Vibras has the best coffee in Lone Pine. At least that was the team consensus. Their food choices were filling enough to see us through to lunch: açaí bowls, avocado toasts, and yummy pumpkin pies. Service was always on point. The owner recognized me on my second visit. I had preordered over the phone each time, but had a short wait once I arrived. The avocado toast had tasty little details like pickled onions and everything bagel seasoning. The açaí bowls were customizable with the usual toppings, like cacao nibs and goji berries and everything was generously portioned. Located on Main Street with easy street parking. We stopped here on the way back from Mammoth, needing a caffeine pick-up. It's not only a very cute place, but the drinks are really delicious - far surpassing Starbucks (and less expensive too!). They can do the coffee drinks both hot or over ice and have various milk alternatives (almond, soy, oat, coconut). The variety of choices were creative with several we'd not seen before. I got a Mexican mocha, my favorite, with almond milk. My husband chose Canela y Azucar Latte with Oat milk (their House Latte, with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Notes) as recommended by the incredibly friendly and helpful barista. Both were absolutely delicious! We will definitely make this a regular stop any time we are heading to Mammoth or Tahoe. read more

During a recent visit to Lone Pine, we were lured here by the Yelp ratings and great looking photos. Well, the IRL did not disappoint. As a chocolate fan, the Chunky Monkey smoothie hit the spot ... good balance of chocolate, pb and banana flavors, and not too sweet! The Classic bagel and the Vibras Favorite bagel were each light and clean delicious. The bagel itself was soft and tasted fresh. My kids had the Lox bagel. We all got a nibble, and agreed we had to go back for another round for the road. We will definitely swing by Vibras anytime we're in town. You should too. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, extremely slow, and coffee/bagel were mediocre at best. We walked in at what appeared to be a slow morning. It took 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge us and take our order. We should have known at that point to just walk out. Ordered two drip coffees and two bagels with cream cheese and waited 25 minutes. If you decide to stop - pack your patience. I recommend going anywhere else, but this place in Lone Pine. read more

I was very excited to try this place, the food looked very fresh and of good quality. The menu is well crafted and I will say the coffee is good. However. For one avocado toast. One açaí bowl. Two drinks. And two small bars. We waited an hour to be served and paid $50. When we got here there were only 2 customers ahead of us. When we were here only one person was working, and the service was terribly slow. She also did not complete orders in the order they were received. People that ordered after us got their items before we did. I do feel bad as it's too much to ask for one person to do, the coffee shop set up was not efficient or effective. Everyone waited a long time for their order because the person that rang everyone up, would have to excuse herself to make food, make drinks, and come back to the register. The concept for this shop is great and we were pleased with the quality of the food received. I thought it should be noted that the wait time can be very very long for a place that seems like it should be a quick stop. When this place hires more workers and staffs 2-3 people per shift it could work well. read more

Wow! Such delectable coffees! It's not just a juice bar... While visiting Lone Pine on a recent camping trip, we came by Main Street and wanted a little coffee for our trip back home. Stopping in we chose the Mazapán Latte out of a bunch of others and were surprised to find it perfectly nutty and just sweet enough. Whenever hubby and I go on our trip up Hwy 395, Lone Pine is our rest stop. We always come to Vibras. We order the espresso macchiato, traditional açaí bowl, and any of the two toasts: Nutella with bananas and strawberry or cucumber hummus. Depending on who makes your food and drink at the time, the order can take up to 10 minutes. Once when we were the only customer in the store, it took 20 minutes to order our food and beverage. Be patient. It's still worth it. I think the only time we were disappointed with our espresso was when they were "closing in 20 minutes." I think the guy just wanted to clean and close the store and go home. The store is never busy as far as I know. Hikers and travelers would drop by but never too busy. Try this place when you're in Lone Pine. It's worth a try. Bon appetite. read more

I come through the Eastern Sierra's at least 1-2 times a year and typically stay in Lone Pine. This place is contemporary and has a wonderful selection of menu items. I had the Power Smoothie and switched out the almond milk for oat milk. It's thick, delicious and wonderful. I also got the avocado toast with the salmon and pesto added minus the onion and radish. Unfortunately, our experience was awful. The customer service was nice but the food and drinks were disappointing. The avocado toast was, as my partner said, an "avocado crouton." It was tiny, crunchy and hard. The flavors and topping were great but definitely not worth $7. Yikes - when I saw the iced matcha oat latte, I wish I hadn't ordered it. It was dark green, poorly mixed, and even when stirred, still tasted bitter and bland. It's supposedly sweetened with vanilla syrup but was undetectable even after request of extra syrup. I was hoping it'd be more mixed, uniformly light green, creamy and lightly sweetened. The americano was especially watered down, with the espresso barely if at all, detectable.
