I called around a a few places to ask how busy they were. Discount Tire & SC was very transparent and said that they could take my car in the morning and have it be looked at maybe not RIGHT away but definitely in the morning at least. The manager was extremely nice as well and helped me through the whole thing. Nobody tried to talk me into buying XYZ for my car etc. a very calm and pleasant experience. I was ready to wait for a few hours but they ended up taking less than an hour to look at my car and patch the tire! I was very happy and will try to get my oil changed here etc! They have cute coffee shops and a few stores and restaurants walking distance in the area so I was able to wait at a coffee shop and get some work done while my car was there. However, they do have like a main lobby where you could wait.

Firestone recommended a couple of tires I had already researched and didn't meet my preference for a replacement. I told America that one of my rear tires had a slow leak and had them check to see if they could repair it or I needed to buy a replacement. I made an online appointment but decided to go early just in case I could get it done earlier. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, one of their salespeople took my information and had the mechanic begin checking the tire condition. After about 45 minutes, the car was done and they told me the tire was fixed. I was rather surprised since Firestone said the puncture was too close to the shoulder of the tire where it couldn't be patched. Hmmm. Anyway, I did ask about replacement tires since mine are about 7 years older and even if there is a lot of tread left, the rubber begins degrading starting around 6 years and becomes dangerous if you wait until they are 10 years old. When I asked about some Falkens and Yokohama's I had studied, he shared some of the differences in the compound used in manufacturing and which would be a better choice if I was driving highways to destinations like Las Vegas or San Diego. I'll probably buy a new set in about a year unless something happens before then. They didn't charge anything so I appreciate their honesty and consideration. I will be back when I decide to invest in a full set of new tires.

My husband was very impressed with his work ethic and knowledge and completed all the work in a timely manner. We were contacted as soon as our GMC Yukon was ready. There was no pressure or pushy upselling at all. Jose is an asset to your company, and you don't run across great service like this all the time anymore. On a side note, my husband is not a push over, had been a mechanic since he was a kid. It takes a LOT to impress him. We knew our daughters Toyota Highlander needed a front wheel balance. We had the wheels balanced at Pep Boys 3 months ago, and since then, the vibration got worse when driving over 60mph. My husband took the Highlander back over to Allen Tire Company, and Jose helped us out, completely fixed it. The pricing was fair, we would and will recommend again. Being self-employed, we know how hard it is out there, having a smart and honest man like Jose Gonzalez working for your company is an asset. More disappointing was them unwilling to make me whole and replace the wheel. My wife and I couldn't cause that much damage over years. I had tried to get in contact with hom nurmerous times through text and calls but he never responds on time or even the following day I feel like he just responds whenever he feels like it. Back to my car I go on a weekend to see what the actual problem is to my backlight and come at a good time. I wait close to 2 hours for them to tell me that they have absolutely no clue how to fix my car and they have never seen anything like my car issue. They wanted me to come back on a Monday for them to look closer and charge me $500-$600 for the repair once I bring it in to me is outrageous. Now as I am driving home in the night I notice that both my front headlights and backlights are completley off and not turning on at all. I text and call Sergio to see if I can come in sooner but he never answers me back even as I am typing this review there is nothing from him. I get its the weekend but at least respond.

Where do I start, it feels like it has been so much. My car was in this shop for over 4 months…read morelet's start there. I must admit the first part of the repairs after being referred by a trusted friend went a little slow but the team tried as much as I rhink professionally possible to communicate which is what the maintenance insurance relied on, we had Hector who appeared to not know what was going on, unable to communicate with us or the insurance company unless Armando was around. Several times the insurance would say one thing, we would communicate another and Hector would get it all wrong. But we finally got to the end portion of the initial repairs and was ready for pick up drove it home and misfire and continue to happen take it back immediately. Honestly we can bet the local mechanics put the car back together incorrectly which triggered another problem with the motor, we paid deductible car returned and remained another 2 months, called finally finish expecting another deductible no ownership of time, repairs mishaps mind you what was the problem was not listed on diagnostic so therefore it happened while in their care, and thenin house tech basically shared that with us. The mismatch unprofessional misfits insisted on the deductible and tried to hold vehicle because insurance hadn't sent payment which has nothing to do with us. Remember this maintenance insurance works directly with shop, and they know that. Again, that Hector barking crazy talk while Armando sat on the phone what's happening did they pay did they pay. I would never recommend this shop to no one, this shop made close 10k via insurance the least they could have done was waive the deductible with all they put us through. We still had work, car payment, insurance. I had to tell the misfit Hector when I get there I do not want to see a dirty truck, wash my vehicle this is the only reason it was cleaned because the first pick up they did nothing. Extremely unhappy with this shop especially the staff.
