We had a fantastic experience here. The dining room is beautiful, clean and elegant. The woman playing music was so talented and subtle. Our waiter and som for were both friendly and knowledgeable. We also spoke to the GM Israel and he was so pleasant and friendly too. The dinner was long but it's part of the experience. The food was delicious and I'm often picky when it comes to Michelin offerings (usually only like a dish here and there) but these are really tasty. 9/10 all the Disney restaurants are pretty terrible, and I've been to almost all of the big ones within and around Disney but this spot isn't one of them. A magical evening at the Queen Victoria room in the Grand Floridian. From the complimentary valet to the personal greeting as you walk in to your servers filling any of your requests, they treat you as royalty. You're pampered for 3-4 hours as you listen to the harp (with some Disney themes) in a private room providing ample space for a romantic space away from the main dining room. While some Michelin star restaurants have creative dishes that sometimes are hit and miss, every dish here was a solid delicacy of texture, flavor, and creativity. The dishes gradually rotate throughout the year for seasonal changes. The Miyazaki A5 was a huge hit where the rich beefy flavor melts in your mouth. For our visit, the bacon and hazelnut accompaniment for the beef felt unnecessary as the A5 was already so amazing that bacon felt like a letdown... from previous pictures, the other pairings of a lighter sauce or cream pairing would have been nicer. Every other dish felt magical when everything was mixed into the perfect bite. Due to being at the Grand Floridian, it was also possible to watch the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom while listening to the music too. There's a clear view from the 1st floor marina and you can skip beating any crowd from the theme park afterward. This review was very difficult to complete. There are not enough words to describe adequately how wonderful this experience was from beginning to end. Once our reservation was confirmed, we received an email to confirm any allergies and to note their policies. When we arrived, the resort had a lot of construction going on so none of the elevators were working and parking was being redirected. It was a mess but once inside the restaurant, it felt like we stepped into a bubble. The courses were served in small portions that all bursted with unique flavours. The appearance of each dish was incredibly well balanced and beautiful. We found ourselves eating slowly to savour each bite as long as possible. We noticed other guests going into the kitchen. We asked one of the staff and they invited us to tour the kitchen. We weren't allowed to take photos, but we did chat with one of the chefs. We were able to see how efficiently the entire kitchen staff were working in the small area. They were taking extreme care placing each item exactly in place with others double checking before anything left the kitchen. It was a nice addition to the evening. We were told we could be walked to a special area to view the fireworks from Magic Kingdom. I knew the fireworks would be much later due to a special holiday event at the park. Be sure to check the showtimes if this is something you want to experience. Overall the food was amazing. The harpist asked for song requests. She played so beautifully. The music really set a pleasant tone. Everything felt very posh and unique. Make sure you give yourself several hours to enjoy everything. Dress to impress. An experience like Victoria & Albert's demands you to transcend the idea of food as nourishment while, in tandem, requiring you to strip down your familiarity with eating and re-enter your body with childlike curiosity. I attended Victoria & Albert's, celebrating a dear family friend in the private room. Places set for 11 people under the mantle-hung wedding portrait of Victoria and Albert. Our menu was curated specially for us by the chef, based on Tim's picks from his previous trip here. Eleven courses, with a wine pairing for each. Our host, Israel, said it cost $40,000 to set the table for our evening. This included the glassware, titanium silverware, Gucci bread plates, mother of pearl caviar spoons, and all of the special things in between. Each course was prefaced with an in-depth explanation on its preparation and the inspiration by the chefs. The sommelier, Sean, explained his pairing for each course as well. We all agreed that the Sancerre served with the cucumber dish was especially outstanding. They started out by bringing us a glass of blue liquid (my Windex joke did not land), then added something to make it purple. This was a non-alcoholic palette cleansing situation. The amuse bouche followed, three bites of insanely complex flavors, all delicious. [See the menu photo I've attached for specifics, please.] Next course was caviar, over a web of something cacao and ancho chili. Presentation was immaculate and precise for everything. Next, the cold salad course, creamy crab covered in cucumber. The following dish was the stand out for me. Glacier 51 Toothfish. Some antarctic, scaly thing that never sees the light of day and needs a catchier name. This fish was the creamiest, most delicious fish I've ever had in my life. It was like butter, and perfectly cooked. The leeks surrounding it were mild and garlicky. There was a slight asparagus taste, but no asparagus. Maybe one day I'll learn to scuba dive and go meet Mr. Glacier 51. Next was a scallop. I'm not a scallop fan, but this was incredible. Ate every bite. (I ate every bite of everything.) The bread they served was a focaccia with incredible large bubbles and a flaky sea salt on top. I could have eaten an entire (loaf? insert unit of focaccia here) of it. The butter was tasty and of course the perfect temperature for spreading. The duck and lamb were incredible, but the real star of the red meats was, of course, the A-5 Wagyu. The edges were gorgeously crisped, and the inside melted in my mouth. Far cry from the cast-iron seared strip steaks I do at home. At this point in the dinner, we were all poured a glass of champagne, and escorted to the courtyard of the Grand Floridian to watch the fireworks over Cinderella's Castle in the Magic Kingdom. An incredible interlude, and frankly, welcomed, as this is a long dinner. The coffee and dessert courses were, naturally, not my usually Ben & Jerry's. I don't think Ben and/or Jerry have much in common with Victoria and/or Albert. I love an olive oil cake, but I'm not sure the grapefruit pairing will be one I pursue with it in the future. Throughout the dinner, we tried multiple cocktails. Manhattans, bacon old fashions, and the clarified espresso martini. The explanation on this really went over my head, but they kept saying something about 'wagyu washed beans.' Record scratch, freeze frame to my Alabama voice saying: "Y'all got cows back there doing the dishes?!" Sorry, chef, you're not the only one cooking tonight. All in all, Victoria & Albert's is an incredible experience. Hospitality out the wahzoo. Luxury in spades. Chef sent us home with a copy of our menu in a pearl envelop and a package of rum raisin cookies for the next morning. read more

An unforgettable dining experience. The Queen Victoria Room feels private and elegant, and service from Matt and Lazar was impeccable. Their teamwork stood out, and both made the evening engaging and relaxed. The wine pairing was exceptional, with Matt presenting each pour in a fun, knowledgeable way, while Lazar described every dish with care and precision. The menu was beautifully executed, with dishes presented on striking plates and glassware. The Miyazaki A5 Wagyu was the clear standout, rich, tender, and melts in your mouth. The venison followed closely behind, perfectly cooked and refined in flavor with none of the gamey taste you sometimes get. Desserts were well done but not my personal highlight, as I lean more savory than sweet. What an experience. I was able to snag a reservation by calling 60 days out in the Queen Victoria Room. We arrived a little early so we sat down right outside the restaurant in this little lounge area.someone came out and greeted us and escorted us to the room. Only a limited number of tables but the door remained open where there was a harp player and music drifted softly into the room. A team dedicated to the room itself introduced themselves and provided outstanding service throughout the meal. We were provided a personalized menu and I enjoyed every aspect of this meal. The wine pairing was definitely worth it and you are served a plentiful amount. I really don't think there was anything I didn't enjoy and was pretty full by the end of it. Everything was cooked beautifully. I enjoyed the Tooth fish and the Scallops and all the meat courses were so tender and flavorful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I went to this restaurant with my parents to celebrate my mother's birthday. As someone who has frequented multiple Michelin Star restaurants around the world, this one was great. The ambiance was very calming, there was a harpist playing throughout the night. We were well received and greeted by the staff. I lived the water service. We all opted for the longer chefs tasting menu. The food was all amazing and all dietary restrictions were adhered to. The wine pairings were good. Although I enjoyed the experience, unlike other Michelin stars I've visited, I did not have a strong urge to return to relive the experience. Wow! I've had a few fine dining experiences like this, but you never expect it at a Disney World resort. From the moment we arrived at the Grand Floridian front gate we were treated like VIPs. The service was extraordinary. Never did I want for anything, and every dietary restriction in our party was met above and beyond. Even our cars were waiting for us outside when we finished our meal. The room is tastefully decorated, and as expected... But the harpist playing throughout our meal was absolutely delightful. She even took special requests! I haven't even told you about the food... Victoria & Albert's recently just got awarded their first Michelin Star. I've been to many One, Two, and Three Star restaurants before, and I am actually a little offended for V&E's that they didn't get Two Stars. The attention to detail, the focus they put on their drink pairings, and the quality of the food honestly is on par with Three Star restaurants. But I guess I understand Michelin not wanting to go from zero to two or three right off the bat. But if the 2025 list still has them at One Star, I'm going to be mad. For many people in Florida, this is going to be the nicest meal of their life. Let's dig into why a little bit. First of all, the ambiance is exquisite. All of the tables are so large, but simultaneously spaced so far apart from each other. It's a full dining room, but it feels like your own personal private dining room with your own live harp player. Second of all, the service is unparalleled. Not only do you have your own server, but you have other servers that are dedicated to only one other thing, like drinks, or snacks, or the dining room manager coming over to check in on you. Your every need really is catered to. Now, the food. I'm not going to go into every course, because there are way too many, but I will note some highlights and reasons to drop the cash to come here. So the Zero-Proof Beverage pairing is phenomenal. They have undergone so much effort to ensure that these beverages aren't just different mixings of fruit juices. They have fermented things and zero-proof wines and specialty brewed teas. Each drink is unique and complex. I'm very happy that I did this pairing. Next, there is a choice to make. The short or the long tasting menu. I can't recall what options are missing from the short menu, but honestly, if you're coming to a place like this, don't skimp. In for a penny, in for a pound. Some of the courses are full courses, and some of them are snacks. I love the elevation of the snack, though. For example, the caviar and celery root course is served in a fun chips 'n' dip presentation. I loved it. The next few courses are amazing seafood dishes. A nice king crab and a nice bass dish. Some of the best seafood I've ever had in Orlando. And then, the main event of seafood, the uni pasta dish. Very unctuous. Then comes a nice hunk of bread as a halftime event between the surf and the turf of the meal. The first turf dish was probably my favorite of the whole evening. A perfectly cooked piece of quail with a faux-risotto made from sunflower seeds. Very fun. Very full of flavors and textures I've never had before. This was my main event. Next was a nice lamb dish and what they probably consider the main event, the A-5 Wagyu. It was a nice Wagyu. This is the main event at most traditional tasting menu restaurants, though, so it lacked that uniqueness. Not a bad thing, though. Then came a nice cheese course to prepare us for the dessert courses. They are served simultaneously with a magically coffee preparation at tableside that's a lot of fun to watch. The main dessert is a thing I've never heard of before, but it's basically a filled ball/cream puff thing that's filled with some of the most delicious pretzel-based filling I've ever had. So good. A few more little desserts more, and you're done! One of the best meals of my life. I have nothing more to say about this place. If you can swing it, and swing it right, come on in. Well-choreographed. Different servers waiting for specific points in your meal to act and do their part. TLC from everyone you meet, making you feel really special. The food, it's just killer. Lovely little bites of amuse bouche, very fun and high quality snacks, incredibly well cooked cuts of meat with just perfect sides, and an amazing dessert that I will remember forever. Cons: There's literally not a con. The con goes to the Michelin Guide who only gave them ONE star. Shame. Tips: The main tip is to just come. It's worth it, I promise. But the other tip would be to get the zero proof beverage pairing. It was the most impressive one of those I have ever seen. The world has changed since I last dined at Victoria & Albert's. 2024, the prices have been raised and there is less of an offering to the patrons. At the end of our meal, I was thinking about the next time we will return. Service? Impeccable. My wife & I were assigned two wait staff to accommodate every course of our dining experience. Ambiance? White glove. Now add the harpist playing Disney songs? This is an experience that you will not have at a typical Michelin star restaurant. Cocktails? Expensive. But the attention to detail in each ingredient was carefully selected. I must point out, after I finished my outrageous Old Fashioned with Bourbon soaked in bacon fat, I would like a bold glass of wine. The restaurant has a wine paring offering with each course. Me personally, there is no need for me to drink all that alcohol. I'm on a romantical date with my wife so I respectfully ask for the wine by the glass menu. I noticed the reds by the glass didn't offer a Barolo? My server was so skilled in customer service that she opened a bottle of Barolo Nebbiolos that wasn't offered on the menu. Each course was masterfully prepared. My wife asked at the end of the evening what was my favorite bite. Actually, my first bite wasn't a bite but a drink. It was served in a tea cup with warm spices and cloves. It set the mood for the entire meal. And what a meal! The Lamb had me swooning, the caviar was exquisite and the spaghetti topped with shaved black truffles had me at hello. I've dined here multiple time and so far, everything seems pretty normal. Now the bill comes. wait what? It's all over, that's it!? What about the homemade granola for the next day? Or the chocolate truffle tasting?? Even the coffee machine was different, it was less wonka and more Bunsen burner. LIke a science experiment that they use in laboratory equipment. Is less more in 2024? It was everything we expected but not necessarily all good. We ordered the larger menu. The chef did an amazing job altering menu for my shellfish allergy. Service was excellent although they say your full name in EVERY interaction which becomes annoying after 3.5 hours. Yes, this is a ridiculously long dining experience. You get plenty of food in never ending courses. The food is exceptional, but can be too decadent for this many courses. After 2-3 hours, you just want to go home. But, you still have 90 minutes! Caviar, yellowtail, lamb - amazing. A-5 Wagyu was too rich for us. Basically a cube of beef fat. Sometimes the protein was so perfect, all the sauces and fancy stuff ruined it. The scallop was PERFECT until they put a sweet apple cider sauce on it. Cheese course was a ball of goat cheese. The Gouda crackers were amazing, the flavors of the sauce/foam were amazing. The goat cheese was goat cheese. The dining room was actually bland and boring. It looks unfinished with large blank walls and monotone colors. Tables were sparse with no center pieces or flowers. Minimalist is fine for IKEA, but not V&As. Come for a very special occasion. It'll be $500-$700 per person easy. Could be best dining experience in Central Florida. Come hungry. Plan on 3-4 hours. Cannot say enough about this restaurant and the experience we had there. Our servers were Al and Amy. They were so helpful and answered any/all questions we could have. The food was amazing and though they were such small portions we were incredibly full by the end of the night. I opted for the homemade non-alcoholic pairing option. Each of them were delicious and I was given some extra sips whenever I mentioned I enjoyed them. The wagu and "egg" were my favorite. The restaurant was extremely accommodating of my allergies and foods we mentioned not liking. Every plate was truly better than the last. It was not a cheap meal, but one of the best I have ever had in my life. The restaurant is small and quiet. There is a harp player playing all night and even the bathroom immaculate. Got to experience Victoria & Albert's for my birthday last night and WOW - nothing short of phenomal! This is truly an EXPERIENCE! The dining room gives you the option of two menus - the standard dining for $295 per guest and the chef's menu for $375 per guest. I went with the Chef's menu for the two extra courses and they were certainly worth it! Initially I wanted to do the wine pairing or the zero proof cocktail pairing but I opted to just try out 2 cocktails by themselves and they were delicious! The servers were amazing and I loved how they explained every dish that came out. Some even had a story to go along with them i.e. what the dish was inspired by. The only thing I did not include was bread service which was 3 different breads that came out intermittently - there was a standard roll, a croissant like bun and a multigrain roll. It's very hard to choose a favorite dish as I genuinely LOVED every course that came out and they were unlike anything I've ever had. I will say, the extra course of the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu was a DREAM! To the eye, it may seem like a small amount but I almost needed to be wheeled out after I was done I don't care what anyone says but you will NOT leave this place hungry or unhappy! read more

The ultimate fine dining experience! Victoria and Albert's is the best dining bar none in the Disney resort area. We've been here twice, one on date night and one with the kids and both were equally amazing. me The 10- course meal was amazing from beginning to end which is around three hours. The ambience is casual but also very formal. The dinner service by a team of four moved like a fine tuned machine from the plating to going over the food and wine. I may have over did the wine as I not only ordered a bottle of Lokoya but also had the wine pairing. If you are looking for an ultimate dining experience and have business attire while visiting Disney, this is the place. Break that piggy bank! read more

Still great but a step below chefs table (which is to be expected) Tip for those who return, ask if the menu changed much. The menu was 80% the same as when we last went. Not a huge deal, but part of the experience is discovering new things. Food was more delicious than last time. Still can't believe they didn't get a Michelin star. My husband and I went to Victoria and Albert's seven years ago for our honeymoon. We told ourselves that we would go back in five years, but the pandemic scuppered those plans. So, seven years later we finally made it back. I saw a reservation open for Queen Victoria's room; a room that seats four dining parties. The service was incredible. From the host greeting us by name, to the waiter describing each dish down to the last detail of where it was sourced from. One of my favorite dishes was the amuse bouche with caviar and a pea purée. This is my second time eating here and both have been the meal of a lifetime. We chose the 12 course tasting menu and every dish was spectacular. The best dining experience ever! The entire experience from making the reservation to leaving the restaurant, each detail was special and unique. I called a month in advance and no reservations were available so I was put on the waiting list. Three weeks later I get a call and an email informing me of an available spot. I gladly accepted it. I was asked to confirm with a credit credit. After everything was confirmed the agent reviewed the cancellation and dress code policies, we were all set. An email was sent with the menu. We arrived on time and was seated immediately. The hosted greeted us by name and congratulated us on our anniversary. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant is exquisite and classic. The food and drinks were superb! Everything from the palate cleansing first drink and the 12 courses that followed, this experience was totally worth the $375 pp. This was a memorable experience for me because I was able to taste 3 different varieties of fish, caviar, duck, venison and waygu beef. We finished everything. The flavors were so delicate and balanced. Nothing was overpowering. I appreciate and respect the knowledge of the culinary team and servers here. They are impeccably talented and it shows in the experience and flavors. My next goal is to achieve the insurmountable reservation at the chef's table. read more

This is the best dining experience that Disney can offer, without a doubt. Everything from how creative the food is, their extensive wine list, their innovative zero proof pairings, and their service was very meticulous and welcoming. The ambience was very classy and intimate. It was a dream really. The big question is if it's worth the price? I say yes 100%. Would I come back again? Of course, once I save up enough money lol. I can't even begin to describe this amazing experience, but I will try. From the moment we walked in, it was a 5 star experience. Everyone was so friendly, professional, patient, and appreciative. You can tell they all have such a passion for their work and for the food the are serving. Every explanation for whatever dish was being served was given with such passion and excitement. It was so natural and didn't feel scripted like other restaurants. We did the chefs extended menu as well as the white truffle tortellini add on. Not one dish was a disappointment. Everything just gets better and better. The presentation of each dish was like a work of art. The only complaint I have is that I wouldn't be able to have any of these dishes again as they are always changing. Each bite was phenomenal and just a burst of flavors in your mouth. The components of each dish worked so well together and it was truly a joy to eat each dish. I didn't want this dinner to end, although my stomach would say otherwise. While the portions look small, trust me, you will not leave this place hungry. They also give you various bread and butters throughout the meal. I never realized there was an even higher standard with bread and butter. You'll never find a better bread service anywhere else and it will ruin all other bread and butter for you! I absolutely loved the staff that took care of us. It was a pleasure to get to speak with them and they made the whole experience one to remember. We really appreciated how they call you a few days before your reservation to ask about any dietary restrictions and they customize the menu a bit for you so you don't end up with dishes that you might not be able to eat or enjoy. This is the one place that was absolutely necessary for my girlfriend and her birthday dinner so we were really eager to get in. Even 60 days out and being ready right at 6 AM can't guarantee you a reservation so you have to either call to get placed on the waitlist or be really vigilant on the Disney dining site. We got lucky and caught a cancelled reservation and grabbed it ASAP. The place is located inside the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (2nd floor) if it didn't set the tone for how fancy this was (never been inside). You head inside the door to check in and you receive a nice welcome apertif which was delicious. The dining room was beautiful, lots of gold and white details around. It kind of felt like heaven or something. We got sat in the middle of the dining room, right next to the harpist, Elizabeth who was amazing and very friendly. She even took a song request. Our servers Amy and James took very good care of us. They made us feel welcome and comfortable, explained everything that came to our table perfectly, and assured us that we will not leave this place hungry (they were right). We were given two customized menus to choose from and we opted for the 12 course Chef's Degaustation along with the wine pairing for both of us. We also wanted to try a few cocktails before starting and got the Hammer and Sickle and the Pear Blossom. The Hammer and Sickle was nice and creamy, not too strong or sweet. Pear Blossom was refreshing and tangy. I won't list the whole menu we got but our favorites were: -Compressed Pink Pineapple/Langoustine Tartlette/Iberico Eclair -Glacier 51 Toothfish, Charred Mushroom, Sambal -Rohan Duck, Black Mission Figs, Balsamico -Miyazaki A-5, Potato Rosti, Romesco -Spectrum of Chocolate -The last four dessert bites? -All of the bread (specifically the flaky croissant one) Hard to choose what was the absolute favorite but every course was perfect. Glad we went with the menu with the additional two items. We also got great coffee service brewed using what I can only describe as some sort of science project. The wine pairings were perfect, even though I am no wine expert. I was convinced each pairing was spot on. Also, really loved the small birthday chocolate (or fondant) wishing my girlfriend happy birthday that came with the Spectrum of Chocolate. The experience, the atmosphere, the food and drink, and the service were A1 and I understand why they have a AAA 5 diamond award. It's been nearly 25 years since I've had the privilege of dining at this Michelin starred restaurant! I feel truly blessed to be able to share this incredible experience with Aleesha, Jimmy and Jon! The Chef's Table at Victoria & Alberts's was an exceptional experience. Chef Matt, our sommelier Christina, Israel, Malik, Isaiah, and many others made our experience unforgettable. Four hours of delightfully presented dishes filled with extremely quality ingredients (most notable in my opinion was the 100 year old balsamic vinegar). We had 2 vegetarians and 1 meat eater, and as one of the vegetarians I didn't feel as though the dishes were lacking in excellence to the meat dishes. Everything from the preparation of the dishes (for example, one dish is prepared over wood harvested from Japan), the delicate presentations, the hand selected silverware, the china (almost all made in France), the ambiance (chefs table gives a direct view of the kitchen), and the friendly visits from the extremely knowledgable and attentive staff made this an unforgettable night. read more

We were in queen Victoria's room. There are three different dining experiences available, chef's table the most expensive to the least costly options--main dining room. Queen Victoria's room is in the middle they only accept 8 people (4 x 2 person tables) for the entire night! Talk about exclusivity Food was exceptional here as well as service we received. Money well spent. I would reserve sometime around 6 PM because the entire dining experience is 3-4 hours long. Also I would not eat a lot on that day because you'll be pretty full. I myself can eat a lot but I had to bring deserts home because I couldn't eat more... The place looks great and has royal Victorian vibe going on in the bathroom and the dining area, Disney doesn't skip on details and does good job. Indeed I would definitely come back again. My wife had some dietary restrictions and despite her dishes requiring some adjustment, everything she received was just as delicious. The servers were attentive and extremely knowledgable about the dishes. Everything served came with a background of where it was sourced, how it was prepared etc. Only down side was that I thought the food was a little salty in general. I could not have asked for anything more. From being greeted as you're walking up to the doors to the consistent check ins throughout dinner the service was super impressive. First review of 2023! I had to share my experience at one of the best dinners that I had in 2022. I feel like this was almost a once in a lifetime experience and so lucky that I was able to dine at V&A. Starting off with booking the experience, if I had to say something, I would say to stay persistent, especially if you don't have an exact date. I got super lucky because we only had a one day window to dine and got so lucky that they were able to get us in. The restaurant is located in the Grand Floridian Resort on the second floor. As soon as we walked into the area, we immediately felt a different level of service that we had ever felt before. They were ultra accommodating, even willing to change our menus to say "Happy Engagement" since I had proposed to my now fiancé the day before when originally, the reservation was our anniversary celebration. We were seated in the Dining Room and had a perfect view of the harpist. The menu was set for the evening and we were super excited for each course. Towards the end, we were way too stuffed to even finish the desserts so we had to get them all boxed up. It ended with coffee which was made tableside and it was such a delicious way to end the meal. Again, service was impeccable, they were constantly congratulating us the entire evening and this was definitely one of the best dinner experiences we have ever had in our life.
