I am really freaking upset and livid, when I got here one lady was so rude.. i spent 2 hrs in the chair for absolutely nothing I asked for acrylic toenail for my big toes look how thick the stuff is and it's under the actual nail she didn't speak any English so I use the translator and my French tip was terrible I did not ask for this length of toenails and they became frustrated when I asked to correct it she charged me for Jail and on top of it French design just to not even do the actual service once I said something about it and after Sue told her that the toenails were too thick she still did not correct it now I have to drive all the way to Hemet mind you this is my first time here and this is not a good start I even had to grab the polish from her to correct it and it's still like she didn't understand me I would never in my life come back here again I almost cried in that chair mind you I paid $90 for me and my daughter's toes and my daughter's only nine years old and I didn't even get the full service supposedly I have to come back tomorrow to get them fixed after I paid full price for something I did not receive I am pissed These were supposed to be gel French tip black with two acrylic toenails and look what I got read more

Stopped by today for a full set with custom designs (inspo picture attached to review). I appreciated their flexibility as I made an appointment with the Hemet location, but accidentally went to Murrieta. They were still able to accommodate my request and quoted $75 for removal of existing gel set and a new set, without the 3D cushion design. They were able to keep my gel base for some of my nails and built on top of it which I liked. I thought they were going to use rhinestones for the diamond tips but instead went for sliver glitter polish. Was not a fan of this since it turned out completely different from the inspiration photo so I asked for regular French tips instead, because that seemed more doable than what I asked for originally. The technician removed the nail polish to redo the nails but left residual old polish. The edges of my nails were also rough, with clear imperfections on my thumb nail. $70 for subpar French tip nails was not what I expected going in today. Cannot wholeheartedly recommend this establishment considering the final nail set was poorly done and rushed. read more

Vicky's is a new business located in the former location of Craft Nails. My neighbor and I, stop in every few months for a pedicure and clearly the new owners are trying to going market with a Dry Bar type feel. We were offered various types of juice and things to relax ourselves, such as herbal teas. Very nice, we'll be back. read more

I love this nail salon! I've been coming here since I moved to Temecula about 6 months ago, they always do such a great job & the new owner is absolutely fabulous! I'm extremely disappointed with my visit, and I feel obligated to warn others. I didn't even receive a single service because the experience fell apart immediately. After arriving on time, I was made to wait an additional 35 minutes. When they finally called me over, I sat down and began to place my foot in the water, only to be burned because the temperature was far too hot. No one checked it, no one warned me, and no one apologized. While still trying to gather myself -- and baby-wearing, just hoping to do something nice for myself -- I asked about a promotion they advertised. Instead of honoring it, they suddenly became dismissive and unprofessional, giving excuses and refusing to take responsibility for any part of the experience. Between the long wait, the lack of care, the unsafe water temperature, and the refusal to honor their own promotion, I didn't feel comfortable staying for any service at all. I left frustrated, uncomfortable, and honestly shocked that a business would handle customers this way. This was supposed to be a simple self-care moment, and it turned into the complete opposite. I went recently and I asked for Vicky's paraffin pedicure which it comes with two messages, orange and lemon massage and stone message. The lady who I was assigned forgot about the stones and paraffin that I have to remind her, she didn't do the orange and lemon massage. Didn't cut my nails. Language barrier, she didn't understand anything I said and the young lady in charge who spoke English that I complaint she didn't do anything. Won't come back again. I used to go before they change ownership and it was wonderful to drive from Oceanside to Temecula but now I will have to look for another salon. read more
