Last minute change of plans left me needing my lashes and nails done. In a scramble I found them and gave them a call. Was able to get in for both services same day. Shop is super nice inside and clean. Got my lashes done (I've done frequently elsewhere) and when I opened my eyes they kept watering profusely. The lady helped me wipe my tears away. Still stinging and watering I saw down at the nail bar. I was given Apple. She is super friendly and fast! The whole time my eyes were watering non stop. She was kind to give me a tissue and hurried up so I could go to the lash room again. The lady looked and had to cut some of my natural lashes because they were sticking down?!! I've never heard of such a thing. So pissed she cut my natural lashes now I'm bald in one spot. The burning and watering stopped. But as I got home and took a better look I noticed all the clumps of glue and my eye lid is so heavy. So pissed.Upon looking at my nails they are uneven and the color is see through on some of them. Spent almost $200 what the f!!! I'm beyond mad not acceptable. Went to ask for a refund. They tried to fix my lashes but honestly nothing they could do to fix besides take them off. A few days later had them removed elsewhere and my really lashes came off with them. Now I'm stuck with bald patches. Avoid this place for lashes. Shoutout to Jenna (pedicure) & Apple (manicure) nail techs for making my experience on of the best in my 24 years of life! Greeted warmly immediately upon entering & sat down instantly! I loved the transparency of pricing from the beginning & no pressure to upsell. I got the basic gel pedicure and they used hot stones and had a nice chair massage. I then asked to get my gel extensions off and fresh gel manicure & apple was so helpful and told me I should consider keeping the gel extensions and trimming them down + freshening them up to keep my nails healthy and so they won't tear. Sometimes as a client you don't know the best for your nail health so it's nice when someone can step up and give you advice. So glad I listened my nails feel amazing and healthy !!! read more

Two stars not because they did a bad job on my nails (pedicure could be better but it is what it is) it's the fact that as soon as I mentioned these were nails for my wedding this weekend I felt like I was being charged more. I got a super simple ombre full set. They said 55$ end price was 70$. I don't do long nails or any shape other than square. So I don't know where the extra cost came from, the pedicure I did the classic, on the menu it says 29 but I was charged 59.i just wish nail salons stopped charging whatever they felt like and actually went off their service menu and if you're charging me more for whatever reason please explain to me why. But like I said as soon as I mentioned I'm getting married this weekend I felt like I was up charged for no reason. Will not be coming back. read more

I was referred to TOM (there's tommy and Tom) and I was so lucky that he did my nails. He was kind, hilarious, and did my nails exactly how I asked! I even showed a picture of the exact look I wanted , not feeling like it was even going to be close based off my previous visits but it was identical. Awful! Terrible service! Gentleman with no name ( they wouldn't tell me his name) did a terrible job and refused to listen to me. I'm a paying customer and he just didn't seem to care what I wanted just wanted me to spend more money on a pedicure and he rushed. He had a terrible attitude! As if he hated his job! Finally owner came over and told me he would get someone else to finish my pedicure. I waited for a long while I was honestly ready to walk out but finally some one else came over and finished my pedicure. I will never go to this nail salon ever again! I really wanted to like this place. Paid $50 for dip for one solid color and every single nail is a different shape and size. Nail tech didn't cut or file nails prior to doing dip then just quickly filed them after. I didn't do any tips and tech asked what shape I'd like so I request round natural shape, but they all are entirely different. Dip is lumpy and uneven as well. Paid for deluxe pedicure with gel for my toe nails, but the tech didn't take anything off with the callous removal that I paid extra for. Color is splotchy and uneven as well. The techs who did my nails were very nice, but the quality of work is not. Very rushed and sloppy considering I paid $110 for the most basic services. Very disappointing. Went in to get an acrylic nail applied because one fell off from my set. The lady who did my nails was completely rough on the nail that was already tender. When I did not like the application of the acrylic she began filing it off roughly and instead of soaking it off, she began cutting off the acrylic with clippers and cut my skin. The nail did not match my set which was a basic French tip. Completely disappointed as I had to go home and file it and polish the nail myself. read more

I have been going to this salon for about 4 months now, and John does an exceptional job. The ambiance is great, and they provide many services. What I am disappointed by is they just increased their prices today by over 20 percent. I wasn't aware until after my nails were completed. I could understand a 5 percent increase - not 20. I am hopeful the owner will reconsider this price increase as it is certainly makes me think about choices we all have. The salon is very modern and clean. There are no long wait times. However it's mostly by appointment so it's good to make one in advance. My first time there I got a fill and a pedicure. My fill met my expectations. I got exactly what I wanted. But my pedicure? It was an awful pedicure and I really don't know why I was charged $44 without tip included just yet to just have my feet wet, some lotion rubbed with some rocks and polish (gel). No cuticles were removed, no clipping of the "hang nails" on the side of your toe nails--as majority of salons do unless you tell them not to. Just a quick file of the nail and that's it. I will continue to go because it's very close to my home and they have several nail techs. So I'm just going to assume I got a not so great one for pedicures (sorry) but if I'm paying $44 just to have my feet wet and some lotion rubbed I would want a good clean around my toe nails-at least. I had high hopes for this place and really tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. But the negative comments are true. For me personally, I came about a month ago for an acrylic full set. Although my tech was very nice, the work was terrible and very rushed. All I asked was for an almond shape with white French tips, and two of the nails with gold flake accents (photo even provided for her). My nails were uneven in both length and shape, and built up acrylic was left underneath the nails where I had to cut off with cuticle cutters as best as I could. I was passed on to another tech to do the "artwork. She was so rushed, the tips were painted with squiggles from her rushing and not making them even. On top of that, the acrylic wasn't even set all the way back to my cuticles leaving a gap so I had to go back a week and a half later for a fill. Another negative is the hidden fees. My artwork was an additional $20. What???? Believe all the comments - save your money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else... read more

When she noticed the nail tech cut down her nails all the way and started pulling out tips she told the tech she did not want a full set but rather a gel manicure (as she stated when she checked in). Everyone deserves a second chance! I'll be honest, my first visit ever here was terrible. Tech was rude and rushed and not very nice. She was annoyed when I asked for short nails. That was 4-5 months ago. I decided to give them a second chance. Though the nail art quality could use a lot more attention and training. (Not a bad job I just prefer a super crisp and sharp French tip). This was a way more welcoming and friendly experience. I didn't feel guilty or like a bother when asking for what I wanted. I had been to this salon a few times and had enjoyed it, so I returned to make this my regular spot. However, every experience I've had since then has been negative. I got a manicure one time and was asked to pay before the service was over (without reason). The next time I went, I wanted to get a manicure and my mom wanted to get a pedicure. I waited 40 minutes for my manicure and my mom never actually got her pedicure by the time we were serviced because we had to leave for another commitment. The next time after that, I waited about an hour for a pedicure (after being seated and told it would be a few minutes). Last week, I went with my mom and we both made appointments (as our trips had been mostly walk ins). We checked in for our appointment and still waited 30 minutes, even after seeing others who came in after us be serviced first. I didn't mind this place, but I would no longer recommend to anyone due to the long wait times, lack of commitment to appointments, and strange business practices. read more

Terrible. Two of us went and both had equally bad pedi and mani. I'm honestly wondering why I wasted $100. My tech probably doesn't even have a license. So many things were skipped. No bowl of water for nail soak, no cuticle push but instead used the electric nail file over entire nail bed. Through the polish you can see the rough scratches. Polish was sloppy and thick. No massage. Lotion wasn't even rubbed in. It was really not a good experience. Maybe there are good nail techs there, definitely not the two we had. I have gone to this nail salon several times in the past and called for reservations with no issue except for today. I called yesterday and spoke to their receptionist and booked to get a new set of acrylics with the gel topping. She confirmed that the appointment would be for 10:00 today. Their hours on Sunday show that they open at 10:00. I arrived 3 minutes late and it appeared that everyone was busy doing other clients. The owner said that since I was late I would have to wait. At 10:45 another client walked in stating that she had an appointment and he told her that she would have to wait. Finally I got tired of waiting and told the owner that they should change their website and let everyone know that it's first come first served. He started yelling at me that I was late and I told him not to worry that I would never come back again. read more
