Nails are nice , but that's not why I'm giving 2 stars . Pretty nails but rude service. I felt like I was being made fun of the entire service. The lady mentioned how I have big nails , my hands are dry and asked me if I bite my nails all loud , ( I work in a kitchen and just moved homes) . Also cut me with the drill then said " oh stop moving, you move too much ", I wasn't moving at all. Then she kept telling me to relax over and over but I was trying to but couldn't. Then the ladies were all talking and looking at me and laughing. I didn't know what was said but it didn't feel right. Mind you this was Mother's Day. Also , Is cuticle cutting not included with a full set ? I was charged and extra fee for her cutting my cuticles. Then at the end when it was time to pay , I felt like the man in the front just rushed me to pay and get out. I was trying to read the iPad charges and he was like getting louder "over here pay , over here " and I was like yes I know I'm just reading the charges. And he was like "140" over and over. Not returning.

Yes, there is a gap in between her nail and mine because she never cleaned it up, but apparently it's my fault

Went in to get my petty and a new set of nails I always go here and get the acrylic nails done. The lady who went to put on my nails did not explain to me that she was going to put on the gel X nails that cost $75. She said it was healthier for my nails so I did agree. But I did not agree to her, putting them on crooked not fixing them correctly terrible nail polish. Now I went in to get them fixed and they would like to charge me $60 to fix their mistakes. Will never come to this nail salon again.

Recently moved to Eastville! I tried a gel manicure first to try out the place. Today, I did a full set of pink and white acrylic. Helen did a great job!! If you're looking for a good nail shop, this is the place. I would recommend asking the prices because they don't have a price list posted.

Tried this place for the first time. Got a gel manicure done at this place and my nails Didn't even last a week! I've been getting gel manicures for years and good one does not turn out so terrible in just a few days. Had my manicure done on a Friday and by Wednesday my nail polish was already coming off. I don't mind paying for good quality but in this case the quality was not there. High price but the quality not so great. Definitely disappointed read more

Tracy was wonderful! I had a great experience getting my pedicure. The salon was clean, relaxing, and well-organized. Tracy was gentle, detail-oriented, and took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. The foot massage was a nice touch, and my nails look beautiful! Holly was great but knicked me a couple times doing the gel powder. Julia worked on my daughter but was knicked on one of her fingers, too. Shannon did a spa pedicure for my other daughter. I asked to do a longer massage for my daughter and said she will need to charge me more...my daughter said she didn't really massage just rubbed lotion on her legs. All staff was nice but I feel that quality of the service could use some help. read more

Paid over $70 for pedicure the #3 of the list and gel...Total rip off! So upset about it. She didn't even clean my cuticals Why hire unprofessional staff that's not able to get the job done properly. This is why I refuse to give chances to businesses. Very disappointing. Total Mickey Mouse work. To top it off she burn my foot with the hot stone massage!!! read more

Worst customer service ever by a nail tech! I arrived on today a holiday before opening they showed up 4 min after opening than sat around and talked about their pot luck they were having, took the time to unload the car full of dishes/meals. They didn't start on my pedicure until 9:44 and finished at 10:12. The nail tech that worked on me was rude, not personalable and extremely pushy. I don't like Gel on my toes because it chips or the entire polish comes off like a fake nail. She kept trying to make me get it I said look here that's fine you just won't get a tip so she stopped asking. She was very aggressive with my legs and my feet, rushing and making me feel uncomfortable. She even went as far as to pop me on my foot for me to put it back in the water instead of saying put your feet in the water please. I did not like her demeanor not one bit. She then tells me it's 35$ and I give her 40 my husband is paying for it and the tip he wanted to give is 5$ which I should have kept but he was being nice. She got her tip in which she did NOT DESERVE AT ALL , snatched it out of my hand and said wait 15 min I haven't seen her since. So who is going to help me put my sandals on or make sure it's even dry!? I experience better customer service at my regular nail shop in Norco. The only reason I'm not there today is because they're closed and I leave for a trip this week. I only go there on Saturdays to see my regular person or else I would get a pedicure by anyone. It's so sad these nails shops are so pushy and act like you can't go to another one they're in every street corner. I just so happened to be at target and killed 2 birds with one stone. Unfortunately for me I had to deal with this ladies unprofessionalism. I can see why they're always empty when I drive by. And their staff sat there eating food like they didn't just show up late I mean there wasn't any customers but my goodness! She didn't even the. On the chair for a massage. I won't come here again I ain't seen her since she got paid for this pedicure this is crazy work. Do not come here unless you want to deal with rude people read more

I had a very interesting experience. Pros: -No wait at all. -Decent prices. -My lady was super friendly and did a great job on my french nail polish for my pedicure. -She even helped so much by pulling a deep ingrown. Cons: -After pulling the ingrown, as she was cleaning up the cuticle, she nipped the corner of my toe a couple times which caused it to bleed A LOT. It was very obvious and took about 20 minutes to stop bleeding. Even then, I had to clean up with alcohol when I got home. -On the other big toe, she pressed to hard when cleaning the sides and did something to my toe that has been causing me pain ever since. When I got home, my toe was hurting and sensitive, and pus was leaking out the side. Its been two days and it still hurts when I walk. -As I paid, the man at the counter persisted I leave a review. I thought maybe for a discount but I already paid so I thought that was strange. After leaving a short review on yelp, he proceeded to grab my phone to "see" but then ended up copy and pasting my review to google too. I have never been coerced to leave one review at a salon, let alone 2, for nothing in return. -After all of this, I didn't receive a discount or even an I'm sorry. I will not be back. read more

This is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon throughout 3 states and 15 years of getting my nails done. I came in to simply get my gel x removed. The lady immediately acted like I was the biggest inconvenience she's had all week. Every movement of hers was passive aggressive and rushed. Almost every finger she drilled till my fingers were burning, and hit my skin carelessly with drill multiple times on every finger. Even with the nail file it literally just felt like she was sanding my skin on purpose. When she pulled the foils off my fingers after soaking my old nails off, she yanked every single one and threw them to the side passive aggressively. Overall I literally felt like I would've been better off having my nails removed by someone who literally hated me. Idk what on earth their problem is here but don't waste your time and money. And to the nail techs, you should probably start assuming that some of your clients might understand basic Vietnamese insults! -40/10 wouldn't step foot in here again even if it was the last nail salon on earth. read more

My friend and I had a great experience here! We actually called around a few salons on a Saturday morning and no one was available. Until we called versaci nails, they told us they could see us immediately and they did! We both got mani/ pedis. Tracy did my toes and Brian did my gel X. They both did amazing. I specifically asked for a natural looking set not only it looks so artificial but the job was extremely poorly done. I paid 153.00 for this full set and pedicure that I did not like at all. First time this has happened to me I've never written negative review, but I felt it was necessary. The Gel X were placed crooked. The location itself is clean and beautiful but the prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. First off there wasn't any visible pricing until I sat in the spa chair, mind you I only came for a manicure (no polish, just a buff and shine), and a pedicure. TELL ME WHY IT CAME OUT TO $105. So when I'm in the chair they ask me what kind of mani/pedi I want and I'm like ??? So they hand me the menu and BARELY give me time to look at it and kept trying to upsell me which was really annoying but it was my birthday and I wasn't going to let that ruin my day. The guy who did my manicure and the girl who did my pedicure did a good job, but I cannot justify their pricing. The service was good but I was definitely expecting more with the price I paid. If you have money to blow, go for it. But as a broke nursing student, I probably won't be back any time soon. read more

We've had two appointments with him and every time my son gets out the chair he walks a little taller. That says a lot about the cut when you feel how you look especially with a 6 year old! Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. Made me feel like I've known them for years first time meeting them. This is definitely the only barbershop we'll be frequenting.

I treated myself to a full set and pedicure and I must say, I was left feeling quite disappointed. Not only did I find the service to be overpriced, costing me a whopping $170, but the end result left much to be desired. Allow me to elaborate on my experience. ( I did come here 3 weeks ago and got the best pedicure from Rose and she was the reason I was back. I did ask for her but did not get her.) First and foremost, the price tag for this mani-pedi was exorbitant. I did get the gel x thinking I was getting gel. While I was expecting a luxurious and top-notch experience for the amount I paid, unfortunately, that was not the case. The price felt unjustified, especially considering the outcome of my nails, which appeared rather average. Shit with such a steep cost, my nails would should have been adorned with Swarovski crystals, Regrettably, this was not the reality. Just two different colors and glitter. Furthermore, the overall quality of the service did not live up to the hefty price. The nail technician seemed rushed and disinterested, paying little attention to detail. As a result, the finished look lacked the precision and finesse I had hoped for. While the salon may have its merits, such as a clean and comfortable environment, it's essential for them to reconsider their pricing strategy. Customers should feel that their hard-earned money is well-spent, and in this case, it fell short. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this particular salon for a mani-pedi experience. The steep price, lackluster outcome, and absence of left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope that the salon takes these concerns into account and strives to improve the value. read more

This place is a scam! They will charge your card 2X's ! If you have been here and paid with your card or Apple Pay please check your bank statements ... they will charge you twice! When here the own at the cashier said your payment did not go through how ever it clearly did my bank send me a notification of the payment.. the owner said we didn't get the money like hello yes you did and basically asked me to pay or I couldn't leave ! I had to use my card again! And he said if there's a problem call ur bank or call us! Clearly to this day I'm still fighting with my bank trying to get my money back! Look at the reviews multiple people are complaining about the same thing ... here... I spoke to the banks person and they said unfortunate mani business do this to steal money.. it's a way of scamming people.. I caught it but I'm sure so many people are getting their money stolen. Im reporting them to the better business bureau ! ! read more

Well... if i can i will give no start...! i planed to have relax and get ready for my vacation. The young lady who told her name Zen i may wrong bc her pronunciation little bit heavy. Any way she gave me the pedicure services which i can tell that store too greedy as she offer services with lack of knowledge. she said that " number 5 is good lower is bad" don't even tell me what include in # 5. ..well it's ok for my vacation. i said that i want regular polish then she keep said few times regular no good gel is good then she said gel right without tell me addition costs then after polish almost finish she continued "i do flowers for you vacation". again not telling me additional costs. i knew that i will be ripped off. But i hope for satisfaction at the end. So fast services sloppy painting missing side nail polish, bumpy and bubble ... I end up changed color 2 days after. Bad experience ever! I love coming to Versaci Nails Spa. Ivy does my manicure and I never have any complaints. She listens when I tell her what I want for my nails. Ivy also gives great recommendations by showing photos of possibilities for my nails. This is always helpful as the seasons change. I really like how clean the Spa is and how they time the massages for your feet and/or hands. Natalie did my pedicure today and I will be asking for her all the time. She was gentle with my feet, didn't tickle me during the scrubbing of my feet, shaped my nails perfectly, and most importantly didn't cut me. They both did not rush, just the pampering I needed. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will only come here for my nails. They always make my day. It's great to look at your feet and hands and feel happy that they are pretty. read more

Let me define something that we are experienced at this nail technician. we come back and for few times everyone seems very reasonable at their jobs, but this time is worst. hope this will help community to be awareness. My lady got pedicure services which we expected fantastic service, but it was turn out horrible. More than $100 without massage not even one second... My mankind is big enough to not mention the name of female technician. We are looking for luxury service. but it turned out like fake outfit that someone wearing. A few years ago my mom and I had come to this place and didn't quite have the nest experience however, since then we have changed our opinion dramatically! We kept giving this place a chance and they made it right the first time. Johnny is not what was mentioned in the previous Review and the girls working here are happy everytime we come in we joke and it's a good environment to be in.
