I was there for awhile, since there was an issue with one of my QR codes. I stepped to the side to make a quick phone call to Amazon and while there (maybe 15 minutes) the traffic in the store goes by pretty quickly. There were a few times where the line started to nearly reach the entrance, but everything seemed to be serviced pretty quickly, and this was with only one clerk. Dropping off my returns was pretty simple. Scan the QR code and drop off the item. I also received a receipt detailing each return and tracking number, which was helpful. Less than two minutes later, I received notification my return was processed. The clerk was also very pleasant and helpful. Great location for those in the Lake Merritt/Adams Point neighborhood.

I called in to get the email address to send the documents over. The woman on the phone answered quickly and was courteous. When I arrived there was a line. I was in a hurry and thought to myself, Oh boy. But Jamiah behind the counter greeted me right away letting me know she'd be right with me while she was helping another customer. The other customer was finishing up some things and Jamiah walked over and asked what I needed. Another person walked in again Jamiah greeted her while accessing the email I sent and having my copies printed. Jamiah helped the third lady. Vanessa in the back preparing packages for shipping when the phone ring. Vanessa let Jamiah know she'd answer the phone. These two women are multitasker's at their best operating as a smooth running machine. When I spoke with Jamiah i realized she was also the person that answered my call earlier. She took care of me from start to finish as well as anyone who walked through the door. This Is an excellent example of teamwork and employees that care about the customers experience and the FedEx brand. I want to thank Jamiah and Vanessa. I have NEVER experienced this kind of exceptional customer service until today. The copies and experience were worth every penny. Teamwork does make the dream work. I arrived with a heavy load that I could not carry into the store. A staff member came outside with a hand cart and helped me bring everything in. They also helped me print my shipping labels and tape them onto the boxes without charging me the extra $5 for printing and $1 for tape that so many other stores charge. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and genuinely takes care of business. They also have better hours than many other UPS locations. I will gladly pass other UPS stores to come here because of the way I am treated. Thank you to the entire staff for providing such outstanding service!

The notary, Bobby, made sure that it was done right and when I had a document that he wasn't sure if notary would be accepted, he did what he could, wouldn't charge me for it so that it wouldn't be a paid notary that may not work. I appreciated that a lot from a local business and pretty much you made me have this place as my go to notary from now onwards because of the honest work they do. Getting documents notarized with a young kid is rough but what can you do when the kids if part of the reason a document needs to be notarized? Fear not, as Bobby was amazing - tried to engage my child playfully and even gave him some Pokémon cards just to keep him entertained while all the documents were worked on! Amazing!
