The only time I finally heard back was after I mailed in my key fob for repair -- and that turned into an even bigger nightmare. I shipped my key fob to them in October 2025, and they lost it. Instead of taking responsibility, they've shown zero accountability and continue to ignore my attempts to resolve the issue. Their communication is absolutely terrible, and at this point I have no idea how people continue to support a company that treats customers this way. Story Leather has completely lost my trust and respect. I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this unreliable company. Went into Bernardo's shop here at Gomez Custom Upholstery and he talked over the colors and what he could do for cushioning and stitching. He made everything sound like not a problem. And it really wasn't for him as he really did do all the things I asked him to. Not only that, but he was adamant on having a same day turn around for me. Other places would be weeks. Truly a hard worker. Really good communication as he texted me on updates in a quick manner for material he has and he remembered everything needed to be done. Also worked with me on the time I could pick it up and was flexible. I had a minor issue with my chair when I took it back home and told Bernardo about it. He fixed it for me quickly and told me if I have any other issues I can let him know. Grade A quality service and customer service! This is definitely my go-to for upholstery needs from now on.

The shop or owner watches YouTube videos and do a bad job on your car. We, us or you can look up some YouTube videos and do a good job yourself. I wanted to buy ribbon various color sizes and types. When I walked towards the back of the store to look at the ribbon, I was flabbergasted!!! my eyes open so wide my mouth dropped open. I had just stepped into ribbon heaven. I came away with maybe 20 different ribbons, maybe 5 yards each and $48 bill. Well worth it. I wanted various types to make ribbon book markers. Day & Nite really came through for my family in a time of need…read more Our family recenty lost its patriarch (he was 102 years old...and leaves behind an incredible legacy)....so it had been a sad time for the family. We had to turn around and quickly plan the services due to our family being quite large(over 100 immediate members); We essentially had about a week and a half to finalize and get everything ready. That being said, we needed to print programs ASAP...once we finalized it. Once the programs were done(we had to finalize passages, names, order of services, picture, etc. - so it took about a week to complete), we could not get in touch with some of the printers we had used in the past (much further away), and when we took it to Staples, we were quited over a GRAND for the small job we needed. Suffice it to say, we were in crisis mode...we needed the printing completed, folded, and set up by the next day. ...enter Day & Nite. Another family member used them previously, so we got in touch. Edwin & Yamit (the owner) were really amazing; they were very accommodating and patient. They were already close to closing at the end of the day on Friday. The program project was not formatted in a way that they could print it, so they worked patiently with us until it was correct and ready to go, well past the time they needed to do for a customer. They were going to be closed on Saturday, but they knew we needed the programs completed before Sunday, so they stayed later to complete and finish the job. They printed, scored, and did everything we needed. Overall, the print job was good and done quickly, and really alleviated the stress everyone was under...it was just one less thing to worry about. Day & Nite will defintely be at the top of our list for any project we need done in the future! Thank you again Edwin and Yamit. Truly amazing service!
