PHOnominal experience from start to finish. The restaurant wasn't super busy, so we were sat immediately. I ordered the imperial egg rolls for the table since I had seen them mentioned in several reviews. TLDR: they did not disappoint, I could have easily eaten the entire plate myself. For my entree I went with the Filet Mignon PHO, and it was nothing short of delicious . The broth was tasty, and the portion size was great, especially since I showed up HUNGRY. We discovered this little gem for the first time and it was pretty good! I had the tofu bahn mi and the fresh shrimp rolls since I don't eat meat and it was perfect. I got the special beef pho, which had beef, meatballs, and tendons. The flavor of the pho was decent, but I wish it had a deeper flavor. The meatballs were some of the best meatballs I had, and the tendons were good too! The beef, however, was a little tough and not as tender as I was used to. The restaurant itself has a good layout. I think one of the only downsides is that the condiments (sriracha and hoisin) are not found at the table, and they give you little bowls of it. Ordered the dodging beef and special pho. The pho was definitely amazing, but part of why that is, I discovered at home. When I got home, I became incredibly thirsty... this happens when restaurants add MSG. I also get a headache. I wish they would leave this ingredient out as it's unhealthy to eat and loaded with sodium. There was also so much fat in the beef I got. I would say 20% of the beef was fat I had to take out. The dodging beef was delicious, but also had MSG. Overall, I still am giving a 4 because everything was presented so beautifully and has fresh ingredients. The restaurant was very clean! The server needed help as there were only 2 servers for the whole dining room which was very busy, and the other one was also in charge of to-go orders. I'm trying to understand how this place has such high reviews. Of the hundreds of Vietnamese restaurants I've been to around the world this place is towards the bottom. I can honestly only remember one place that was worse? I ordered the Viet wings, 2 of the 5 had feathers on them so that's not a good start to demonstrate you properly clean food during prep. As for the flavor after I defeathered the wings myself, the flavor was not great. Tasted like nothing but fish sauce with honey and diced jalapeños. Needed help. I also ordered the Noodle salad and it was mah!! Veggies not as fresh as you would expect, egg rolls fried with a unique texture but the flavor profile was lacking. The fish sauce to pour over top was also not the greatest. I hate to say it but for the price it's was very disappointing but if it was free, still not great. Hard pass if you have other Vietnamese options elsewhere. I'm visiting from out of state so I trusted Yelp to guide me. Unfortunately this is one of the few times it has steered me so very very wrong. Atmosphere is typical so nothing to comment one way or the other. The one positive I can say is food was prepared/ready quickly as I ordered it and arrived 8 minutes later and it was already packed and ready for me to grab and go. Also got a Bahn mi to take with me for lunch the next day. It was also nothing great so I would pass on that as well. Our dining experience was pleasant. It wasn't busy at all on a Saturday mid afternoon. The dining hall was spacious. It didn't feel cramped. Service was fast and we enjoyed the food. Service could be better in terms of clearing used dishes away. They piled up through the end, and the server did not clear them when she served dishes, nor when she saw the used dishes pile up. We enjoyed the pork egg rolls. It's not the typical wrapper we're used to. It's light and flaky, and flavorful. The Viet pho special was decent. I found the spicy beef pho more flavorful. I was just concerned it'll be too spicy for me but it actually wasn't. The coffee crème brûlée was ok. You need to mix in the coffee mixture on top, with the crème brûlée, otherwise it'll be too sweet. It was generally a favorable experience. read more

We went earlier than we would normally eat because we had plans to drink wine with friends that evening. We were met immediately upon entering and offered to sit anywhere. Water and menus were brought almost immediately. Our waitress was polite and checked back as we looked over the menus. She answered a few questions for us, and we selected egg rolls, a chicken Banh Mi sandwich and a bowl of chicken Pho. The egg rolls showed up shortly and were prepared in a fried rice noodle. They were delicious. The Banh Mi and Pho were both amazing. Ingredients fresh and of high quality. Prices are very fair for quality and portion size. Service was fantastic, food was great. So weirdly they made us, with our toddler, and the party ahead of us stand unacknowledged for 12 or so minutes. My wife just went to the counter and asked whats up, and they said well we are pretty busy so we are ignoring you all. At minimum an explanation to folks walking in would have helped. Ok, food was solid. Like a korean bibimbop, their viet salad is to be mixed with dressing by the patron, and was quite good. The Beef pho came out super fast and my wife liked it. I would have expected sauces, jalapeño slices and more aromatics to mix with the soup, personally. This place is a good place if you wanna get your booze on, and is very instagramable. Fabulous find, WTD (worth the drive) Saw the multiple stars Viet Heritage was given so I headed towards it to see how good it was. Ambiance was open, clean and a nice white marble bar to sit at instead of the multiple tables neatly situated. Service was quick. I was surprised how fast the food was plated and set in front of me. It was almost as if I was eating out of the pan in front of the stove, piping hot or freshly made. The food... justice is not served unless you savor every morsel of each bite. Aside from your company you have to be polite to in front of public, I chose to sit at the clean white marble bar where I could stay focused on each savoring bite. The Viet wings were definitely crispy and an awakening delight in the carmelized fish sauce. The crispy garlic pieces were a nice treat with the chopped pieces of jalapeño peppers. The sauce brought the chicken bites together pleasing the palate. The Rocket Spring rolls with Shrimp Tempura was an explosion of texture and flavor i as unprepared for. The first two piece were inhaled and devoured wanting the crunchy texture more and more. The lightly picked veggies were a nice surprise offering tangy and sweetness with the crunchiness. Nicely decorated, very clean restaurant in plaza that includes several big box stores. Ample parking. My Sunday afternoon visit began with staff greeting, water, menus given, orders taken. This appears to be a family business, and the lone waitress was pleasant and helpful. There was a very large group in the place, and I think the kitchen fell behind in getting the food orders prepared. We got some spring rolls, served with a delightful peanut sauce. The Pho was great! Clean modern place right next to Home Depot . It's not some dark worn out place . Decor is crisp ! Loved that the menu is short and it is an open kitchen- you can see all the cooks. Fantastic first visit to Viet Heritage! We were in the Countryside area and in need of a light snack, and I was excited to spot a highly rated Vietnamese place. We each got an order of spring rolls to go, and they were spectacular. The ingredients were super fresh, including the generously sized shrimp. Paired with a delicious peanut sauce on the side, it made for a filling snack for one. It was a little bit pricey, but the outstanding quality of the ingredients and great flavor made it worth every penny. I wish we were hungrier so we could have tried more dishes!
