I appreciate that because it's not always easy finding good help. The selection at the this store was ok. They had plus size models but I felt the plus size selection was limited. As for value, this is just an opinion. I don't feel the quality is always up to par with the cost of some of their items. Again, this is just my opinion. Honestly, I haven't walked into a Victoria's Secret in years okay, maybe I'm lying; my mom really likes their sweaters, so I think I got her a few for Christmas. This time, she asked for Vanilla Bare body spray, so since I was in the IE for the day, I decided to stop at The Mills. Took me a minute to find it, and I also got a little lost at their sister store, Pink. The customer service when you walk in is pretty chill, they greet you and make you feel welcome. But once I got to the register, I had to wait a bit. There were two women ahead of me; one wanted to pay with a Visa gift card, and the associate, an American woman with tattoos, kind of dismissed her. She didn't really try to help or explain, just said you need to do all this stuff, which seemed a little rude. Prices can be hit or miss, sometimes good, but a lot of stuff is made in China or Vietnam and marked up three times or more. I got a hold of everything i need and didn't need including some make up stuff. i usually don't use Victoria Secret make up, but i had to give in to their lip gloss sales....the one shade i bought in triplets was sparkly pink/shiny pink. Those went on sale: they held a $5.99 section of fragrances too. I had fun trying scents on..... Service: 5/5~Got to meet 'Diamond,' an efficient cashier upon check out. Victoria's Secret - Ontario Mills I had a very disappointing experience at the Victoria's Secret store located at 1 Mills Circle, Space #900A, Ontario, CA 91764. The customer service was poor from the moment I entered the store. Staff members were not attentive or helpful, and the overall shopping experience felt unwelcoming. To make matters worse, after purchasing a pair of pajamas, I discovered that the security alarm tag had not been removed at checkout. This was a significant inconvenience because now I have to make another trip back to the store to have it removed. As a customer, I expect better attention to detail and a higher level of service. A simple checkout process should include ensuring all security tags are removed before merchandise leaves the store. I hope management addresses both the customer service concerns and the lack of quality control at checkout to prevent other customers from having a similar experience. I went to Ontario Mills Victoria Secret and the employees there were amazing. This was the first time I got my bra size measured and this amazing employee, Destiny, was able to assist my friend and I. She was so friendly, energetic, and kind. She made my first experience extremely comfortable and exciting. Highly recommend her! For the store itself, if you try on a bra they will give you 10$ off a bra you purchase which was awesome because my friend bought a 70$ bra and only paid around 50$ with additional subscription benefits. read more

I am a bigger bra size so I don't normally shop at VS, but they recently added sizes up to DDD and I heard their sports bras are great so I went to check it out. The sports bra (called "Incredible", in 34DDD) was really nice, just not quite the fit/support I need since I'm not really that size. For girls who are that size I think it would be much better. I was tempted to get it anyway because I love the front clasp and zipper and it was so freaking cute. Huge shout out to the sales associate there, Amanda, who was accommodating, helpful, friendly- everything you could want from customer service. Very disappointed & the manager very rude. The store looks like it's ready to close. They have registers all over the store and the area where the registers are there is nobody there. I am very disappointed how the store manager reacted to a return incident - she not only never understood what I was telling her & then she was rude & acted like it was my fault that she was not understanding what I was telling her. In the end neither her nor the girl at the register pack my items in the bag nor did she ever apologize for the confusion. Victoria's Secret is doing everything they can to help their guests with the COVID-19 procedures and protocols. Yes I did have to wait in a line to go inside the store but the line was done in about 10 minutes. The girl who was assisting with the line was very nice and greeted me with a smile. The lady that did my return was also very helpful and made sure she wiped down the counter, debit machine and the arm rest before I walked up. I thought this was a sign of being extremely careful for the health of their guests. I like to see that this location is open because Tyler Mall location is not. It was time for the Victoria's Secret Semi-Annual Sale. I went to a table with a sign "5 panties for $27" and chose 5 of them because at that price, you just HAVE to buy them! Normally, they cost about $10 each, so this sale pretty much cut the price in half. I proceeded to check out and the cashier told me they WEREN'T ON SALE. I told her what the sign said and she stated that people (customers) put things where they don't belong (which is the "norm" when Victoria's Secret has a sale). I could feel my blood pressure rise because I was really annoyed by her response, so I just told her I didn't want to buy them at all. At that point, she was nice enough to give me the sale price and all was peachy once again. Some money is better than NO money! Needless to say, I appreciated the customer service during this visit. To avoid these mistakes, they need to find a different way to organize their merchandise during these sales. It is difficult to find one's size when the bin marked "small" has every size but small, or when the sign says "sale" and the items are full price. read more

Out of all the Victoria secret stores I've visited this one is by far the best at customer service. San Bernardino & Tyler mall are the worst at customer service. *** DO NOT purchase Gift Cards from this location ***. I purchased a $250 *gift card* for my gf's birthday from this location. She spent $90 of it and was saving the rest for the next VS sale. Last night she went to spend the remaining $159 to find that the balance was ZERO. I called customer support and they told me the gift card was "swiped" in store on a date months ago when the two of us where traveling??? They could see the transaction date, store number , and that it was "swiped" via register but could not give me the Cashier number as you would see on your receipt. I believe this was a LIE. I filed a formal complaint via customer service and contacted the Manager of this location. There is a thief who works at the *ONTARIO MILLS VICTORIA SECRET* and from all aspects NO ACCOUNTABILITY to address customer protection and blatant robbery. I believe that a cashier should be able to understand basic math. Got Victoria Secret's free panty offer. In addition I get a $10 discount for $50, $15 for $75 and $20 for $100. I took advantage of the offer and got my free panty plus 5 for $25 panties. I bought 10 panties so it totaled $50. Let's do the math, shall we? Free underwear ($0) + $25 +$25 = $50. That means I get $10 off with the coupon. $50- $10 = $40 (first grader knows this) plus tax. Why did she ring it up for about $47. When I explained it to her she got confused. She rang up my free panty, $25 and 4 underwears individually (about $8.50-$10 individually). The cashier next to her even tried to save her customer $ by reminding her there was 5 for $25 offer. " I bought 11 totals, please count again" She counted again since she thought I bought 10 total. She rang me up again and this time it's more than $50. So I explained it to her but everytime I did that she cut me off and tried to explain her logic to me. I stopped talking until she was done and I explained again (3 times and every single time she cut me off). Finally I told her to hear me out. She rolled her eyes and looked at her friend (yes, I saw that). Then there was a miracle..she got it!! The light bulb was on. She rang it correctly. No apology. Nothing. So I asked what happened before. She said something about the coupon didn't scan correctly. Still no apology. So even though this is at the Mills, this is one of those non-outlet stores. The service was basically "meh, I've experienced better" I'm so used to the other VS that have people that bombard you with the hellos, how's it going, do you need help, etc etc. I *know* it's part of their service plan as well with the different zones and what each person should be doing. It's sad that a location of this size didn't really have anyone roaming the store. Seriously - someone could have come in and taking 10 panties right out the door and I don't think they would have even known. I only saw sales associates at the cash register and it wasn't super busy considering it was a weekend afternoon. It first caught my attention that they had the bins and sales for $15.99+ so of course I had to storm in and get my hands on some new bras. Whenever I go to a Victoria secret, I make sure that I get sized because, well, I like to know if my bust or cup size got bigger! So I asked one of the sales reps to size me and I'm a 34D, well was. Anyways, when it came down to telling me my size, she said I was a 34B. A B?!?! How do I go down from a D to a B.. She looked a little unhappy to begin with and we tried to make her laugh but she kept a serious face. But I'm not over the fact the she said I was a B?! As I went to the fitting room, I left the person know what had happened and she was a little in disbelief as well. So she gave me a 34D and 32DD to try and they fit perfectly! I walked in the store unsure if I needed a new measurement. I walked over to the fitting room area and right away Loretta approached me with a great attitude and helped me out. She measured me and handed over a variety of bra styles to try on. When I decided on the styles I liked best, she walked me over to each and every style section and pointed out the right size drawers. I ended up purchasing 3 styles because it turned out that I did need a new size. This was the best service I have received in any Victoria Secret store. Internal theft with gift card purchases and returns is very huge here at this location and the Victoria gardens one. I returned a few items back on September 11th and I still have not received the credit back to my Angel card. I'm tired of calling customer service to get this corrected and basically was given two options; do a claim (which I have already done) or go to the store (which I will be doing). I will see how the visit goes and provide an update. As for right now do not purchase Gift cards from any VS location, I don't recommend it unless you plan on risking a disappointment ( I had this issue with the VG location I gifted a 75 gift card and when my friend tried using it they said there was no funds) and Victoria secret took no responsibility for it.
