Treated me, a professional, well-dressed woman, with the utmost disrespect during most of our visit. INTERRUPTED our session to help another client, which resulted in my being late to work (I am a medical professional). We will most definitely not be returning to this particular Verizon store. I will be contacting my cousin, one of the chief executives at Verizon HQ, concerning this matter. Joshua and Tyler totally rock at this location. I went to buy a new iPhone and Joshua made sure I got the best value. I observed him with other customers that came in and his professionalism is something missing from consumer interactions too frequently. Not this crew. This isn't Verizon itself, just an authorized retailer. The service was just okay, not the worst but definitely not the best. The employee that assisted me with upgrading my phone, had the pricing incorrect a few times. I'm supposed to turn my old phone in within 30 days but she didn't give me and return instructions or a return label. I asked "how can stop my photos from transferring over from my old phone" she replied "Im not transferring anything" as if she thought I assumed she would be transferring data/photos when I was simply asking for my own knowledge, she eventually answered the question. Customer service could've been more professional. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this store for the reasons stated. Now I have to make another trip to Russel Cellular for a return label and clear return instructions. It seems as if they just want to sell the phone and get you out of there as quickly as possible without thorough details of the trade in process or whatever question you may have. I gave a 2 star rating because I did get the phone I needed but I wouldn't return to purchase my second line next week like I intende, I will go elsewhere. read more

I went to this store expecting help. Instead, I caught a man claiming to be named "David" looking through private photos on my phone. I was able to catch him from the reflection in his glasses I could see him zooming in and out of my photos. He is a tall, slender white male looking to be in his mid to late twenties. He has very thick glasses and eyes that sort of bulge. I hope this review helps others as I am seriously disgusted read more

Needed a new phone to use for a new diabetic testing device. Severe diabetic needed this because his phone gave out. Medical emergency. Made a 7pm appt, store closes at 8pm. Arrive 5 minutes early only to see them closing the store and jumping in their cars and drive away. Thanks Verizon....you made it easy for me to switch to AT&T. read more

I decided to try this store since it was much closer than the store in Orland Park. I purchased a Galaxy A51 at what I believed to be the same price as the one on the Verizon website. After looking over my invoice when I got home, I discovered that I was charged $20 more than the website price. When I called the store to inquire about the discrepancy, I was told that the store was a Verizon agent and not a corporate store. The moral of the story is if you want a better price, go to a corporately owned store. read more

I came in on Sunday because my phone wouldn't hold a charge. I wanted to see if they could help me with the issue/see my options. He told me "we're not techs, we're salespeople"--pressed a couple of buttons and nothing happened so he gave up (I was able to get to the reboot screen with the phone plugged in--and tried to tell him, but he didn't listen). He was distracted the entire time with helping customers coming in after me--one of which was already being helped by a girl working--that I had no interest in buying a new phone from him. This is a horrible store the management sucks I went there looking for a promotion deal to buy a new phone I was never told about the whole promotion package about adding a new line in order to get a new phone I was told they had buy one I-phone/Samsung get one free both were part of the promotion nothing about adding a new line was even mentioned I was also told it was the last day of the deal that I had to buy the phone now so I signed up and left AT&T's which is a better cheaper phone company to get the deal after I received my first bill I realized they charged me both phones after calling about the bill the two firms that worked there that day no longer were employees there I was told by the manager that I was lying and that I should have known that there was no iPhone Samsung but one get one free deal and that I had to add a new phone line in order to get the promotion long story short I ended up getting scammed by this store read more

Matt at verizon has helped me out on several occasions and if I could give him 100 star rating I would. I work in customer service also so I can sense when someone puts that extra effort and kindness into their job. He is the best and I wait to handle any verizon business when im in the area and will never go to another store. Awesome location, the staff there was very helpful and treated us perfectly, I had a bad experience at the Verizon store in Orland last Sunday, and was even thinking about going to a different cell phone provider if I could not get proper customer service, but Stefanie took care of everything and got me a new phone. I have Been with Verizon for over 10 years and people like her is what makes people like me stay and she was even able to lower my monthly bill ... witch was also nice.
