Dirty brown latte (left), macadamia nut latte (right)

This place is pretty popular because it is the only food truck open in the morning. I ordered the macadamia nut latte with oat milk, which had very strong macadamia nut flavor, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I also tried the dirty brown latte, which is an odd name, but it is just a brown sugar latte. Similarly pretty yummy but a bit sweet for my taste and a bit thin in terms of mouthfeel for me. Another person in my party ordered a cold brew with a small splash of creamer, got charged $1 for the splash, and they added so much creamer that it turned out latte-colored.

This cute coffee shop is at the area at Hoopilani food truck park. It's open earlier than the other trucks that don't open till 5. I had an iced ube latte that was delicious & pretty. It wasn't sweet though. I asked for an extra vanilla shot, but I really didn't notice it. They had smoothies on the menu too. Friendly service. Cute place.

Good coffee and decent prices. Do not pass on the cinnamon roll. We ran into the lady who makes them at a local farmers market and she makes them all homemade at home. Super tasty!

Hubby is always on the hunt for a great cappuccino and mocha so we had to stop here as we were staying close by. He got a large mocha with an extra shot and it's pretty good. I always ask him for his yelp rating and he gave this cup a 4. My couple sips revealed a not overly sweet taste with a smooth finish. Some cute high tops to sit at too. There is parking around the side of this truck if you are driving by this spot.

**A Must-Visit Gem in Lahaina!** If you are staying in the area, do yourself a favor and make the trip to **Vida's**. It was a perfect, scenic **.65-mile stroll** from my resort--super easy to walk to and absolutely worth the steps. The menu is incredible, and honestly, everything I've tried has been delicious. A few standouts: * **Açaí Bowl:** Simply divine. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly assembled. * **Macadamia Nut Latte:** Really tasty and a great local classic. * **Iced Ube Latte:** This takes the gold! It was easily the best thing I've had here--an absolute "OMG" moment. ***Mango Smoothies:***Refreshing, delicious and excellent for this heat. What's even more impressive is the value. A **16oz latte for $8** is insanely affordable, especially for the quality you're getting in Maui. The vibes are great, the service is friendly, and the drinks are top-tier. **Just go**--is all I can say!

We stayed at Honua Kai and walked to grab amazing coffee at this food truck each morning. Loved their iced coconut latte, my whole family enjoyed their açai bowls. Their breakfast croissant was pretty tasty as well. Great service and quality coffee. Conveniently located next to a bunch of hotels.

Drinks: 5 - Had the Macnut coffee added Kona for an extra $3.00 - Perfect cup of iced coffee. Ambiance: 5 - Cute food truck with lots of seating. Service: 5 - Very friendly and don't wait long at all. Location is perfect if your staying along the strip of hotels and time shares in Kanapali - It's a beautiful walk and you get your exercise in!

Iced Caramel Macchiato and Iced Vanilla Latte plus warm fresh Banana Bread on Christmas morning served with a warm holiday Aloha. Cute decor and outstanding service given this was thr only Food Truck open in the Pod and likely the only coffee available in the area on Christmas Day! Mahalo Vida's Coffee!

This food truck is packed! But the fruit is sooooo fresh!!! I got their açaí bowl and loved it! They add pineapple and mango to it! It tasted like tropical heaven! Right amount of sweet as well. Has a bunch of tables in front of it and a few seating under their truck! Mellow spot with many customers and friendly staff.

Coffee trailer is the only trailer in the food truck park open in the AM. And was very convenient for us, since it was right next to our resort. Went there on multiple occasions and every time got the large (16oz) macnut latte. One thing I wish they had larger cup options. They do have a minimum charge of using a card as payment.

This is a food truck right across from where I was staying. It was about a 5min walk. Very convenient. There's a lot of other food trucks but this was the only one opened when I stopped by around 9am. It wasn't super busy so no long lines. Tried the acai bowl. It's good. Lots of tropical fruit. The acai bowl has GRANOLA, BANANA, STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE, BLUEBERRY, COCONUT HARMONY, HONEY DRIZZLE. All the fruit were fresh and sweet. Staff were friendly. They have a seating area outside. I'll be back to try the smoothie or coffee.

We ordered the rainbow shaved ice, and the flavors were really bright and well balanced. I especially enjoyed the coconut flavor. As someone who is not usually a coconut fan, it was not overpowering at all. The best surprise was at the bottom, where we found a layer of really tasty ice cream. It was the perfect way to beat the heat and take a little snack break, and it was very four-year-old approved.

The main option there was Island Vintage Shave Ice, so I headed over. This is a walk up spot where you order from the counter without going inside. When I got to the counter I was told they were out of coconut, strawberry, and mango for the day. Since I usually go with lilikoi and coconut, that was a bit of a disappointment, but not a deal breaker. After looking over the menu I ended up ordering a small with lilikoi and pineapple. I then watched as the ice was not shaved fresh but instead scooped out of a freezer. That was a first for me and it showed in the final product. Instead of being light and fluffy, the ice was clumped together and at times a bit hard. As for the flavors, the pineapple was good and tasted true to the fruit. The lilikoi on the other hand was lacking the sharpness that I really enjoy. While they were natural flavors, the balance just was not there for me. The bottom line for me is that I would not head back here again in the future. Between the texture of the ice and the lackluster lilikoi flavor, this one just did not do it for me.

I was able to catch them multiple days. Tried the açaí bowl, pineapple combo bowl, lawa flow smoothie. Opted to get no papaya on my items as that's not my jam. All the fruit was cut fresh. I enjoyed the bases were sorbets so they held up nicely walking up and down the boardwalk. The line can get long but moves quickly. He tried to keep a "cool" vibe, but it came off as all over the place. For a small canopy stand, the portion size of fruit wasn't worth the price at all. What concerned me most was seeing him handle cash and then immediately put straws into customers' drinks without washing his hands. Mentioning this ahead of time, I know he will most likely respond defensively and not accept that changes need to be made to improve the business. I could already see his attitude while I was waiting to order and again while waiting for my food. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I had high hopes, but I won't be coming back or recommending it.
