This place claims to be high quality and their prices would reflect a manicure and pedicure that would last, but that is not the case. It hasn't been a day and my nails look like trash and I don't do any thing heavy with my hands. They've chipped in multiple places and i can see spots that weren't coated with the second coat of polish. I'm so disappointed by this place. Not to mention I made an appointment online for 10 am and they didn't even acknowledge me until 10:30, and there were barely 4 people in the salon. To say I would never go back is an understatement. It's ok Steven is amazing for mani pedi however even when you call ahead they make you wait and they're not super busy by all appearances. It's an automated check in process that works half the time great service once they seat you but that's not with a quickness. read more

I loved this place! I had not had a mani/pedi in about ten years- I am a nurse practitioner and we can't wear nail polish.... and I guess I just neglected my toes haha. The upside to my review is this is a nice area places to eat around and all within a walking distance. But they were so rude, I was the first out of 6 to walk in and be seated but waited nearly an hour to be helped. As other people walked in, they completely ignored me. I would have left but I had friends there who were being helped. While I saw some nail stylist walking around or sitting down. The receptionist kept asking who would be helping me and they just said we are busy. Then when someone finally came over, they did not listen to me when i asked for the certain color, even when I showed her, she put on whatever she wanted. I saw the owner yell at one of the nail stylists openly. And they didn't even do my gel nails correctly, gel nail should last 3-4 weeks on me. It's only the second week and almost every nail is chipping. I will never bring my money back here again. read more

I have been coming here for years, and it is my go to spot every time I come home from college. The waits are long sometimes, but I have never had a bad experience until today. I made an appointment for 1:45, and was not helped until 2:30 (even though I called ahead to be sure I wouldn't have to wait). I picked my color and once the nail technician began I noticed it was the wrong color and it was too dark, and told her after I saw the first nail. Even though I showed her a photo for reference, she told me it "would become a lighter color once she finished." After this I told her at least 7 more times it was the wrong color and she still refused to change the color nor listen to anything I was saying. I told her to take it off and I would come back the next day to have it fixed, and a different lady came over and began to tell me I was in the wrong because "I waited too long to tell her it was the wrong color," when I actually told her after the first nail. After my nails were "fixed," they attempted to charge me more than the full price, and looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a discount for my experience despite being clearly unhappy with the service and 5/10 of my cuticles had bleeding cuts on them from the drill. I will not be returning and I am very disappointed, as this was one of my favorite spots in the area. This salon has always attempted to belittle younger customers, and this was quite obvious today as I am only 21 years old, and they clearly refused to listen to me because I am "younger." read more

I'm extremely particular about my pedicures ...no disappointments to date. MiMi & Tommy, both do a great job on nails & feet, an extremely personable duo, who are more intrested in producing a quality outcome than the quantity of clients. I've been going to this nail salon for almost 6 months and I am happy to say that I have finally found a nail salon that I can call home!! Sue and Kathy are super sweet and my nails always look fantastic. I usually schedule my appointments the same day or the day before I want to go, but they always get me right in, with little to no wait time. The massage that I get with my Luxury Pedicure, is amazing!! A few times I had to have Tommy do my nails because Sue wasn't available, and although he is young and fairly new, he takes his time and does a great job. Went here for the first time today for pedicure and it was good but not great by any means. I went when it was with the previous owner and had a terrible experience so I was skeptical to try it again. Although better than before, still a few areas to work on, but maybe it was just the lady I got. The receptionist was very sweet and professional. I did have to wait about 15 min and there were several empty chairs. Once I was seated in a chair, I sat there again for another 15 min waiting and water got cold. The technician I had wasn't very friendly and didn't say much except to make comments about my nail condition and color choice. I just shook it off, but still, wasn't acceptable. She did do a great massage on feet and shoulders/neck. I will give it a try again and see what happens with a different person. Kelly did a good job on my eyebrow wax and polish change for my toes. My low rating is because I feel I was upcharged. The price list says eyebrows $8 and toe/nail polish change $5ea. When I looked at my debit card statement, it said $16 instead of the $13 it was supposed to be ($8 eyebrow + $5 polish change on toes only). I asked her to repeat the price, I then repeated to her the services I received, and questioned the discrepancy based on the price list. I was told they changed their prices. It's not a big deal as it's only a couple of dollars. BUT they are MY couple dollars. My greatest concern is the principle. There was no attempt to correct the problem and Kelly along with the front desk worker both had dismissive attitudes. Kelly went back to working with the next customer and completely ignored me and the situation. I should have known something when she repeatedly asked me to get more services after I already told her the 2 services I was seeking. Needless to say, given these business practices I will not be going back. Beware! read more
