We came here to see the memorabilia but ended up having an amazing breakfast too! The amount of military history is worth the visit alone but their solid breakfast choices were freshly prepared and delicious.

Food and service fantastic. Not to mention all of the memorabilia honoring all veterans.

Counter area and only a small sampling of the memorabilia

Great food great service. Open Tue - Thur for breakfast and lunch excellent prices. The entire restaurant is decorated with with military history with a respect and a pride you don't see often. It is a mini museum with an excellent restaurant inside open to the public. Worth the trip to see and enjoy from anywhere!

Best cheesesteak I've had in the Myrtle Beach area and very neat war memorabilia all over the walls.

Mom & Pop is aways the way to go. It is a hidden GEM. GREAT owners & staff here that are awesome in more ways then one. I without a doubt will come here over & over. The waitress came over & asked how was everything & I said are you kidding me my taste buds was having an food organism that wouldn't quit. This is a must try even if it's out of your way you will not regret it.

Visited this place while I was on leave. It's full of military history. People were friendly and the food is also great. I will bring all my shipmates next time I'm here.

Just a sample of what you can see here.

Certainly does not appear to be friendly to veterans. Don't represent yourselves one way and act another.

Lindsey and Nickels were a great team behind the bar, providing excellent service! I had a Bloody Mary and when I said I wish it was a little spicy, Nickels quickly produced a jalepeno. The wife had a Mimosa flight. She really enjoyed it, as it gave her a nice variety. I did the Shakshuka and it was a little unusual as it was served on grits. I really enjoyed it. Wife's omlette was good.

Our must-order starters are the fried Brussels sprouts and the pimento cheese and chip dip. Wish there was more consistency in the tortilla chips as the restaurant made ones with honey dusting are superior to their store bought version. For mains, the smothered chicken is the standout. We much prefer it over the bone-in fried chicken--the pieces are juicier and more flavorful compared to the fried large bone-in chicken breast, which can be a bit less exciting. Go for the hot honey bird if you want a kick. The biscuits are a bit dry and A-OK - the butter and jam makes it taste better. If you're in the mood for something sweet with cinnamon and fall/winter spices, then sweet potato pancakes is a good option. The best value is coming during happy hour, though the offerings change periodically, so it's worth checking what's available. The restaurant is located right in the heart of Market Common, with free street parking and nearby lots, making it an easy and enjoyable stop overall.

The atmosphere was perfect for a casual night out. Not too loud, good lighting, and the decor has that fun sport feel without being over-the-top cheesy. Our server was super friendly and quick with recommendations, which was nice because the menu has a ton of options. I went with the grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce and bacon, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was juicy, the bacon crispy, and that sweet tangy BBQ tied it all together. Fries on the side were hot and seasoned just right. If you're in the area looking for solid, no-fuss American food with a beach twist, definitely hit this place up. We'll definitely be back.

We sat outside and it was a lovely day. We really enjoyed sitting outside to people watch plus enjoyed the cool breeze. I ordered a chopped salad with grilled chicken and it was delicious. The salad was fresh and there was plenty of chicken that came with the salad. The chicken was cooked well and flavorful, and the salad dressing was fresh and was a creamy honey mustard flavor. This salad allowed you to choose five toppings and there were many options. That's always fun when you want to make the salad your own type of salad bar. The service was good and it was an enjoyable lunch and reasonably priced.

Perfect Spot for a Sunny Afternoon Lunch!…read more We stopped into Gordon Biersch Brewery in Myrtle Beach on a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon for a late lunch, and we were thrilled to be seated right away in their lovely outdoor dining area. Our server was fantastic--very attentive, bringing out our drinks super quickly and checking in just when we were ready to order. The menu has tons of wonderful options, from fresh salads to hearty sandwiches and their signature brewery-inspired dishes. Prices are a bit on the higher side for lunch, but the quality makes it completely worth it. I went with the Caesar salad topped with salmon, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly dressed--the salmon was cooked just right. My husband ordered the French dip with fries, and he raved about how juicy and tender the beef was. Portions weren't enormous, but they were more than adequate and left us satisfied without feeling stuffed. The highlight was definitely sitting outside in the spring sunshine, people-watching in the vibrant Market Common area while enjoying the relaxed vibe. The patio setup with umbrellas kept it comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming and lively in the best way. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Myrtle Beach--great food, excellent service, and that outdoor seating on a perfect day is hard to beat!
