If you have a problem, they genuinely want to help you solve it and do everything they can to get things sorted out. I had an issue with the forwarding address I set up get confused with return to sender and was therefore receiving none of my mail. I had to FaceTime my friend to walk me through where to find envelopes and such. There was no help from staff. The only staff was behind the counter in the main office area where you mail out your packages. Found a display of envelopes and labeled it accordingly. The displays were messy, not sure if due to the volume of people that day or not but it was a mess. It was tax day so I expected a crowd which was surprised when it wasn't as large of a crowd as I expected. Waited in line. I was about 7th in line and it moved quickly. The post office staff was not friendly at all. They seemed like they didn't want to be there. One lady and gentleman was over to the side labeling their items and came over stating that they had been advised to get back in front of the line when they were done. I told them to just go in front of me which is was 1st in line at this point. The post office worker yelled at the lady to get to the back of the line. I looked at the distraught lady and told her to get in front of me. That it wasn't worth all this since plenty of time before they close.

This is the closest post office to my bank so it made sense to use this location. It's a smaller post office that's tucked away. Only two people working the counter. Like other post offices they sell shipping supplies. So was able to buy a book to ship some books home. Postal clerk was nice. But man, US Ground advantage is so expensive. It's no wonder folks use other services. If I had more time I would have shipped my pillow via UpS or FedEx. But limited time and I had to ship my books so $$ it was. Small parking lot.

Agents behind the counter were taking the time to explain what folks could expect, lower priced alternate options. I was pretty impressed and surprised based on their current rating. I did not just drop off mail, I had received a package from Europe and the product was damaged. They went through the entire process of what I could expect, completed the form 3831 I needed to give the sender for my refund. They informed me they would take control of the package, one less thing to deal with for me. The entire time, no one acted like they were being "put out", just very courteous and helpful.
