    Shaken beef with fried rice
    Leslie B.

Fully enjoyed lunch here. Contrary to what Google said, they don't have an alcohol license yet but don't mind if you bring in your own. Fresh spring rolls were delicious, they could use a little more flavor, maybe a little spice in the peanut sauce but we added siracha and perfect. We had the vermicelli bowl with pork and spring rolls. I love this dish and haven't found it here like it was in Northern Virginia. This one is very good. Husband had shaken beef and rice and it was also delicous. Service was great and they checked to assure everything was ok. We don't often say we will be excited to return but we said that today. Happy to have good Vietnamese food here.

Absolutely delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great service, nice quiet spot, and ridiculously good Pho.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am so glad I found this place, I will be returning! The owner even gave me complimentary desert!

    Order P11 . Outstandingly Delicious

everyone should try the eggrolls they're absolutely great, One of the young men named Kon and I believe his mother give exceptional service 10/10 Very Kind and polite.

We had the pork chops very tasty. I gave my dish a three because the rice was cold and my fish sauce was mild. I will give them another chance. The owner was super nice and didn't say anything because she was short handed and was running around.

Fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork

It was great to find a place close to home with fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork (A3, $9.50) or vegetarian (A4, $9.50) So many places only have them fried. Hubby and I split shrimp Spring Rolls and Shaken Beef Tenderloin with Fried Rice plate (C11, $19.50). So good and meat was so tender. We ate until we were full, and still had food left over--one full spring roll and one more meal of the beef tenderloin and rice, so a great value too. We will definitely be back.

Best Vietnamese spot in Bluffton so far! Ordered the Vietnamese coffee, grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli bowl, spring rolls, and the kid's rare beef pho. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fresh ingredients, clean restaurant, great service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is the closest I've gotten to Cali pho restaurants in the area. My only desire was a less watery peanut sauce for the spring rolls, but the flavor was there. Don't skip the Vietnamese coffee-- super rich!

Definitely recommend if you're wanting to eat some good pho! This place has the best pho broth! I had eggrolls and chicken pho. My sister had meatball pho and summer rolls. Everything we had was really good. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and welcoming. The owner also came by and asked how everything was and she was very nice and was very thankful that we stopped by to eat there. Will definitely come back again as it was really good!

The takeout was neatly packaged and deconstructed (I just got the pho tai), and you put it together at home. It was quite good! Fast forward when pandemic started to let up and the tables were out and you could eat in. Wow, well the eat-in experience was just way more enjoyable. But I really just enjoyed ordering food at sitting for a change. The workers are super nice and accommodating. It gets busy here at times! And no surprise... as the only pho business in town! Now is it the best pho I've ever had? No, but it is quite good and I'm not going to be picky! They have the basics plus some. Wish they had the coconut juice and smoothies, but I rather have the good food. We come here almost weekly, if not more! Warning however, don't expect big city cheaper prices. This is the only pho in town and they charge in line with it. What we order for 2 adults and a kid is *almost* twice what we'd pay even in CT. But it's good enough to warrant it. If there's ever another decent pho place that comes to Bluffton however, it might be beneficial competition for diners. A big draw... their pork dumplings are AMAZING!! My daughter and husband loves them so much, they insist on their own appetizer each. They are so well crisped all around and just so tasty. Definitely recommend! Also, I always end get their regular beef pho (pho tai) and we get my daughter the chicken on broken rice. (Oddly it's not actually on the menu, but they have it). It's like sliced up thin chicken in a delicious seasoning that's sweet but also a tiny bit of a kick. My daughter hates spicy but still eats this! It comes with a sweet sauce (one similar to the kind that you pour on a bun (noodle) salad dish), and my daughter likes to dip the chicken slices in it. I keep thinking I'd branch out to try other dishes, so maybe I will eventually! If you are hungry for pho, or some other great dishes, definitely come here!

The service was a little odd as each appetizer and entree came out at different times, one dish at a time and one appetizer after the entrees were all delivered. But the flavors were incredible and the service was friendly. Tom Kha Gai soup was excellent with a great coconut broth and the cup at $5.95 is huge, like a large cereal bowl. Spring rolls were great too and we loved the steamed Shrimp Rolls in a lemon teriyaki sauce. Two of us ordered the Nam Tok Beef Salad and it was amazing. My first time ordering this dish. It's similar to Laab/Larb but with beef instead of chicken. It was a tender flank steak, tossed with lettuce, cucumber, green onions and chilis. Choose your heat level, I went with spicy, just a step below the Thai spicy and it was just enough to make my nose run. You can also get it with zero spice, but that combo of hot beef, crisp cold vegetables, spicy, sweet, sour, crunchy and chewy. The pad see ew was also excellent and they bring you a few chocolates at the end of the meal. With all of the apps we were too full for dessert.

I got drunken noodles and my friend got yellow curry. Positions were pretty big. My drunken noodles were flavorful but they were a little different than what I'm used to. They didn't seem stir fried but rather cooked in the sauce which is also did not remind me of drunken noodles sauce. It was still good. My friend was very happy with her curry

We tried their PHO and PAD THAI dishes --- both excellent --- as were the Shrimp Spring Rolls. The offerings via the menu present a more diverse and broader range of foods --- more South East Asian overall. What we find odd is the ratings attributed to the former Saigon Bistro are attributed to this new restaurant. This is confusing. The good news is we find the offerings here, in our limited experience, to be excellent. Highly recommended.

I find it nice and comforting when it is clear that many other patrons to a small restaurant are obviously regulars. There wouldn't be regulars if a place wasn't good! That said, my meal was mostly kind of meh. I got the Vietnamese crepe, which is more like an omelet, and I think I just ordered something that didn't hit my palate right. My guy was happy with his meal (pho), but I found mine a little bland and wanting. I am sure other things would have been better, I just chose the wrong thing to order. Service was pretty good and I can see this as being a solid, every day lunch spot for folks in the area.

The staff are friendly and the food is fast and excellent. The best I have had in Charleston and surrounding areas. I get the large plain pho because I have meat texture issues, this is more than enough food and at $11.29 it's a home run! When you see Asian families going to enjoy this place and they aren't related to the owners, you know the food is authentic. One gentleman who was seated after me today, was explaining to the owner that he just returned from a trip to his home in Thailand. My mom lives in Goose Creek. There's a Vietnamese restaurant in her town but the food in my opinion isn't that good. So expanding our area we found pho 79 with a ton of good reviews. It's in Otranto shopping center which is rundown but the restaurant itself is clean and bright. For appetizers we got spring rolls/summer rolls one with shrimp only and one with shrimp and pork. I didn't love the pork but the spring rolls were good. They add herbs and had the right ratio of filling. We both got the grilled chicken vermicelli bowl. It was tasty but I'm not used to getting peppers and onions in my noodle bowls but I liked it. I got a little extra salad dressing and added some sriracha. I like sambal but they didn't have any. Sriracha is a solid backup. For our meal with tip it was $62 and some change. I'll go back next time I'm in town but I'd like to try their pho next time. Portion sizes are big and we brought leftovers home for later.
