Plus I felt that the employees could have explained the procedure a bit better- they walked me into the room and did not explain the level of undress needed. I had to ask how much to remove. They didn't even offer a few minutes of privacy to undress and the initial exchange was rather awkward. I think a little more customer service up front would go far. However, I really did enjoy the actual service and thought the pros outweighed the cons. Once the head spa began I really felt such a state of zen. It was a pain to get a reservation though. Every time I called and gave a date I was available, it was booked. I finally got a reservation on the fifth try. This was an amazing experience! The experience starts with a scalp massage and wetting your hair. Then the therapist washes your hair and gives another massage. Then it's a rinse, and time for conditioning. The treatment ends with a stretch, steam bath, then a final massage and Reiki sound bowl healing. Everything was very relaxing and wonderful! It's exactly as I expected it would be!
