Unfortunately, our experience with the team here was disappointing. There appeared to be a lack of internal communication, which created confusion and unnecessary complications during a time-sensitive situation. We initially brought in our vehicle and received guidance from one of the mechanics on how to proceed. When we returned at a later time to pick up the vehicle, we encountered a different staff member who was unprofessional and released the vehicle without providing a quote for the recommended services. Subsequently, another staff member took an approach that directly contradicted the original plan discussed, which ultimately made things more expensive and confusing. When we returned once again, we were given a paper quote that was significantly higher--by several thousand dollars--than what was originally communicated via text. Due to the inconsistency, poor communication, and overall frustration, we chose not to move forward with their services. It was a costly and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this shop to others.

The technician did a free of charge inspection and told me there is nothing wrong with the brakes. I am glad now I can drive the car with confidence. While waiting in their office, saw many technical certifications on the wall of the owner and technicians working there. Impressive.

1 Star -- Proceed With Extreme Caution…read more I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Danny's Auto Service, I feel obligated to share what happened so others can make informed decisions before trusting this shop with their vehicle. I brought my 1999 Infiniti QX4 to Danny's Auto Service because I was experiencing a significant steering issue. After discussing the problem in detail, I was charged approximately $2,700.00 for repairs and left believing the issues had been properly addressed. Unfortunately, within a relatively short period of time, I began noticing similar steering problems again. Because I was not driving long distances regularly, I did not immediately realize how serious the issue was, but over the last few months the steering problem became impossible to ignore. I recently had the vehicle inspected by another mechanic whose work I trust, and what I learned was extremely disturbing. According to this mechanic, material appearing to be pieces of an old automotive belt had been placed where proper bushings should have been installed, apparently as a substitute instead of replacing the worn bushings correctly. In addition to that, I also learned that the driver-side CV boot, which I understood was supposed to have been repaired as part of the work I paid for, had apparently never been repaired at all. So to summarize: I paid nearly $2,700.00 for repairs. The original steering issue returned. A second mechanic found what appears to be an improper substitute used in place of legitimate suspension components. A repair I believed had been completed apparently was never completed. To support what I am stating here, I have attached photos showing the condition of the work that was discovered during the follow-up inspection. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had previously brought the vehicle back because the steering issue had not been fully resolved, yet none of this was disclosed to me. When customers bring their vehicle in for service, they are placing trust in that business not only with their money, but with their safety. Based on what I have now learned, I am left seriously questioning both the quality of the repairs performed and the integrity of the work done on my vehicle. I strongly encourage anyone considering this business to request documentation for every repair performed and seek a second opinion if something does not feel right. After this experience, I would never return.......ever!

In this day and time is truly a blessing to find a business or a business person that still has integrity, fairness, and delivers a great product with a great customer service. If you haven't taken your vehicle there, you may want to leave the dealership alone and head on over here. I endorse them totally for all of my vehicles! Running better than ever now and I have all German engineering.

One the things to do was to replace the battery. After I left the shop the light saying that the battery was low came on. It did not do that before I went for the oil change. I drove the car for a couple of days and noticed that the car would stutter and the steering wheel light came on and the steering wheel became hard. I finally was able to change the battery and it ran fine on my way to work. Later I went to lunch and the car just died. The new battery would not jump or charge. I had to tow it home and then to Firestone again. At Firestone of Riverdale told me that I needed to change the alternator and starter. I suggested to change the alternator first and see. The mechanic said that he never recommended things that didn't need to be done. I had no choice but to agree and do it. I dropped the car on Saturday at 11 am. At around 2 pm they said that they could not do the job that day and had to leave the car. They said that it would be ready on Monday. On Monday the shop called at around 4:30 pm and told me that they had ran into an issue and would not be able to finish on that day. They said that it would be ready on Tuesday. On Tuesday I called the shop at around 12 noon and ask if it would be ready on that day. The customer service guy told me that he would have to call me back once he was able to find out. about an hour later he called me and told me that the car would be ready at around 2:30 pm or 3 pm. I was at the shop at around 2:30 pm. I was there until closing time 7 pm. Finally they brought the car out and it had a terrible noise. The mechanic had broken the bolt that seals the Catalytic converter and was not able to take the bold out. He was not able to reconnect and seal the Catalytic. He did not tell me what had happened. I came back to the store the next Monday and was there about 5 hours and still he could not fix the issue. At this point I expected the manager to talk to me and apologize and assure me that the issue was going to be taken care of. She never did. Finally after spending about two full days in the shop trying to fix the issue the mechanic was able to remove the broken bolt and reconnect and seal the Catalytic. A couple of points. I have a credit card from Firestone. I feel as if they targeted me. Stay away from that shop if you can. Any similar experience similar to mine let me know.
