I stopped there for lunch today. I ordered orange chicken with noodles and water. It was delicious. My issue is that it was $25 and when I got home, I thought that sounded a little high and I looked at the menu which says $15.00 but maybe because of the noodles instead of rice, they added an extra $10.00 charge. I don't know and I can't seem to find out how much just the noodles are by themselves on any menu they have. I just didn't see the noodle charge and I didn't ask for receipt. I will definitely try something else. Next time I and pay more attention to the prices there. read more

Finally got a chance to try Granbury's newest Vietnamese restaurant. It's the second one in town, and it is off to a good start. Last time we tried the staff was swamped and there was no seating available. They've added more tables and chairs, and even a couple tables outside (if you don't mind front tow seats for the gas station action. Did I mention this is INSIDE the Chevron station? No, well it is.) I felt obliged to have the beef pho. Kudos to the restaurant for also having chicken pho! The beef pho was good. Not overly seasoned and quite tasty. Thúy had the "vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll." Very tasty and the pork was nicely seasoned. The restaurant also has a variety of boba drinks, but I forgot that photo. I'm reasonably sure we will be back to try the other dishes. read more

Picked up two orders to go and an appetizer on a Friday evening. Was happy to see several groups of customers dining in-house. The restaurant was clean and smelled good. To me, this is one indicator when picking a restaurant in which to dine. The lady at the counter was polite when making our order. My dining companion had orange chicken and said it was delicious (was eaten before picture could be taken). I had the grilled chicken vermicelli and vegetables and an appetizer of chicken spring rolls with peanut sauce. Everything was very tasty. Will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend! Well hello new favorite food in Granbury! I tried the shrimp spring rolls, Chicken Pho, he tried the chicken fried rice and the egg rolls. Everything came out hot and fresh and ohhhh so good. The young girl working up front (I'm guessing the owners daughter) did such a great job taking our order and getting us our food. It's nicely decorated inside with about 5 tables to eat at. Just all around great little spot that we are going to be new regulars at. read more

This is only the 2nd pho restaurant in Granbury and is open most days from 10-9! Adu is good but only open 4 days! The pho is great and they have a small & large on about everything. The mixed fried rice was delicious along with the Vietnamese coffee! They're new and still trying adjust to how many customers want their food! Be patient, it's worth it. read more

Like another reviewer stated, don't judge this place from the outside! My daughter and I ordered the chicken pho, egg rolls, a Vietnamese coffee, and a matcha strawberry drink. The young girl at the register was polite, friendly, and kind. When the food was brought out, the man was also extremely friendly and kind. The pho was SOOOO good!!! My daughter said the egg rolls were the best she's ever had. The coffee was delicious and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her drink. Twice during our meal, they came to check on us to make sure we were enjoying everything and we were! The ambience was quiet and relaxing as well! The food was SO good, we also got a chicken fried rice to go. We HIGHLY recommend this place and we will definitely be back! read more

Was excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant so close and it did not disappoint! The Beef Pho was excellent and my wife enjoyed the chicken Banh Mi as well. All of the food tasted really fresh especially the spring rolls. Will be coming back soon - definitely recommend! read more

Don't know how long it's been there, I sincerely hope they make it. The first bite of Pho took me straight to Vietnam. The spices, the basil, all of it right there up front. So Good! As I continued to eat, taste buds fully engaged, I wished the broth was just a little bit richer. It's good, but missing a bit on the umani side. I appreciate that the chef doesn't over load the plate of sprouts and herbs, just the right amount for the bowl. The egg roll has that nice crackle as you bite it, and is right on. The vermicelli with grilled pork... don't skip it! The staff was welcoming, attentive, the chef came out and asked about our meal. I'll try the bahn mi next time. I eat Pho regularly and have for decades now and I'm not gonna say I'm an expert but I can tell a good and bad pho. The broth was very watered down, the Large felt very small, the meats tasted cheap. I also had their beef and rice dish, once again, I ordered a large but questioned the portion sizing because for the sizing and pricing it wasn't filling. I still come back from time to time because it's cheaper than the other pho spot with more hours but that's really my only pros for it as of now. The service was okay, when it's the little girls working their nice but the younger guy was kinda dismissive towards me while ordering and when I asked questions about the special soup they have up he couldn't even tell me what was in the special soup was. We loved the Pho & Vietnamese Cuisine. Don't let the outside fool you, the food was great! First of all it's the cheapest in town! Only $13 for the small bowl and $16 for the large. We both ordered the small Beef Bowl which was filling and more than enough, 2 Fresh Shrimp Spring rolls $6, and we shared the sweet Avocado Smoothie $7. Family owned, the kind owner came out to ask how we liked it and later his sweet wife also checked in on us asking if we needed anything. The bowl had plenty of brisket and noodles served with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and sliced lime. The Fresh Spring Rolls stuffed with vermicelli noodles, cucumbers, lettuce, and shrimp were also yummy and served with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. I loved the sweet Avocado Smoothie topped with whipped cream which me and hubby shared. It was the perfect ending to our meal and helped quell the spiciness of the sriracha sauce I was generous with. I never make reviews of restaurants but this place is nothing short of amazing. The owners and workers are so kind and welcoming. both they and the food made me smile uncontrollably. from the moment you take your first bite it's clear that so much passion and effort was put into every single aspect of the dish. It tastes incredible and i felt so energized and healthful inside. The always give you a little extra food as well. The portions are generous and an absolute steal for the price. Don't let the fact that it's attached to a gas station steer you away. the inside is absolutely pristine. it's obvious that just as much care went into the atmosphere of the space as is put into the food itself. I live half an hour away but would gladly go. I've never lied awake at night thinking about food before until after I tried this restaurant lol. This restaurant deserves its own building at the very least. I look forward to going back there again soon. read more
