From my very first phone call, I had a great experience. I called on a Thursday, and they were able to get me in the very next day. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire scheduling process incredibly easy. When I dropped my car off on Friday, I explained the steering concerns I'd been experiencing. They listened carefully, assured me they would thoroughly inspect everything, and later that afternoon called to let me know they expected to have the car ready by Monday. What impressed me the most was their honesty. After inspecting my car, they told me they couldn't find anything that needed to be replaced regarding my steering concerns. They easily could have recommended unnecessary repairs, and I never would have known the difference, but they chose to be honest instead. That kind of integrity is hard to find. The car was running really rough and was barely able to limp back to our house from the store a scant mile away. Our old shop no longer has the same great guy doing the work so we needed to find someone new and I'd been eyeing this shop on Yelp for some time. Ishida-san took our car straight away and called to tell us what was going on within an hour of its arrival at his shop. He was clear about the problems, the order in which they must be addressed, AND that we could even take care of problem #1 ourselves if we wished (we didn't). He said that once problem #1 was solved, it would be possible that problem #2 might go away on its own, but may reappear in the future, in which case we could bring the car back. Problem #2 went away after #1 was sorted, the cost for the repair was SO reasonable, and the car was ready for pickup the same day. Ishida-san showed us the old part and explained why it failed. TL,DR; you can expect HONESTY, a FAIR PRICE, EXCELLENT WORK and a MORE THAN REASONABLE TURNAROUND TIME from this shop.
