Great location, if you have to visit the mall I like that they are close to an entrance, and I like that Pink is a spectate store by right next to VS. staff is helpful and they have a variety of sizes. If you can't find it in the store you can always go online. I like that they let you browse at your own pace but will help you when you need assistance. read more

I disliked that when I had just gotten my breast augmentation and I wanted to find out how my "new size" fit, the manager decided to take it upon herself to take all of her employees to watch her measure me while cursing them out for not knowing how to do so themselves. Also, she told me I was an A cup (I am actually a C or D cup in VS undergarments). She only measured me around my narrow ribcage. Even her employees were skeptical. Whatever. I love shopping at Victoria Secret. And this store has a great variety of merchandise. The store is clean and all sales rack are kept neat. One complaint I have is there register service. What I love about the Buckland Hills Victoria's Secret is the friendliness of the associates and their willingness to help. I've never had a less than sunny associate help me in the dressing room, and the ladies on the floor are always helpful, even when swamped. Today was a big sale day in the store for their 7 for $27 Panty Party (I swear that's what they call it), so it was a full house indeed. I was still impressed with the friendliness of the ladies on the floor, in the dressing room, and behind the registers, because trust me, people were not being very nice to them. I will say that you need to emotionally prepare yourself for a lengthy wait at this location. Even on non-sale days I've never seen less than twenty people in line, and there's always some sort of register "situation," even though physically they are fully staffed at the registers. However, if you give yourself enough time and plan to check emails or respond to texts while in line, it's totally fine, and worth it for the helpfulness of the associates. read more

Yes Victoria Secret is pricey but I have always had a great experience with these employees! I went to Torrid to confirm my cup size and they rejected me because of how I looked (It's a plus size store but I'm not plus size). I'm 5'3" 167lbs and my sizes are Med. to Lrg. in shirts and 9-10 in Pants// XL to XXL in bathingsuits. I would say I'm slim thick I guess. So the Torrid woman made comment on how small i was and told me i'm a 30-32 C!! SIS THATS WAY TOO SMALL. I'm never a small in clothes. Victoria Secret measured perfect not too tight or loose and they made me feel comfortable I love them I'd definitely go back for bras and underwear! The girl who helped me was Mish, Thanks Mish!!! Recently went here within the last week with my girlfriend we were shopping for ourselves we were constantly followed and hounded with questions only a select few of the sales associates made us feel comfortable other than that we felt uncomfortable we were there for a while and we split up multiple times whenever we would meet back up I would be told by my girlfriend that they crowded her and she felt uncomfortable and racially profiled for being black in a nice store I'll also add that we indeed bought over $1000 of their stuff and they forgot some security tags because they were in a rush to get us out read more

I don't shop here very often, but if you get on the right mailing list, you get coupons for freebies a couple times a year. How do you beat that? There is also a nice variety of fragrances in the other section of the store. All the employees I have met have been helpful and knowledgeable. This is not a store at which I shop very often...in fact, I normally dread coming in here. The act of trying on numerous bras only to walk out feeling fed up and put out has been the norm for me for years. However, the need for new undergarments finally arose, and so I (begrudgingly) dragged myself in here. The associate who did my fitting, Vanessa, was very kind and patient whilst I had to try on what felt like a million different bras. She was also juggling multiple customers at the same time, yet never seemed annoyed when I kept calling her back to check the fits. She helped find the proper style and size, which allowed me to narrow down the selection to three styles that felt comfortable and fit well. Vanessa totally turned what would have normally been a stressful situation into a tolerable one (hey, I don't fear underwire bras now!). Jen, the associate on the sales floor, was also super nice. She helped me locate the bras that I'd liked in the fitting room; I ultimately ended up with two of their demi bras. They weren't cheap, but I did get a nice bracelet as a gift with the purchase as well as a coupon. All in all, I actually like this store now that I know some pretty awesome ladies work there. Having worked in retail, I know firsthand how stressful dealing with the public can be, so for those two wonderful ladies to have treated me with such kindness really made my day. Just for that, I plan to come back here and raid their clearance racks. :D read more

On my way home from work yesterday, I stopped by Buckland Mall to pick up a few bras here for my daughter in the style and size she likes. I forgot it was Black Friday. What the heck was I thinking?? Much to my surprise, although the store had plenty of shoppers in it, an associate approached me right away to ask if I needed help. Now, a skinny, uniformed, middle-aged woman with A-cup breasts such as myself is probably not their target market type, so the fact that anyone noticed me at all was a relief! Among all the glamour, lace and bling, I felt quite out of place, however the salesperson made me feel so welcome, I was very quickly set at ease. While the saying is that "Sex Sells", the vibe in the store is 'you're already sexy and we want to make you more so'. Be yourself, be comfortable, be fabulous....Wow. The associate found me the exact bras I came for in several colors and they were on sale for half price. I used my 'Angel Card' (the store credit card) for another $10 off and had a coupon for 2 free pairs of panties as well. I would advise anyone to get the store card because they mail you all kinds of offers and freebies. So for about $40 I walked out with 3 bras and 3 pairs of matching underwear....So each item was approximately $7. Not bad for the quality, which is excellent! I like the underpants and my daughter says the bras feel nice with just enough support and give. So don't be intimidated by all the perfectly curvaceous models in their ads and store decor. You're perfect just the way you are and the salespeople will make you feel that way! read more

I definitely like this Victoria's Secret location for the simple fact that they manage to keep the store clean and orderly. They also always seem to have sale items available. I'm not impressed with Victoria Secret bras in general, but there you can't beat grabbing 5 pairs of panties for $25. read more

The worst customer service . I walk in an don't get greeted . I walk around aimlessly and nobody asks if I need help . Ladies seem irritated to offer any service . This is complete opposite of the one in Westfarms mall in which I receive amazing service . The store is often messy. Dread going to this one . The line is also very long as sale associates seem confused all the time . The manager talks to customers in a very demeaning tone . Very convenient considering I work in the buckland hills mall. The store is always clean and neat and the people at the fitting rooms are always so kind. The only complaint I have is the lines. Sometimes I feel there's too many people on the floor and not enough people ringing. It's inconvenient when I'm on a tight schedule and need to get in and get out. The good thing is if you don't have time to wait in line to pay your bill, you can go right next door to bath and body works since they are under the same bank. read more

The staff on the floor is very helpful. However, when it comes to attempting to pay for your purchase, they have the worst system I have seen in any retail store. Usually during a busy holiday season, most stores have a single line system. Meaning, when the next register becomes available, they can assist the next person waiting in line. I watched 12 customers, who walked in behind me, pay for their purchases and leave, all because I stood in the wrong line. I eventually became so fed up that I set my items back down and walked out of the store without making a purchase. read more
