Okay y'all.. I really wanted this salon to work out. 3rd time visiting and it's still a NO for me. There were several things wrong about my visit, and it all comes to down to cleanliness and customer service. I was hurt, yanked, ignored when I mentioned things and at two points I had got an attitude response about telling them how I wanted my nails. Like clearly they were going to do their own thing and then charge me for what they wanted to do instead what I wanted... I also made an appointment, and started nearly 40 minutes after my time. I had a facial with Monica and I have to say the facial was very relaxing and she performed all the necessary steps to ensure safety and health were priority. She did a few masks with an ongoing steamer, which I appreciate because the steamer opens up your pores allowing to clean your face more thoroughly. I definitely would recommend this place if it's your first time facial. It's priced very fairly as well. I'm not sure if I would go back only because I'm looking for more options to masks such as the jelly masks, exfoliation and extractions and that was only this they did not offer, or at least I didn't see it on the menu. read more

I'm just going to start this review by saying, if you're a person of color, do not come here... I repeat do not come here. You will not be greeted, you will be gawked at, talked about and ignored. I was there for a pedicure and was there for 3 hours due to poor service. I saw as every Black or Mexican person walked in, they were looked up and down and not greeted for a span of 3 hours! I worked in customer service, hospitality and etc... if y'all can't treat your customers with an ounce of respect, y'all in the wrong field. I've debated for about three weeks whether or not to post a review, because I don't want to tear down a business, but after being treated so badly, here it is: I walked in with my two sisters, didn't get greeted or anything. The first thing someone said to me was what color after being well into the pedicure. Throughout the entirety of being serviced, a large number of the women working there were staring at me and talking about me. As far as service... the lady who did my pedicure cut me multiple times and didn't say sorry. I asked the lady to remove my acrylic off of my big toes and apply new acrylic, as I get pedicures every 2-3 weeks... the ladies refused to take the acrylic off and half assed put on more acrylic...AFTER having two different ladies attempted to apply it. my toes were shaped differently and when I told the lady she rolled her eyes and aggressively started filing it down. The shapes still didn't match but at this point, I was over being stared at like I was some animal in a zoo. There's no reason in hell, that 3 people needed to come work on me feet... nor did 5 of the employees have to walk by and look at my feet and make their little comments. They weren't that bad, didn't stink, or anything. I asked for a simple French tip... the lady didn't even give me the pink nude that is "standard" for their French tip, so I said something to her... then again, she rolled her eyes, left the area for 5 minutes... at this point I'm very upset and just want the entire experience to be over. Then we get to painting the French tip... because the ladies were so adamant about not removing and reapplying the acrylic on my big toe, the old and new acrylics were different colors so my toes did not look cute. The lady had to repaint the French tip multiple times because it showed where they neglected to make the acrylics match. The ladies in the nail salon were also very rude to an elderly lady. The lady came in for a pedicure with her daughter... the lady doing her feet asked if she wanted gel and the customer responded no thank you. The lady then turns around, snickers and says "well if your polish scratched, not my fault. " ... like no, if you do your job right and cure the polish, the lady wouldn't have any "scratched polish" . The ware and tear: I got gel... my toes started chipping that same day AND the acrylic they poorly applied cracked.... $80 for a terrible pedicure and terrible customer service... yikes Then as I was finishing with the terrible pedicure, I go to pay... I chose the $45 pedicure... all these additional charges... it comes $80... the man at the desk asking if I'm tipping and I stand there and debate within myself because this woman did just give me a service but at the same time I was treated so terribly... so, I told the man their tip is... "Learn to treat black people with respect" and I walked out. It's 2023... I'm tired of the disrespect. I would give this business 0/5 stars, but seeing as I have to rate... 1 star for participation points I guess. read more

They gave me a complimentary Mimosa as my feet soaked in the hot water. Mmmmm...so yummy and relaxing. This totally made my day. Without asking We had one full set, acrylic One dip powder with tips One gel manicure One dip manicure. One of the technicians was extremely aggressive. All services got gel polish top coat, without even asking or explaining the charges. Cuticle treatment is not included in any manicure. Horrible prices! Went in w/ my mom and got 2 $43 pedicures and 2 $37 manicures. A $160 visit. No gel, no extra length, absolutely no add ons. While I left to grab the car and circle back around they charged my mom $260 because she was unaware of the cost and they saw her as a vulnerable customer. So sad that they took advantage of her like that. We will not be coming back and we will be warning people never to come here! Hope this place shuts down! read more

I called and made a same day appointment for 1245pm and was in and out within an hour for a fill, nail fix, cuticle cleaning and gel polish. I am very particular about my nails because I normally do them myself (licensed for 10 years) but did not have the time so I took a chance. Monica did great, very sanitary (I actually saw her get out new single use items to do my nails and throw them away when finished).She shaped my nails well and did not let the gel polish run into my cuticles. When I first came in here I had great service.. I got a pedicure from Stephanie. She is very thorough and does an amazing job. I have been back twice now. I was unable to be scheduled or placed with Stephanie both times. And those two times I received bare minimum service for a high price. Asked for basic spa manicure priced and described in menu for 28$. AND I had to remind the tech to clean under my nails, cut cuticles and soak in water. He told me to shoosh and smacked my hand multiple times and said "I'm trying to help you out here just shoosh." Then he aggressively pushed my hand down and messed up the paint and when I asked him to fix it he half asses it. So I said can you at least put a design on there to hide it. He said ok free of charge. Then I got charged $50 by the guy who runs the show. I gave the place a second chance, I got the $40-$50 spa pedicure that includes the paraffin wax, a foot scrub, and a 15 min hot stone massage. The lady didn't clean under my nails, cut my cuticles, or do anything that is normally in a pedicure. She soaked my feet in the water and immediately started putting polish on and then did the wax, scrub, a massage and rushed me out. Highly disappointed and charged 65$ by the same guy at the front again. I think he is just throwing prices out there to make a pretty penny. read more

In love with my nails! They do so good every time I come here!! The place is beautiful too. I usually like natural color nails. My nails are smooth, no bubbling or chipping, straight and precise. My favorite gel colors are Bubble Bath, Milky white, or Ill go for a french ombre look (all super natural looking). They except venmo/ also and have an atm if you need it. BE CAREFUL OF HIDDEN CHARGES. Went to this salon for the first time, they do decent work if you like your dip powder packed on thickly like you have humps on the end of your fingers, but be careful of them overcharging. The nail tech suggested adding little design like its a complementary service (which some nail tech do to earn your business), but this particular technician never informed me of the additional charge. I get tot the counter to pay then in another language she is telling the other technician " addition for design". A gel manicure almost 90 dollars. She played me, I didn't even realize how bad my nails looked until I got home. I also didn't understand why she was touching my jewelry - negative - bad evil eye energy! Let this be a warning: if your business are going to sneak in extra hidden fees in an effort increase the price of the service, the nail tech will lose the bigger tip. Kindly just give the service the customer is asking for, AND if you are "up sell" additional services its courtesy and California law to inform the customer of the additional charges before its time to pay. They are lucky I do not contact the California Board of Cosmetology and Barbering. Don't play with people's money. read more
