Versa-Tech has been wonderful for our home. We were having a difficult time freeing our home and yard of tree/roof rats and they were able to get our house sealed and rat free. Next we worked on the yard, and with some strategic trap placements we now find no evidence of rats eating our fruit trees or vegetable garden. Their customer service and friendliness are only exceeded by their professionalism. Chris and Jason have been a true joy to work with especially given how stressful ridding ones house of pests can be. If you have a need for pest control I cannot recommend Versa-tech enough. read more

I never write reviews but I wanted to let everyone know that Versa-tech are amazing. Joe came out and did an inspection and although he was running late due to the job before, he gave me plenty of notice of his arrival time. Joe quoted on the work to be done (full re-mesh of attic and crawl space) and gave me the earliest appointment time (a week or so out). Joe contacted me to let me know they had a cancellation and could complete the work 2 days later. On the day of scheduled work, Joe and Jason both did an amazing job sealing up all the gaps and re-meshing the attic and crawl spaces., especially given the historic landmark status of my house. After finishing all the work (8:30am - 4:30pm) they let me know what was done and then scheduled my first follow up appointment. Jason did the follow up (contacting me via text of his arrival time) and informed me of the status of the work, made a second follow up appointment in a week and sent via email his inspection report. I hired Versa-Tech hoping to get rid of spiders in my place. Jason, the owner, was very easy to communicate with over emails. The day of, technician Stan showed up on time and very polite. He was very thorough trying to check all the creases for possible spider colonies and also very thorough in treating my place after I told him my fear for bugs, big and small. Called Versa-Tech when I found bees swarming around a small hole in the side of my house. Jason showed up a few short hours later. He took one look and said, "Yep, this is about as ideal as a bee problem can be. It will be the minimum charge and shouldn't take more than a few minutes." He explained the whole process and confirmed the minimum charge for the service. After confirming, he was done in about 10 mins! Super fast, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. In my backyard we had so many flies even if I immediately pick up after my dogs. We tried different methods to help and the flies just wouldn't go away. We called Versatech and they sent Joe. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. Joe pointed out that the apartments behind us has their dumpster right on the other side of our fence and that's where the flies were coming from. Joe sprayed near our fence and he sprayed on the other side of our fence near the dumpster. He also applied fly bag catchers near that area and he recommended an apple cider vinegar mixture to apply on our dogs and on the dog house. When he showed up to my house my dogs were barking and going crazy. He walked in and greeted the dogs and gave them treats. After that they ended up loving him. I rarely give reviews on Yelp but I feel I need to for this outstanding service company. We live in a 100 year old craftsman home and have had on and off troubles for years with rodents. I was at my wits end and decided to call Versa Tech for a quote for rodent trapping and rodent proofing our 3400 square foot home. It was a couple month process to eradicate the rodent activity but I can now say we haven't heard or seen any activity at all. First time in 17 years!!! Our Terminix tech came out last Friday and told us about bees going in/out of small opening next to the chimney. I called the guy they recommended to take care of this, but didn't use them because of bad customer service over the phone. However, I did left messages this past Saturday for 3 other bee places I found online including Versa Tech (none of the others have yet to return my calls). Jason (CEO/Founder) from Versa Tech called back within 15 minutes and was out to my house within 2 hours. He explained the treatment which took about 30 minutes then suggested to fill hole with an expandable foam after 2-3days (husband project!). I haven't seen any bees except some dead ones on the ground and would return for another treatment if they returned. Versatech pest control and Jason in particular, is literally one of the best in the service industry that I've ever encountered. When we moved into our new home, we were INVADED by ants and spiders. After the 1st treatment (we now have Versa-Tech come every 3 months) not one ant or spider web to be seen! We also called about a couple of rats in our crawl space Jason came out, went above and beyond by not only getting rid of the rats but didn't charge us because we are in contract with them every 3 months.
