Instead of taking ownership of a job not done well, Jonathan tried saying my vehicle was painted somewhere else and it was not his shop's fault. My vehicle has never been in an accident, the only time it has been painted was at this place, and I have text message proof that we had to bring the car more than once last year to get the overspray taking care of and was never completely accomplished. Jonathan instead of accepting that the job was not done right flat out lied to the dealer when he had to redo the job and said the hood had Bondo, a complete lie!! Not only did we pay him extra money to remove all paint imperfections when he had my car for the warranty work, but why would I repaint my car for no reason. Luckily the dealer stepped up and had Jonathan redo the work. I assume that at some point in the past they must have been a good place to do business, but not today.
