Was hitting this place almost regularly 1-2x weekly (@$14 a pop because they want a tip even though they're doing their job ) for a smoothie ... Until today at 10:15am.. Went in to order, there was another couple in front of me who ordered and the guy at the counter took their order and proceeded to turn around to go make their 2 drinks -- COMPLETELY IGNORING me. He didn't even acknowledge my presence ; no "hey, be right with you " - n o t h i n g I'm gonna take this as a sign to take my business ($14 a pop @ 4x per month) elsewhere... ya know, where they actually see me and acknowledge that I'm standing there wanting to do business with them. read more

The açaí/smoothie bowls were okay. I've had better. My bf and I just arrived into Prescott and wanted something light/healthy-ish. I ordered the Classic Waves and my bf ordered the Coffee Cup. The consistency of the Classic Waves base was sorta watery and wasn't thick like I've had it at other places. Some parts were icy. My bf's Coffee Cup was really dense and heavy. It tasted more peanut buttery than coffee. The staff was nice and friendly. Overall, I didn't think there was anything special. read more

I recently moved out of Prescott, and literally the last thing I did, my car all loaded up with all my belongings, was stop here. I love this place. The smoothies are so healthy. But the thing is, they are simple and customizable. I like healthy but I don't want kale, coconut water, and açaí in literally everything like some health places try to do. They have simple and if you want all that stuff they have it too! Story time: I took my mom here when she came to visit me. I love my mom but she is probably the most indecisive person I have ever met. She took forever to decide and we had many questions. They were kind, answered all of them, and took our order patiently. We came here for a quick lunch/snack bite. I was in the mood for an acai bowl. They are more known for their juices and health drinks but they have a nice selection of pitaya and acai bows. I had the acai bowl with banana, strawberries, and other toppings. I also had almond butter on top. My husband had the pitaya bowl with toppings. I have been having acai bowls for almost ten years and these were probably the most disappointing bowls I've ever had. I am not sure what they mix the actual base with but both bowls were tart. There was hardly any sweet fruit flavors and they gave you a pitiful amount of granola, which is the best mixture and topping to add to bowls. They have quite a bit of fruit toppings on both bowls, but I would have prefer the actual base to be mixed with more fruit and maybe almond milk and have more granola on the top. read more

I tried the Tropicana bowl for the first time and this is my new favorite, especially for summer. The pineapple, mango, lemon, almond milk mix with a bit of fresh mint was so refreshing and prefect topped with banana, strawberries and almond butter. The sesame seed topping was a surprisingly good compliment to the bowl. I did skip the coconut flakes on top and also got gluten free granola which was good. Was pretty disappointed yesterday. I asked them for a Custom bowl and did not get anything close to what I wanted. ( see pic att-what I asked for) I received what tasted like a really gross slushy. They sprinkled the Matcha on top and I inhaled it somehow and started choking... ugh then I spoke to Samantha abt it let her know it was Horrible she refused to give me a refund but did let me have a Juice. Very strange because generally if u don't consume the food, every other Restaurant would just refund the money. I will not be returning. Management should be mad aware of what's going on. read more

I would love to give a good review in this cute quaint juice bar in my town of Prescott but..... this cannot go unsaid. When I brought my family in from out of town it was shocking how horrible this placed smelled. When commenting on the horrible smell which was a cross between rotten eggs , pure poop and musty- their response was no where near apologetic but simply stated maybe it was the composte????? I said yes that's probably what it is and it is so bad we can't even stay. My family lost their appetite. I begged my family to give it a chance and we would take our juices and go to the square. There was so offer of an outside seated area or sympathy. After them ringing up my order for just shy of 50$ I asked to be entered into their rewards program. I have never ever been met with such rudeness and I'm just being honest. Needless to say it is evidently impossible to sign up for rewards and they didn't even tell me I could see sign up online. My granddaughter was feeling sad and I said what's up and she said I can't wait to get out of here. They are so rude. I said maybe we should get them a shirt that says " only good vibes". Yikes. It was the worst display of customer service although the juices were incredible as usual. It just makes me sad. Please talk to your employees. read more
