Always fantastic from service to food. The last two times we went the place filled up quickly. Our server is always on top of everything and is such a sweetheart. He really knows his customers. Slowly we're going through the menu and nothing has left us disappointed. Everything has been incredibly tasty. Definitely recommend the fritto misto to start. Stopped into Via Cuma to try the sourdough pizza. The restaurant is quite cute; warm, inviting and has TV's with scenes of Italy displayed. The music playing was wonderful, fun and authentically Italian - my wife was singing along. We ordered our meal on an I-pad that included photos of all the available pizza - truly unique and innovative. We ordered the the Margarita pizza and it was ready in no time. The pizza was really delicious - especially the sauce - so good - and the dough was light - much to our pleasure. The waitstaff, Linda and Adrian were attentive and pleasant. To complete the meal we each had a cannoli which was a special treat. We will come back and look forward to trying other amazing pizzas. read more

Loved trying out via Cuma! I have been meaning to try them out since I remember passing by the valley stream location so I was excited to see them open up in Oceanside. We tried 3 of their most famous pies and wow they were all amazing! The quality of the ingredients and time put into in can be noticed a mile away. Luca is super friendly and a great owner/host. Loved trying another amazing sour dough pizza spot on Long Island! Can't wait to come back and try his pastas and other dishes! PS if you can't afford the pizza, don't go out to eat. I find it ridiculous that people go out of their way to say a specialty pie is too expensive, like just stay home and cook. Don't put a 1 star review because you're cheap and don't understand quality. Anyways, come and try this amazing place! read more

Ok. The moment of truth, as we have been waiting 3 months for them to open since the old Naples Street Food closed. Im not going to give them too much grace bc they already have another established spot which I have been to as well. For starters, they did a nice job cleaning up the place but they removed all the charm of walking into grandma's house that was a staple of Naples atmosphere. They also crammed all the tables onto one side of the restaurant which creats this very odd atmosphere of one side of the restaurant feeling stuffy and the other literally having nothing but the awesome family dining table Naples left behind. Like their other location, they hand us these digital menus which are difficult to navigate and nasty. Who wants to scroll through a screen that never gets cleaned only to tell the waiter what you want. You cant even order through the thing. Its nasty. So after I got back from washing my hands our meal was eventually served. They had a limited menu due to a soft opening...fair I guess. We ordered the lasagna and buffalo marinara pizza. We were served promptly and the lasagna gets put on the table with two plates big enough only to eat some olives on. My wife and I were sharing and even half of the relatively small portion couldn't fit on our tiny plate so we had to basically take our portions in multiple servings as we ate it. The lasagna was very good. In comes the pizza. We ordered a small (which was $24 for 4 relatively small slices). This thing better be good. It wasnt! It was a sloppy soggy mess. The sauce was well made but the buffalo Mozz was mid at best and the undercarriage was so soggy you needed to hold it above your head to drop it into your mouth before everything dripped all over the place. Mind you im still working with these useless plates so im on my own managing the mess. Having shared the lasagna and a small pizza we got out of there for I think $60 having had nothing but water to drink. Ive had some of their other pies in their other location and they need to up their game on the "fresh" mozzarella. For a couple of guys from Naples they should be ashamed of the quality when they use the term fresh Mozzarella. I was hoping and literally praying this place would hold up. Sadly it didnt. Please bring back grumpy Naples Street Food guy who knows that ingredients matters and feeling like you are home in a restaurant goes a long way. Go to Tony and Luigi's in merrick for a much better experience. read more
