Super cute location. Large parking lot (praise!) Very small (6 chairs) so make an appointment and show up on time. Came here with two friends for a girls day. Pedicure was nice. You sit in cute throne chairs. The prices are standard for a pedicure in a fancier locale. Variety of OPI colors. We weren't offered a drink, had to ask, so I dinged one star. Not really a big issue but Yelp (still) doesn't have 1/2 stars. Will definitely return, with our without friends, when I want to treat myself! read more

Please, please do me a favor and do not walk into this place!! I have never felt so humiliated in my life before and never thought it would be at a nail salon. It was my first time going in for mani & pedi. they started on my pedicure and after the lady took off my polish she ask about my toenail. (My whole life since I was a child I have delt with an abnormal toenail, so I've always felt insecure about it but there is no treatment for it). The lady ask if I had fungus, I answered no and I explained the rest of my story. Well She calls the receptionist over and another lady and basically they refuse to do my pedicure because they thought I had a fungus nail!! In my 15 years that I have been going to nail salons, I have never felt so disrespected. They didn't even want to polish my toe nails afterwards because they would have to throw the polish out (they even ask if I had my own polish with me so they can use instead). The worst part is they didn't even feel bad about refusing my service and had the edacity to ask if I wanted my manicure still?!! I walked out in tears of frustration and humiliation! The nail techs are very nice however I don't actually think they know what they're doing. I wanted to like this place so much because it's so nice and the workers are all nice but the manicure was not that nice. It is a bit pricier than most places and the quality isn't that good. My gel mani chipped after about a week :( Its been about a week & a half & three nails have now chipped and I'm not sure what's going on but the tips of my nails are super dull and the color is like fading it's strange I've never have experienced this before. They charge I think $5 a finger for design like glitter on half the nail which is ridiculous. For two gel manis & one regular pedi it was over $100. I will not be coming back sadly :( read more

One day I walked into this salon a little over 2 hours before close time & was told they didn't have time for my fullset. Which was crap but I was understanding & went somewhere else. Next time came around to get my nails done again, I wanted to give here another chance simply because the cute decor. I call & make an appointment for 11 am. I get there & end up waiting til 11:30 while 2 workers did their own nails. I ended up waking out because they are not worth my time & I was happy to leave knowing I still had an appointment at Laque that I was able to get to on time. Laque slayed my nails. Basically, don't make an appointment for a time you can't make it for. Do better . read more

Excellent service, very clean and tools were sterilized. Robin worked on my pedicure and she was very detailed. She looked at every detail and had a very pleasant personality. I thought the prices were very well priced, and believe that I definitely got my money's worth. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Words of advice- stop looking and come on in. You will not regret it. The chairs are just regular cushion, no massage chairs, but I can honestly say I didn't miss it after the excellent service. You will feel like a princess! Great vibes, great place. I moved to Glendale almost six years ago and I have bounced from place to place, never having been really happy with my pedicure experiences. I think I finally found the right place with Vibe. I called with a very last minute appt and from that moment I knew I found a welcoming spot. Very comfortable chairs (non massaging but let's face it, those chairs break down and then you are sitting on springs!) Got a great pedicure, and will definitely be back. Used to go here all the time, but just couldn't stand the customer service from the young woman at the front desk. She had light brown/blondeish hair? I love Joyce, and I'm sad that i won't be returning! The girl at the front desk is horrible, her attitude is nasty and she doesn't treat customers how she should. I wonder if the owner knows she acts like this? i've read other helpers reviews and looks like they've noticed this too. It's really too bad when you walk into a cute nail salon, love the nail technician but the customer service just trumps your whole experience. I would spend $80 every time i came here and she would treat me as if i had no business there. Shame on you for being in customer service. Sadly, i will not be returning here. read more

Yesterday was my first time trying this place. I'm looking for a new nail salon and this one looked very promising. On Yelp it says you don't need an appointment, so I walk in and they ask if I had an appointment. Of course I said no. Then said they can't get me in until 2.5 hours later. It didn't bother me too much because I had other things to do in the mean time, but any other day I would have been upset. So I come back at my appointment time and I meet my nail tech, Sevana. She didn't say much to me. Occasionally would talk to me. Definitely really sweet! But not when it came to my nails.. That was the most PAINFUL acrylic full set I have ever gotten. It felt like she was trying to file down my real nail until it wasn't there anymore. She also was filing over my cuticles which cut me quite a few times but there was no blood. Any time she added any of the liquids for the acrylics, it burned. I was ready to walk out but I'd look pretty dumb with half of my nails done. I literally had to hold back tears. The nails themselves came out pretty uneven but nothing too noticeable. I did like the end result. Also, I know we're supposed to be offered complimentary drinks because I read that on Yelp as well. I wasn't offered anything until I was more than half way done with my nails. But, this was after the girl next to me who seemed like she's been there often, was offered a drink the moment she sat down. Despite the painful acrylic process, I still might give this place a second chance. Just definitely not with the same nail tech Sevana. read more

I decided to try this place because they offered a Groupon, and I am looking for a new nail salon. They are close by in Glendale, and had a nice big parking lot as part of a strip mall. Had to wait about 20 minutes, despite having booked an appointment. The salon is very small, only six spots. Both Jessica and Ning were very nice, but my mani started chipping the next day, and by the third day I had to completely re-do my nails. Staff were not very friendly, and were not speaking in English to each other or to their customers. Despite the fact that my Groupon was supposed to include a complimentary beverage, I was not offered one. In fact, of the six of us getting our nails done, four people were offered a glass of champagne, while another lady and I were offered nothing at all. I visit once a month, prices are fair, decor and ambiance are on point, all of the ladies are so sweet and helpful, and my nails always look great! They do nail art too, it was beautiful and I got so many compliments. Be sure to book an appointment in advance for weekends, it can fill up quickly, once you visit you'll see why they're in such high demand. In all my years of getting pedicures and manicures, I don't think I have ever gotten ones so good as what I received at Vibe Nail Bar yesterday. The ladies that did my nails were so meticulous and professional. They took their time and did not rush through even though I had the last appointment of the day. I loved that they use single-use nail tools opened the package in front of me and they have so many color options to choose from. The shop its self is beautiful and clean. Im on the hunt for a new salon near my new apartment. This nail spot is adorable, the decor is super cute. I tried this place because of their reviews and it was as expected. Parking was good, but I'm sure hard to find on the weekends and my nails came out looking good. The front desk staff could be friendlier, I walked into an empty salon and was asked if I made an appointment, I did not. The lady was nice enough to squeeze me in while mentioning that they had other upcoming appts. I guess a lot of places are doing this now, where they seem busy but the place is empty. Im very busy and sometimes dont have the time to make nails appts, because I never know when I have the time to do them. My favorite place on santa monica (B&J's)is always packed and ive never made an appt. Thats also the difference between asian and armenian salons. I was offered a glass of champagne and that boosted this score to four stars. My hands came out nice but my feet were just ok, I expected more of a scrub... but that's extra. Lots of things I'm accostumed to were extra on their price menu. Such as foot scrub and gel polish removal. read more

When this salon first opened it was my favorite. The owner was always there, everyone was extremely friendly, very clean, good work, and complimentary mimosas! Over the last six months though, this place has really gone down hill. I never see the owner there anymore, they no longer offer you beverages, the pedicures are very quick and not professional, and the receptionist is extremely rude. In fact, the receptionist made rude comments about customers after they left. I also couldn't even get someone to help put my sandals on after my pedicure, and when I went home i had to re scrub my feet since they barely did. It's really a shame that this place is no longer great. read more

I've been to so many nail salons in Burbank and this is by far the absolute best! From the moment I walked it, I was greeted and offered refreshments. The ambience is very chic and clean. Their equipments are sterilized (and opened in front of customers) unlike other salons that would already have the open tools already in the cart. The nail techs were very attentive to details and made sure I was satisfied with the shape and the colors. The owner was very sweet and checked up on me often to see if I wanted refreshments.
