I had the pleasure of dealing with Kody B. He is great with people and great with fixing ANY issue I have. The last time I called in Kody B. was awesome!! Its terrible how some computer techs will make you feel like a child that knows nothing...Not Kody!! We went over the obvious troubleshooting problems, which half of them I had already tried,,,,then when there was nothing I could do to help...Kody took it over full swing...he kept me informed on what was going on....he called when he said he would...and he resolved the issue as quickly as he could...then when all was said and done he told me what happened to cause the problem and what he had to do to fix!!! Never have I been treated so well by a computer tech...Although it is NEVER fun to have computer issues....at least I KNOW when I have to call Vertical Computers because my computer is acting crazy, I'll actually look forward to talking to them instead of dreading it like normal!!!! As the IT director of a private school with over 1200 users, it is my responsibility to make sure the staff, faculty and students have network and internet access available to them at all times. We had a complete network outage at one of our campuses on a Sunday evening. School was starting the next morning and I needed our network fixed ASAP.
