After their "sister company," Robertson Restoration, charged us $17,800…read morefor remediation (they were on-site within 2 hours of the initial issue, so there was no mold or damage to walls) BCC wanted to charge $20,000+ for drywall and paint. We could have remodeled the whole kitchen for that price. They were rude on the phone, to the point of claiming that their executives have no extensions or direct lines when I wanted to complain. You can't find their people on LinkedIn or ZoomInfo - they know they are fleecing insurance companies. For the record, you're in one mental state when an emergency occurs. You'll use Google to find that solution, thinking you're in good hands for the finish work. The remediation was indeed done quickly, but the repair is a completely different animal. $20k bid for drywall & paint. No. Do not go with BCC because you think they are the only "finisher" for the project. Not the same company, even though they are probably owned by the same group. We chose a different company for the finish work, and they were able to complete the job before BCC could even get a budget approved by the insurance company. That's all you need to know about how these guys work.
