She looked at my account and said there was nothing I could do, met with me for 2 minutes even though I was there with an appointment to come in. I said I guess I'll just price match with competitors and see if they have better deals, and she just shrugged her shoulders. I've been a customer for 20 years, but they couldn't care less. After my appointment I just went home and looked at my account myself. I saw there is a teacher discount I never knew about and got that, also was able to remove some things I didn't need. Brought my bill down $50 a month. I'm still looking at other providers because going to Verizon to get help is impossible now, their workers are terrible. Do better Upland Verizon, hire people that can at least pretend to care.
