    Ube latte

This cute coffee shop is at the area at Hoopilani food truck park. It's open earlier than the other trucks that don't open till 5. I had an iced ube latte that was delicious & pretty. It wasn't sweet though. I asked for an extra vanilla shot, but I really didn't notice it. They had smoothies on the menu too. Friendly service. Cute place.

This place is pretty popular because it is the only food truck open in the morning. I ordered the macadamia nut latte with oat milk, which had very strong macadamia nut flavor, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I also tried the dirty brown latte, which is an odd name, but it is just a brown sugar latte. Similarly pretty yummy but a bit sweet for my taste and a bit thin in terms of mouthfeel for me. Another person in my party ordered a cold brew with a small splash of creamer, got charged $1 for the splash, and they added so much creamer that it turned out latte-colored.

Good coffee and decent prices. Do not pass on the cinnamon roll. We ran into the lady who makes them at a local farmers market and she makes them all homemade at home. Super tasty!

Delicious coffee, but it's not Hawaiian coffee. They use Cafe Oma, which is Colombian. The black drip coffee and white chocolate mocha were both very good. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was alright. The egg was really thick and it's just a single slice of ham for $15. The banana bread wasn't my favorite, it was too moist, borderline soggy. The açaí bowls are fantastic and you can ask for a lid. Located in the lot with all the food trucks, don't follow the directions on Apple Maps, it'll take you way too far. I originally ordered the big daddy mocha roca, but after paying, they informed me they couldn't make it. They didn't refund the difference even though that drink was more expensive than the one I ended up with, which is why I'm knocking it down a star.

Hubby is always on the hunt for a great cappuccino and mocha so we had to stop here as we were staying close by. He got a large mocha with an extra shot and it's pretty good. I always ask him for his yelp rating and he gave this cup a 4. My couple sips revealed a not overly sweet taste with a smooth finish. Some cute high tops to sit at too. There is parking around the side of this truck if you are driving by this spot.

**A Must-Visit Gem in Lahaina!** If you are staying in the area, do yourself a favor and make the trip to **Vida's**. It was a perfect, scenic **.65-mile stroll** from my resort--super easy to walk to and absolutely worth the steps. The menu is incredible, and honestly, everything I've tried has been delicious. A few standouts: * **Açaí Bowl:** Simply divine. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly assembled. * **Macadamia Nut Latte:** Really tasty and a great local classic. * **Iced Ube Latte:** This takes the gold! It was easily the best thing I've had here--an absolute "OMG" moment. ***Mango Smoothies:***Refreshing, delicious and excellent for this heat. What's even more impressive is the value. A **16oz latte for $8** is insanely affordable, especially for the quality you're getting in Maui. The vibes are great, the service is friendly, and the drinks are top-tier. **Just go**--is all I can say!

Drinks: 5 - Had the Macnut coffee added Kona for an extra $3.00 - Perfect cup of iced coffee. Ambiance: 5 - Cute food truck with lots of seating. Service: 5 - Very friendly and don't wait long at all. Location is perfect if your staying along the strip of hotels and time shares in Kanapali - It's a beautiful walk and you get your exercise in!

We stayed at Honua Kai and walked to grab amazing coffee at this food truck each morning. Loved their iced coconut latte, my whole family enjoyed their açai bowls. Their breakfast croissant was pretty tasty as well. Great service and quality coffee. Conveniently located next to a bunch of hotels.

Iced Caramel Macchiato and Iced Vanilla Latte plus warm fresh Banana Bread on Christmas morning served with a warm holiday Aloha. Cute decor and outstanding service given this was thr only Food Truck open in the Pod and likely the only coffee available in the area on Christmas Day! Mahalo Vida's Coffee!

This food truck is packed! But the fruit is sooooo fresh!!! I got their açaí bowl and loved it! They add pineapple and mango to it! It tasted like tropical heaven! Right amount of sweet as well. Has a bunch of tables in front of it and a few seating under their truck! Mellow spot with many customers and friendly staff.

If you want the worst coffee in Hawaii, go here. It was walking distance to my hotel so we went here. Poor choice. Go somewhere else.

We waited too long on our first night in Hawaii to decide where to eat. Hubby pulled up the Yelp…read moreapp, put in sushi and this food truck came up as still open at 7:30 pm. We decided to hit the road and find it. Lucky we did! It was open, there was no line. It had a great assortment of rolls and a good number of options for nigiri. We got 4-5 rolls and some nigiri and a poke bowl. It was all freshly made, perfectly rolled and came out at the time told to us, about 15 minutes. We ate it in the car- we didn't notice the ants in the table until after we sat down to wait for about 10 minutes. I followed them on instagram and they posted our order. So cool! We went back one more time during our trip.

At least two of our uber drivers mentioned this place as a top sushi place on Maui, and I'm glad…read morethey recommended it! Smash Maui is an absolute vibe. We stopped by on a Monday night around 7:30 pm after doing the road to Hana. They had some Whitney Houston and Shakira bumpin, some cute garden lights, and three outdoor picnic tables for diners. We ordered and had to fill up on gas, so we picked up some drinks from the nearby gas station and got back to wait for the food. The server said it would take about 15 minutes, and I think that was pretty accurate. We ended up ordering the following: Salmon Nigiri - 3/5 this was a little bit more salty than I normally expect of my nigiri. Spicy California Roll - 5/5 tasted like a fresh California roll with some spicy mayo on it. It wasn't very spicy though? Mild enough for the non-spice lovers. Tempura Roll - 5/5 this was probably my favorite roll. It was simple yet delicious. You can't ever go wrong with unagi sauce. Smash Roll - 4/5 the smash roll was really good. It had a good, well-rounded taste with the tuna and salmon. This was my husband's favorite roll. If you're feeling like you need some good Asian-American sushi, check out Smash Maui! It's going to hit!
