I asked to talk to another salesperson who saw i already had a quote so he knew he was making no commission and just about gave me the time of day when i needed more assurances. Also, i didnt know the other Salesman neglected to mention i needed speakers and its cost. When i asked about the larger monitor, he said i'd have to go to that Department!! I wish there was such a thing as a thorough salesperson these days but it doesnt seem like that's the norm and Best Buy was so clueless and unattentiveand more expensive...so i will have to trust Microcenter.

In the Apple section of the store, I requested an associate to get me the item. He came back after 5 minutes with product when we both realized it was the large size. I needed the S/M size that wasn't available in the store. The associate convinced me to order the watch from the store. He did a price match with Amazon to lower the price of the watch by $25. It also included one year of Best Buy Plus membership, a value of $49. It turned to be an excellent deal ordering the watch from the store. I was really happy with the service and value I received during my visit.

I ended up buying a Rega Elex MK4 which was a massive upgrade for me and honestly a big investment, but they really did not push me to spend one dollar more than I could afford. While we were there I told him what bookshelf speakers I had and he connected some similarly sized bookshelves with a pair of REL subs and I was just completely enamored with the suddenly gutsy sound. Fast forward a couple of months and I went to buy the REL, which has totally exceeded my expectations. This was my first in-store pick up and it was a good experience. The woman who looked up my order number was friendly, and the man who retrieved my electronics purchase from the back of the store was quick and nice, as well. I found this gem by accident, as soon as I walked in I felt taken care of because Mounir Matar, the owner helped me setup everything and provided me with free knowledge. I was so thankful for this beautiful person. You have no idea how lost I was walking in, I was pretty much a deer in headlights. I ended up buying my tripod( great sturdy vanguard tripod for dslr cameras), usb cord, battery, canon bag, sd card,lens caps, body caps and an extra battery. Usuall I'm very particular and picky when I buy from places and like to compare and contrast prices. But I swear Mounir could sell me air and I would buy it. Great guy, very patient, very attentive, helped me setup my camera and change settings, also showed me how to mount my camera to the tripod. I can't say enough positive things.
