Watch you are only obligated to pay tax on also activated a monthly plan they don't tell you about! We even returned a modem to find out the replacement we got was also defective after we had to get a Comcast repair person to fix the house issue. Go some place other than here! They are very friendly but you will find out after you check your next monthly bill ! read more

Should be zero stars. Worst experience. Xfinity does not stand behind their products. When devices break, no one at the store knows how to correct the issue. They just pass the buck to the manufacturer. Worst part of the experience at this location is their associate Ernie Dellapia. Extremely dishonest representative. After his "fixes" which ultimately did not work he gave me his card and said to contact him directly if issues re-occur. For 2 straight weeks he has ignored daily phone calls, voicemails, and emails. Par for the course with Comcast Xfinity. Their whole corporation operates with the motive to never resolve customer issues. But to just kick the can until the customer gets tired of complaining. If i can put one star i would. They over charge and their service sucks the TV, as well as the internet sucks, then they over charged us and took us off automatic payments to tell us they don't know how it happened and the bill is outstanding. Also charged ua for an extra cable box we didn't even have. A man named kev was very rude and told us "you wouldn't understand duh because you don't work here." Basically saying we are clueless because we don't work for xfinity. A manager came too and told us he can't do anything to help us. read more

I cancelled service and sent my phones back and they are still charging my account. So now I'm fighting with the credit card company and them to get my money back. This place is a disgrace. All I want to do is return my equipment and cancel service. I've been waiting a half hour already and the service reps are still with the same customers they had when I walked in. There's only one thing that keeps this service center from being a 5 star review, and that because Comcast closed most local branches, leaving this one to be pretty much a regional service center... Bring your patience. The amount of people sitting around inside reminds me of going to the DMV.. Once inside, check in at one of the tablets, and it places your name on a list in the order that you arrived. You can also choose to add your cell number to receive a text when you're next in line... This is something I took advantage of. I left my number, went back to my car and drove to a bank to take care of some other business, and received a text shortly after I got back to the service center. The customer service rep was pleasant and proactive as far as being helpful and looking at my account to see how I could save money based on what package I have and what features I pretty much don't use... An overall good experience. read more

customer service? JOKE!!! after a month of research and back and forth communication we went to the store to downgrade our package. Nearly knocked over at the door with a greeting and offer "to help" we were lead over to Quentin (spelling? was never offered a card or any other means of identification-just the name tag I saw). After barely being able to hear him mumbling a greeting, we explained the offer we were quoted and were shut down immediately! and when questioned as to why, the rep responded "well I don't know" and looked at us. As someone who works in customer service this is NEVER an acceptable response! after asking for a manager FOUR times we finally were able to speak to someone who was at least willing to help us try to figure out what the issue was. i completely understand a human error and am willing to accept it, but as a customer I never want to hear "I don't know" from a representative of a company! he could have saved us all a lot of aggravation & wasted time if he was just willing to looking to the problem. Terrible service, terrible company. We've had terrible or no service for a year. I've spend hours in the store, on the phone, etc. no one will do anything. Even after Apple confirmed there is no issue with the actual phone, Xfinity still says it's Apple. It's easier than actually fixing the problem that way. Steer clear of Xfinity. read more

I was in this store tonight and I would not recommend Comcast to anyone but if you decide to make the mistake and choose Comcast stay far away for this xfinity store hands down the worst consumer service I have ever received. Poorly staffed and the manager was an absolute A hole. STAY AWAY read more
