We didn't have to wait nearly as long as you would think, definitely quicker than a sit down restaurant. Thankful that he wrapped my meal in foil within the recyclable cardboard container so I didn't have to worry about leakage or the thing falling apart. I loved this. The mac was creamy and flavorful, the brisket was melt in your mouth and so good. I also appreciated that he didn't drown the whole thing in BBQ sauce (too many supposedly good BBQ places do). Couple things that count against this place - price can be a bit high for people but you really get two meals for it. A somewhat unclear operating schedule.
