Nice hooka lounge if you don't want to head downtown. It was kind of slow for a Saturday night but our waiter was amazing and the owner was very nice as well. There's a private hookah room in the back if you're coming with a group of friends. Unfortunately there was no food the chef was out yesterday so we had to go eat somewhere else. My husband and I were staying in the area and found this place after a google search. Without any expectations...we were surprised of the atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night around 11. Every one was pleasant and the vibe was great. Also the violinist was jamming off of the lastest hip hop. My husband and i had 3 drinks each and a watermelon mint hookah for around $70. The owner also comped us another round. The only issue we had was our server was almost too accommodating. B4 we took a sip or puff she was in our face... aggravating. It's a great lounge spot if you do not feel like going downtown Atlanta. The bathroom is beautifully decorated and clean! The waitress was great and the owner is very attentive to the customers. He came to our table to speak to us and showed us the VIP area in the back. The hookah flavors are great and the drinks are on point. They have a belly dancer on Friday nights. The sections in the establishment are horrible. Seats sink in in certain area, and rios in the upholstery. Service was terrible. Female waitress asked if we wanted to request music, so I requested a song and later on they were just sitting at the tables on their phones, so i politely asked about the song and they said"there is no dj", so why ask me to make a song request? Keep in mind we were the only ones there..... after they took the order they didn't check on us to see if we needed anything just sat on their phones. I wish I could give no stars at all. Key our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the chef nor the bartender was there. The manager sat at the bar staring at us and never came to address these issues. He continuously told Key what to say to us which was very unprofessional. Also, he sat there smoking hookah being a patron instead of a manager. Apparently, he didn't know when the chef would arrive but the bartender was sitting in the car the entire time. I'm appalled and extremely dissatisfied with this establishment. Based on the reviews, I would have never expected this horrible experience. We were the ONLY patrons there which is the crazy part. Horrible management and it's sad because the hookah was really good. We definitely will not be back. If it wasn't for Key being so friendly we would have walked out and went to an establishment that appreciates our business. Note to the manager "Pay attention to your customers.
