For starters- the size of these burritos are massive and I know I can get at least 2 meals out of them, so that's great. However...the menu board said the breakfast burrito prices, but when I was done checking out at window my receipt had a higher charge. The board said $10.50 for sausage breakfast burrito, and $11 for bacon one. However I was charged $12.25 for bacon & $11.75 for sausage one. Now that's fine, but the board needs to be updated cause that's more than I was expecting or wish to pay for a burrito. That's a lot of money. Other shops have delicious, and large sized ones as well for only $7... so unfortunately this will not be my first choice from here on out with those prices. Second, I do appreciate that it's made fresh, so keep in mind that it does take some time and isn't necessarily "fast food". The breakfast burritos are filled with hot cheese, potatoes, some sausage pieces, & eggs. We get sauce in little containers on side. When I first heard about this place, I was not expecting much. We got decent service, and for a fast food place 2.0, the ambiance isn't super. What blew me away was the food. First they got orders mixed up in the drive thru and thought ours was a different order when paying - so I corrected them. Then they gave us something in the order that we did not order so I handed it back to them. They did not give us the salsa we asked for and added cheese when we clearly stated no cheese. I went inside just to let them know they messed up out order - not to get anything in return but so they would know. I didn't leave a tip because it's a drive-thru, I got a small order, and they added an up-charge already due to the egg shortage. I know for a fact I hit "no tip" on the screen because the total it showed me after was the total without any added tip. I got home and noticed on my receipt that the guy at the window went in and added a 20% tip. Stay away from this place. It is a chain restaurant that has no consistency. First time was delish. We went back 2 weeks later ordered through the drive- thru. The order was 2 number #1s and a #4. The rolled tacos were crispy on the ends but soggy in the middle. The beef, shredded was flavorless. In all 3 the rice and beans were cold to where the cheese on top wasn't even melted. All 3 were containing way too mush guaco and sour cream and cold pico de gallo. My chimichonga was the same way soggy in the middle and crispy on the ends covered in the same. It cost my son $42.00. Way way to high on their prices, We will not be back! Just another shit restaurant that serves slop. People please save your money and eat elsewhere. The drive was steady. It took some time to be acknowledged. The young woman taking our order was abrupt. She obviously didn't know what she was signing up for. We received our food rather quickly. There were 6 of us. No one finished their food. It was bland. Way too overpriced. The filth of the restaurant was bad but what was worse was the filthy mouth of the strawberry blonde woman who was more worried about counting her till. It was too big to pick up which is why they added the fork and knife I guess.They should cut it in 4ths, but it was literally and surprisingly awesome. Well, poop, we were excited to try this new Mexican flavored fast food franchise after seeing JIB leave the west 11th location and looking up the website. Yes they're a little expensive for what you get. Mama's crunchy tacos were rubbery grease soaked with blandly seasoned ground beef and lets face it beans and rice are an easy basic staple hard to mess up (but it's possible) so they were good. My chili rellenos were ok, one was proper sized and the other was 2/3rd's short but otherwise fair enough but lacked something spice/flavor wise. I was craving a burrito late on a Sunday night and Victoricos was one of the only places still open while other places closed as early as 5pm. I ordered the grande asada burrito with a large horchata (no ice). I was BLOWN AWAY! This place would be so much more popular if more people knew about it. The burrito was absolutely delicious AND THE HORCHATA... too many places obviously water down their horchata but Co's horchata was so full of flavor. Worst ever.. I paid about 5 dollars for one "street taco" with sour cream. Probably 1 ounce of meat, no cheese, soggy tortillas, and a fistful of radishes.
