I never have posted anything on Yelp but feel compelled to after my first experience. We had an issue with Bees on a Saturday and made a couple of calls but couldn't find anyone. I left a message with Versa Tech and Jason promptly returned it. We set up a time and he showed up to inspect. He identified them as coming from the chimney. He gave up the option of treating that day or waiting until tomorrow if we sealed up the fireplace to see what happened. Since it was late in the day and there seemed to be a lot less bees he thought they might just be passing through. When he returned the next day, all the bees were gone as he thought might be the case. There was no need for a treatment at this time but should there need to be in future our quote is still good. He came out the next day for the estimate, and two days later we're well on our way to solving the problem. They are great! I had an ant problem that was driving me CRAZY!! Jason came out a couple days after I called to take a look at the problem. The house needed to be sprayed and we would have to leave for a couple hours, so we had him come back on a day that we would be able to leave for a while. He was flexible to our schedule and came right on time. I went from seeing new ants in bathrooms and the kitchen every morning to maybe 1 or 2 the next few days, to NOTHING in the following days. It was great! I did notice some ants in an area that hadn't had a problem before, however with one call to Jason, he was out and sprayed the area. They had already started dying before he got there but now they are gone. I would definitely recommend this company. Great customer service and work that works! read more

He explained everything in detail of their services and answered all my questions. Jason explained that if there every becomes an issue between treatments that they will come and take care of it. With all the other positive reviews here, I do not doubt it. He did the initial treatment today, which was very thorough. His prices are fair and reasonable. I had a great experience with Versa-Tech. I had some uninvited guests (rats) in my attic & wanted them out ASAP. I contacted Versa-Tech, because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I received a return call within minutes of leaving a message. An appointment for an estimate was made within a couple of days. Versa-tech came out, price seemed reasonable, and the job was started the next day. Traps were set, bait was put out, openings were covered, and a full inspection of the outside of my house was done. Within a week we caught those rat bastards! The traps were reset and left another week to verify they were all caught. I was highly impressed by the level of professionalism, courtesy, politeness, cleanliness, punctuality, and flexibility shown by Versa-Tech. I missed a check up appointment, but Versa-Tech was kind enough to reschedule me ASAP. It's pretty tough finding companies like this nowadays, who actually care about the quality of work they put out and the type of people they employ. I was surprised by how smooth the whole experience was. Well I hope I never have to deal with any pests again, but if I ever do, I would not hesitate to give Versa-Tech a call. Had a great experience with Versa Tech and specifically working with Jason. Jason was professional, service oriented, and helpful. I was having a bee issue at a rental unit and Jason happily scheduled and rescheduled in order to work with the schedules of myself and my tenants. Never once did he gripe or complain about the changing of appointment times. In addition he made an additional trip out to the property to provide me photographs of the bee infestation. Once our schedules worked out Jason showed up on time, had a plan for handling the problem, got the job done, and cleaned up his mess (which can be rare for contractors these days). I am SO thankful I found Versa-Tech!! Have you heard of an insect called springtails? If not, look them up. They are tiny tiny little things that don't bite but will jump when they feel threatened if anything they're more of a nuisance. About two weeks ago I was in my kitchen when I dropped something and as I was reaching down for it I noticed these tiny little bugs crawling around. I called one of those big pest companies the next day and they came out to get rid of the insects I had in my house... so I thought! Two days after I called again saying that I still see lots of them crawling around they told me the insects are just reacting to the chemical and that it should take a few days for them to be completely gone. A few days!! I thought I was going to go crazy! Whenever I was in my kitchen I had to watch my step because I didn't want these things crawling on me. I gave them a few more days until I called AGAIN and this time they decided to send their supervisor out, which was a complete waste of time. He kept blaming the environment and how the weather is so dry... He even apologized that they couldn't do anything more for me. As soon as he left I found versa-tech online and read all the helpful reviews on yelp. I called right away and Jason answered the phone. He seemed very knowledgable about the annoying insects I had crawling around and made me feel that he would do anything he can to help get rid of them for me. He scheduled a day to come out and inspect and from there scheduled another day to come treat the springtails. I heard those bugs are difficult to get rid of and many companies dread treating them, but versa-tech got rid of them right away. Those springtails like moisture and I was so impressed that Jason even pulled out the refrigerator and washer/dryer to treat the back of those appliance and sure enough he found them coming in from a hole in the wall behind the fridge. Do not waste your time calling any other company. Versa-tech is reliable, honest, and professional. Jason is very helpful he welcomes all questions and provides lots of helpful information. This company is excellent and reliable. Jason helped us with a rodent problem. For months I had been having sleepless nights with the noise the rodents were making but money was tight so we waited, the other companies wanted to charge too much; which was not in our budget. Jason came out inspected and the price was very reasonable. He explained everything he was going to do step by step. He listened to my concerns and gave me his honest opinion which now in days is rare. He really made you feel like he cared about your concerns and not just business. Found out we had bedbugs and I was a mess, have never dealt with anything like this before! Found Versa-Tech through my property management company and Jason came over to inspect my little house and was so helpful. Scheduled the service for 10 days out as the prep was pretty intense, Jason said to use it as a spring cleaning and he wasn't kidding! Let me tell you, I had a ton of questions, even with the detailed prep sheet I was given. Jason was so patient and understanding, answering every single question I had, no matter how silly, even calling me on the Sunday before the treatment when I had a question. Versa-Tech is reasonably priced, well informed, great customer service, and they get the job done! I would definitely recommend them for any pest control needs! He was supposed to return only once for a follow-up after setting traps and closing entryways, but since the problem still wasn't resolved, he came back a few more times until it finally was.
