My wife and I discovered this place and we use to like coming here for some of their weekly specials until an incident happen. We got charged incorrectly for an item that was supposed to be the special of the day. We tried to reason with the waitress there but they didn't even try to accommodate or understand the mishap. The situation became this huge ordeal that my spouse had to demand speaking to the manager., which was also delayed and we had to wait....instead of handling it within reason. I really don't recommend this place. They used to be decent. Took my family here on Saturday, July 18. We placed our orders. When I gave my order, our server even repeated it back to confirm she heard me. My family got their food and mine hadn't come yet. I waited and still nothing. I got up and asked about my food and our server said,"oh it's almost ready." I sat back down and she apologized that she forgot to put it my order. She asked if I still wanted the order still. For what me and my family were looking for it was perfect. Came in on Saturday evening and it was a little busy. Amazing service from start to finish. Love their aquatic decor. My kids loved the live lobster tank. Amazing happy hour specials. My michelada was great and don't sleep on their blended margaritas. The fish and shrimp ceviche was solid. Fresh and tasty. My children shared a deep fried shrimp plate. We also shared a salmon and shrimp plate. Honestly no complaints. Fresh,hot and full of flavor. We ended having a couple drinks at their patio. Came here because I had seen that they have a Happy Hour that goes pretty late. I was in the area so I stopped by. The HH is for drinks only: beers and margaritas but they did give me chips and salsa for free. The salsa was good but they gave me a cup of their refried beans and they were very good. At $7 for huge mug, the Modelo Negro was a great deal. I wish they had some light food options but the chips and salsa was a good offering. The place is huge and nicely decorated. I had been here years ago for a Groupon coupon I had purchased. I remember walking in and it was so packed that I was like "what's going on" and then I was reminded that it was Cinco de Mayo. The restaurant is clean, and the service was outstanding, even though they were really busy they were very curious and polite. Kitchen, extremely efficient as I did not wait long for my food and best of all it was piping hot and they don't scimp on the seafood, it was loaded.
