I'm giving these guys one star because even though they initially serviced our car well, they couldn't fix a new issue that arose and tried to over charge us. They seemed confident but failed to identify the problem, offering only expensive solutions ($2,000-3000). When we decided the car wasn't worth the expense, they seemed interested in buying it from us. Ultimately, we got it fixed elsewhere for a fraction of their cost ($280). Was quoted initially around $360 for front and back brake pads and possibly rotor repair. If the rotors were not able to be saved then it would be more which I expected for my rear brakes since the actual dealership already told me it needed to be replaced. The front ones were able to be saved so additional $25 each tire. Long story short, I ended up having to pay $550. They charge like $20 if you use a credit card too. Was a bit bummed how much I had to pay in the end. It was basically $100 less than what the auto dealership quoted me and my car brakes still squeak here and there. Also, it's been a few days since they were repaired :/ I do appreciate how quick the service was. Went same day and finished within a couple hours. read more

Easily 5 stars! I visited to get rear brakes and drums replaced on a 2006 Toyota Corolla. They were knowledgeable, honest, and the best price I could find. They were quick to respond on Yelp, giving me an out the door price estimate, which was significantly lower than all other auto shops. Upon arrival, I also asked if they could fix some of the plastic panels that were drooping underneath the car and in the wheel well. They said no problem and did it for free. I asked about getting some other work done in the future and they advised me as a friend. No upsells or sly attempts to make extra money. We had the car to them the next morning and it was ready to be picked up later that evening (we had a long list of things needing changed on the car). Allen let us know what they did and gave me his number in case I had any questions.
