I have mixed feelings. Here's why... Ordered the iced macadamia but latte. The cup said mac. But when the barista called out the order she said it was a vanilla latte. Naturally, I did not pick up the order. The cashier then walked over and said this is your drink to me and said macadamia nut latte. The barista told her it was a vanilla latte. So the cashier looked confused. Then took the drink away then a minute later came back with the exact same cup and said here's your mac nut latte. The barista looked confused. I was over it and just took it. The drink was great. I didn't taste much vanilla or macadamia. There was great coffee flavor. But then I realized there was barely any coffee and just mostly ice. For $8 it was a massive rip off. If you're okay with that kind of cost definitely try it. Whatever you get will probably be good. Just gotten be open minded. read more

This place had one of the best iced Mac nut lattes we had while we visited the island. We also got the acai bowls from here. They were good but the acai itself was more of a frozen consistency rather than like a smoothie texture that it normally is. I came here twice for the coffee while visiting. This cute coffee shop is at the area at Hoopilani food truck park. It's open earlier than the other trucks that don't open till 5. I had an iced ube latte that was delicious & pretty. This place is pretty popular because it is the only food truck open in the morning. I ordered the macadamia nut latte with oat milk, which had very strong macadamia nut flavor, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I also tried the dirty brown latte, which is an odd name, but it is just a brown sugar latte. Similarly pretty yummy but a bit sweet for my taste and a bit thin in terms of mouthfeel for me. Another person in my party ordered a cold brew with a small splash of creamer, got charged $1 for the splash, and they added so much creamer that it turned out latte-colored. read more

Hubby is always on the hunt for a great cappuccino and mocha so we had to stop here as we were staying close by. He got a large mocha with an extra shot and it's pretty good. I always ask him for his yelp rating and he gave this cup a 4. My couple sips revealed a not overly sweet taste with a smooth finish. Some cute high tops to sit at too. I been walking to this coffee shop for the past 8 days on my trip. It's very convenient since it's right down the street which is nice. They are all so friendly that work there. I'm giving 4 stars because the first time I went there and got an açaí bowl they forgot to add my peanut butter and it's extra money and I didn't realize until when I got to my hotel since they put it in a bag. Delicious coffee, but it's not Hawaiian coffee. They use Cafe Oma, which is Colombian. The black drip coffee and white chocolate mocha were both very good. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was alright. The egg was really thick and it's just a single slice of ham for $15. The banana bread wasn't my favorite, it was too moist, borderline soggy. The açaí bowls are fantastic and you can ask for a lid. Located in the lot with all the food trucks, don't follow the directions on Apple Maps, it'll take you way too far. I originally ordered the big daddy mocha roca, but after paying, they informed me they couldn't make it. They didn't refund the difference even though that drink was more expensive than the one I ended up with, which is why I'm knocking it down a star. read more

Coffee trailer is the only trailer in the food truck park open in the AM. And was very convenient for us, since it was right next to our resort. Went there on multiple occasions and every time got the large (16oz) macnut latte. One thing I wish they had larger cup options. They do have a minimum charge of using a card as payment. read more

First time I got iced latte and it was pretty good. So I returned for a hot latte. It had only a barely espresso flavored mile burnt taste. I asked if they could strengthen it with an extra shot, and after they nicely asked me a few questions about how it's different from yesterday and how the roast might have been darker yesterday, I said I'll just pay for an extra shot. $2. This is a food truck right across from where I was staying. It was about a 5min walk. Very convenient. There's a lot of other food trucks but this was the only one opened when I stopped by around 9am. It wasn't super busy so no long lines. Tried the acai bowl. It's good. Lots of tropical fruit. The acai bowl has GRANOLA, BANANA, STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE, BLUEBERRY, COCONUT HARMONY, HONEY DRIZZLE. All the fruit were fresh and sweet. Staff were friendly. They have a seating area outside. We were heading out to adventure for the morning and wanted to get coffee for the drive. Vida's had lots of customers, so it looked like a popular spot! Several customers were ordering breakfast though we only stopped in for coffee. I opted for the coconut latte and I cannot recommend it enough. It comes iced, which is great for a warm Hawaiian day. Perfect amount of coconut but not too sweet. Even my husband loved it. I will try to plan a trip for us to come here again before our trip ends! Convenient as it is close to our hotel and opens early. Went around 7:10 am, and my order was taken quickly. However, had to wait about 30 mins for my one latte. I had the dirty brown iced latte, which was good and not too sweet. I came back the next day for the Mac nut latte which was made before closing by a different lady. It was not good at all. Sweetest barista we met in Maui! Located in a food truck lot slightly north of all the resorts. Great stop to get your morning caffeine that's more reasonably priced in the $5-6 range. I got the Dirty Brown latte (essentially roasted caramel). The coffee was strong and just sweet enough. We also got the Macnut latte. Would recommend if you're a fan of macadamia nuts. Note, there's a credit card minimum of $8. Hours open is 6am-2pm. Parking is very easy in the lot. read more

Perfect little coffee spot right next to my hotel. I had the ube sunrise latte one day and the lavender ginger latte the next. Both were really good, although I didn't really taste the ginger part of the lavender ginger latte. The real star for me (and the reason for 5 stars) was the açaí bowl. So so so yummy and perfect way to start the day. They pack in the fruit and the açaí itself is really refreshing. My husband had the English muffin breakfast sandwich and an iced chai tea latte. He really enjoyed both! Both times I went, there was no line and the service was very fast and friendly. Note - you can use credit card for orders greater than $8 and a small service fee applies.
